“Disclaimer, I didn't eat the food myself as I'm plant based. Dennis and Auntie makes it homey. When I look at the pictures and food, it feels authentic and rich, yummies families eat. Portions are great. Definitely smells tempting while I'm enroute to deliver these. Ordered BBQ pork skewers for my Greek friend and he can't stop raving about it. He asked me to get more for him on his birthday. Got the pork adobo for another friend. OMG! Delicious! He's a born and raised Louisiana chef so quite judgy when it comes to food. Definitely, ordering some dishes for my visiting family!”

“I and my partner went to Olive garden Sunday April 12th for a little date night and our server was the lovely Brigitte E. She is by far the best server we've had here, to the point I may ask for her section next time we go. She was kind, personable/social, easy to talk to, and very attentive with us and all her other tables. She was more enjoyable and presentable than the hosts up front! I could tell she enjoys her job or enjoys people.
We unfortunately could not do the survey because the machine they bring to the table didn't like our chip haha, but I wanted to make sure she still got some recognition in a job field that doesn't come with much in the first place.
I also want to add in here that we tend to be dressed down especially me since i have to dress up for my job, which is important because one of the last servers we had kinda made us feel like the unimportant table in his section and I could see us getting side looks from him I wish I could remember his name.”

“This is more than a pleasant surprise, this is my go to now for Indian food. My hubby and I went for a date night and it was perfect, so I had to take our kids about a month later and everything was just as perfect. The portions are phenomenal and they do not skimp on the amount of meat, veggies, or potatoes in each dish. Every dish I've tried so far(scroll down for more details on each dish) the meats have been perfectly cooked, along with the veggies and potatoes. Also most dishes come with a side of white basmati rice, which is very well cooked.

The staff are so very nice, friendly and will help you with recommendations as well as any questions on individual dishes. They really do know their menu, and I so appreciate that.

Spicy heat levels: The spiciness we've tried is medium, which my hubby says is the perfect amount of heat. While I find the medium to be extremely tasty, I don't find it spicy at all. I think the hotter levels(hot and extra hot) are the perfect level. So just be cognizant of your spice tolerance because the levels are noticeable.

Drinks: they sit you with a fresh bottle of ice cold water. I'm fine with just that. But they do have plenty of other choices.

Appetizers: We get the samosas with the ground lamb and oh my gosh so good. They are perfectly crispy, and huge. The filling is substantial, with a wonderful amount of ground lamb not just veggies. The spices and sauce is deep in flavor and should not be passed up. They also come with their cilantro sauce which is very bright and I do believe it is a tamarind sauce which is a bit sweet, on the side, they are both wonderful. It's nice to go back and forth, it's like having three different appetizers in one.

Sides: so far we've gotten the garlic naan. Each order comes with quite a few pieces to get you through your meal. It's freshly cooked not frozen. It has a nice crisp to it and a little bit of fluff. The butter garlic and cilantro on top isn't skimped on but doesn't make it soggy.
We've also tried the saffron rice. This was very tasty, it had a very satisfying saffron flavor and the rice wasn't dry at all.

Mains: Lamb curry is my favorite Indian dish and this one is so very good. They do a wonderful job of balancing all the spices so all the flavors really stand out.
Butter chicken. It's really buttery and rich. It isn't tomato forward but in a wonderful way, but that's personally the way I like it. You can certainly feel and taste all the wonderful spices they use, it is very well balanced, with perfectly cooked chicken.
Lamb vindaloo, the spices are so deep and everything has been cooked to really infuse those flavors into all the pieces.
Lamb mushroom, is mushroomy and they take on the spices so well. If you love mushrooms you're gonna love this combo of flavors.
Lamb biryani, this one has a beautiful blend of spices, rice, and huge lamb chunks all blended together. It's a dish that you'll take bite after bite just to taste that blend again.

So if you like/ love Indian food this is a place that i think will make you appreciate it even more. If you've never tried it and are curious this is a perfect place I think to start you off on an amazing journey. If you think you'd not like Indian food, I'll tell you I was the same until I took a chance and tried something new and found a journey through some beautiful flavors that I've craved ever since.”

“Sweetly Baked is my favorite Salem sweet spot! My partner is celiac and loves the GF brownie, cookie, and cupcake selections! His favorite is the mint brownie—yum! My go-to are the sweet kolaches, champagne cupcakes (both the raspberry and strawberry are divine), and the chocolate covered pretzels tossed in seasonal sprinkles. The coffee is great, and the sandwiches and salads hit the spot when you have a bit of time to linger. Everything is soft, fresh, and delicious!”

“Traci was absolutely amazing to work with as a vendor for our fall wedding from start to finish! Just Us Girls was recommended by our Wedding Venue, The Water Oasis, and we are so glad we went with their services for our special day.

My wife and I have never had to hire bartenders before, so we did not know what it all entailed. Traci was happy to answer any and all of our questions, even after hours. Not only was this experience the most cost effective for us, it was super easy, and we felt very well taken care of by her. The day of our wedding went so smoothly and everyone was pleased with our brunch cocktail bar! Traci was even nice enough to bring a drink to me, which I was happy to make myself, but she insisted.

We are blown away by how incredibly sweet Traci is, and we also really enjoy the shop. I wish that we lived just a little closer to the establishment, but whenever we are in town, we will always stop by to say hello and grab some delicious beverages!

The lady was frustrated with the card reader not working, which is understandable. Though, not my fault, and I even attempted 5 different ways for it to take my card. It kept timing out and saying there was an issue with the internet. She finally set it to offline mode and it took my card. Hopefully the owner can figure out a way to replace the card reader.

“The staff was AMAZING for my Make a Wish family’s send-off party! Diana, Chris, Julia, and friends were so accommodating from setup of our table, serving food, and helping assist the final clean up. Every staff member wore Disney gear, from entire costumes and Pajama onesies to mouse ear headbands. Mirabel/Julia was a most wonderful waitress and the whole family loved her. Their team provided an entire party for us, filled with balloons, Encanto glasses, crazy straws, and even helped us setup additional decorations. I could tell they were so excited to apart of something special, and the thing is, they were the ones that made it so special. One server told me “we’ve been shopping for this for weeks!” They all smiled as they came by the table to say hello to our wish family. The entire restaurant transformed just for our wish and it was an amazing experience. My heart was touched by the joyful nature of these employees. Everyone came together to celebrate my wish kid, and I am forever grateful for their thoughtfulness. So often we talk about our wish kids bringing hope to the world, but now I realize that the hope also comes from those who come to help. “Pizza was delicious! A small pizza was plenty for me to have leftovers to take home. Others at my table had salads that looked amazing. Servers were super friendly, but we did have to wait a bit to get our drinks. Going in the evening, parking was easy. Atmosphere was chill. I will be back to branch out and try some of the more unique pizzas they have on their menu.”

“I’m a pizza snob. It takes a lot to impress me. Had a slice and a pint of beer for $8! What a bargain. Had around 8 or 9 different pies to choose from. They warmed it up in a small oven. It was delicious! Very thin NY-style pizza with a thick soft crust. Best of both worlds. Spoke with who I’m guessing was the manager. Alejandro, I think. Very passionate about his job. Nice guy! Had a great IPA with my pizza. There’s a special on
Mondays, I believe. 18” pizza for $18. I wouldn’t feel bad paying full price. I will come here every time I’m in Salem.”
