The mutton was especially tender and well-marinated. The starters were just as impressive. Gobi Manchurian, Chicken Lollipop 65 were flavourful, and the Paneer Pepper Fry was a big hit even with non-vegetarians. Highly recommend!”

We are frequent customers and love the food as a rule. We have come to expect great quality meals and terrific service from The Carvery. Unfortunately today we had a slightly different experience. Our sandwiches were delicious as usual but the mushroom soup had large chunks of unblended flour (roux) in the soup. At first we thought they were chunks of potato but then realized that was not the case. The taste and texture did not make for an appetizing bowl of soup as it was very flour heavy. I called the restaurant to let them know and the lady on the phone just said okay thanks for letting us know and made to hang up. Which is fine, but no offer to replace my 2 soups or anything. A little disappointed I admit. I am posting this just so that perhaps the staff can handle this differently in the future. We will still be back, they are hands down the best sandwich shop here!”

Food tasted fresh, perfectly seasoned, and healthy - even the fried wontons and squid were light and crispy without being greasy. Everyone at our party commented on how good the food was - even my hard-to-please parents and picky children loved the food. We had plenty of leftovers and were excited to eat it again the next day.
Service was great from start to finish. We ordered on the phone a couples weeks before our event, I was able to conveniently pay by phone. We also got a phone call 1-hour before pickup confirming our order, which was very helpful! At pickup, the owners helped us load the food and even gave our kids free handmade chocolates to enjoy.

we got the Linguine All Vongole (29) and the Penne Al Forno (18). the Linguine is definitely has a soft seafood taste which is nice. my partner said it was well balanced. as someone who likes things less salted than the average person, i personally found it to be a tad salty for my liking, but it was still good. as for the Penne Al Forno, it was okay but i wouldn’t get it again. my partner didn’t like it at all. it was an interesting sour and spicy type of pasta. we also got complimentary soup as an appetizer which was surprisingly good. i believe it’s pumpkin and cream ?

The garlic naan is: wrap yourself up you're in heaven. Water was room temp to reduce the heat if needed but they brought a carafe which wa appreciated. Again, our server was attentive & knowledgeable about the kitchen and made great recommendations. The kitchen was on WoW mode. The food was extremely well prepared. what was left we gleefully packed to go. Is it good value? The quality ingredients and care I the kitchen says YES. This well above your average Indian Kitchen. I know there are lots of Indian restaurants in Surrey but this one will take your taste-buds places. The food; feels, smells, looks & tastes authentically amazing. I.E., not loud, it has an upbeat ambiance (especially cozy on a rainy day), and you can actually have a conversation and hear each other. Another positive is that they cater to a wide demographic. All ages, all races, and so there are lots of regulars. I have found that the patrons are generally easy going and so a conversation can started pretty easily.”

I’ve tried almost all of their vegetarian pizzas, and each one has been excellent. My favorites include Deluxe Veggie, Spinach, Greek Veggie, Roasted Garlic, Cauliflower, and all their paneer pizzas. The Veggie Paneer, Veggie Shahi Paneer, and Roasted Garlic Paneer are outstanding — the tandoori paneer is soft, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
What I really love is that vegetarians get so many good options here, not just basic veggie toppings. If you’re vegetarian and care about taste and quality, I highly recommend Delta Pizza. Definitely worth it every time.”

I waited for order still to be completed and now I feel she with held my drink cup to assert her Authority. She starred at me while holding the cup in her hand saying she is getting it. I had to wait several minutes until she was done...oh yes I asked to speak to the manager only to find out she was one of the five shouting at me well over 5 feet away. She wouldn't go to a private area to speak without involvement from the staff or to further interrupt the store. She kept overspending me and defended her. When I called her on it she then stated ok I am listening now. No apologies to me as a customer.

I will keep blasting poor reports until the managers and owners start fixing this shit. Sadly it's the worst McDonald's service I have ever had. I see why they only have 3 stars.
