Chef and his team came out providing an incredible Live Dosa and Gol Gappa table along with a variety of delicious vegetarian food, including dessert. All the guests raved about it! In pre-planning for this special event we went to the restaurant several times to meet and discuss the menu options as they have a variety and we wanted to sample their menu. We were always impressed with how delicious it was. We were and still are very grateful in how everything was so well managed and the personal attention given by the manager and wonderful Chef. They were very professional, thoughtful, and both provided excellent suggestions to please a diverse crowd, including many Indian guests who are great cooks themselves. The garlic naan is: wrap yourself up you're in heaven. Water was room temp to reduce the heat if needed but they brought a carafe which wa appreciated. Again, our server was attentive & knowledgeable about the kitchen and made great recommendations. The kitchen was on WoW mode. The food was extremely well prepared. what was left we gleefully packed to go. Is it good value? The quality ingredients and care I the kitchen says YES. This well above your average Indian Kitchen. What a game changer! “Just a disclaimer: I'm very biased. Taco Time is nostalgic bliss for me. I grew up eating Crisp Meat Burritos before I was tall enough to ride any rides at the PNE or Playland.
That said, this location is a gem. Confidently located near Walmart so I can go some home shopping and skip and ignore the McD's in there and beeline it to Taco Time.
The hostess is amazingly pleasant every time I go and very helpful on introducing me to menu items that I may not be aware of. Always ask her what the best items on the menu are and she will give you the answers you seek and need.
This is bar none my favourite Taco Time location. And I've been to locations across Canada. So I speak from deep experience in dozens of Taco Times everywhere.
And speaking just franchise vs franchise, Taco Bell has never even come close to Taco Time in my books. It's like comparing a dandelion to a mighty oak. #teamtacotime”

I can't say enough wonderful things about My Greek Taverna! From the moment we walked in, we were transported straight to the Mediterranean with the warm, inviting atmosphere and authentic Greek hospitality.
The food here is nothing short of extraordinary. Every single dish we ordered was bursting with incredible flavors that dance on your palate. The moussaka was perfectly layered with rich, savory bechamel that melted in our mouths, while the souvlaki was grilled to absolute perfection - tender, juicy, and seasoned with just the right blend of herbs and spices.
What truly sets this place apart is how every bite delivers such intense, satisfying flavor. The dolmades were delicately wrapped and filled with a fragrant rice mixture that was both hearty and refreshing. The tzatziki was creamy, garlicky perfection that complemented everything beautifully. Even the pita bread was warm, fluffy, and clearly made fresh.
The chef clearly has a masterful understanding of Greek cuisine - each dish felt like it was prepared with genuine love and respect for traditional recipes, yet with that special touch that makes it unforgettable. The lamb was fall-off-the-bone tender, the seafood was fresh and expertly prepared, and the vegetables were vibrant and flavorful.
Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff clearly takes pride in sharing their authentic Greek culinary heritage with guests.
My Greek Taverna has earned a permanent spot on our list of favorite restaurants. If you're looking for truly exceptional Greek food that will leave you craving more, this is your destination.
