The atmosphere is just lovely. We planned our son and future daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner from afar, way far.....Michigan. As stressful as that could have been, Kathie did everything to ease our stress. She calmed this Momma's heart and executed everything to a "T". The appetizer table was not only displayed beautifully, it was YUMMY! The salad, main entrees and dessert did not disappoint. But most of all, the staff was most kind and extremely professional. We cannot thank Kathie and the staff at Chef Palette enough for the wonderful and memorable evening we shared together. GO TO CHEF's PALETTE!”

The liangpi (cold noodles) were perfectly chewy and full of flavor, and the beef soup was rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. You can really tell the dishes are made with care. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like a hidden gem. I’m so glad I found this place — it’s definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to in the Triangle area. Highly recommended!”

“My husband and I travel through Cary, North Carolina, about once every two months. We always make a point to dine at another Nepales’s restaurant nearby, but it was closed on Monday this time. The front desk staff at the Hyatt hotel in Cary suggested the Nepal House so we thought we would give it a try because we really had a craving for that type of food and we have been waiting all day to arrive so that we could dine at the other Nepal restaurant. The experience at the Nepal House was exceptional! The service was wonderful, my husband had a lamb dish and I had a chicken tandoor dish, I also had a house salad, and the best thing we had was the Momo’s! Everything was exceptional, but the Momo’s were to die for, we had never had them before and they were just out of this world you can’t go without having the Momos! They have a bar and a nice selection of wines. Everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to return again soon! We highly recommend this restaurant!”

Our reservation was for 8pm and we arrived fifteen minutes early and didn’t get sat until around 8:30-8:45 but Being that I also work in the food industry and it’s Covid times, I didn’t see it as a big deal. I do wish I had snacked before hand though! They did send edamame to our table for the inconvenience once we were finally sat though which was a super nice and unnecessary gesture. Also, the ambience is lovely and super romantic. The best sushi I have ever had. So light and flavorful. We even got some dessert and I have to say the mochi doughnuts were to die for - I wish the chocolate sauce for dipping had been dark chocolate but that’s my personal preference. The only negative thing I have to say is it is a little pricey so it won’t be a regular spot for me personally but definitely a place to check out for special events or date nights.”

I recommend arriving a bit early as there may be a short wait (reservations are not accepted), but there is bar seating available. Upon arrival, you can add your name to the waitlist, which is a nice touch. The restaurant is consistently busy, yet always well-maintained with clean facilities. The servers are knowledgeable about the menu and go the extra mile to ensure a welcoming experience. Whether dining with friends or adults, everyone can find something appetizing on the menu. Here is what we order on our most recent visit: Karage Wings $12 Pork Belly Buns (2) $9 Kids Miso Ramen with Chicken and Eggs Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl $12 The food was delicious overall, and I particularly enjoyed the wings and the pork belly bun. A tip to keep in mind: it's best to finish the wings while you're at the restaurant. If you have any leftovers and take them home, they don't reheat well.”

The surface is sprinkled with sponge cake crumbs, giving it a fluffy and cute appearance. I ordered this cake for my son's birthday, and they even wrote a sugar plaque for the child, which he really liked. The communication and service were also very attentive. Highly recommended.
Hokkaido double cheese blueberry cheesecake, delicious. The blueberry cheese is rich and smooth, the sponge cake is moist and light, and the slightly sour taste of the blueberry sauce balances out the richness of the cheese and the sweetness of the cake. Sponge cake crumbs are stuck on the surface, and the plush shape is very cute. I ordered a cake for my son's birthday and even wrote a candy sign for the children. The children loved it. “This place is an absolute hidden gem! I was curious how Indian ice cream, boba, and pizza could all exist under one roof — but somehow they pull it off perfectly.
The Indian ice cream (kulfi) is rich, creamy, and full of authentic flavor — I tried the pistachio and mango, and both tasted just like the ones I’ve had in India. You can tell they use real ingredients and not artificial syrupy stuff.
The boba tea is also top-tier — chewy pearls, not too sweet, and a great selection of both classic and creative flavors. I got a rose chai milk tea with brown sugar boba and it blew my mind.
And the pizza? Surprisingly amazing. The paneer tikka pizza is next-level — the crust is perfectly crispy and they’re generous with toppings. It’s not your usual pizza spot — it’s got personality and flavor.
The place is clean, the staff is super friendly, and the menu is full of cool surprises. Whether you’re in the mood for something savory, sweet, or refreshing, you’ll find something to love here.

So I grabbed a complimentary drink for the reception and ordered a fried chicken sandwich. Service was friendly and prompt. The sandwich arrived hot and honesty was one of the better chicken sandwiches I've had. It had really good flavor and was juicy with fresh lettuce. The fries were cooked perfect to fit my liking which is crispy but not destroyed. Sorry I should've taken a picture... Fyi the table next to me got salads which looked really good.If you want to stay close or order room service I think you'll be pleasantly surprised as I was. Ignore the 1 star reviews that don't really relate to the restaurant. They also had a manager waking around checking on customers which is always a good sign that they care.”

“Had a very nice two night weekend stay. Room was very nice. Dining atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. The restaurant/bar area and in turn the library room are EXTREMELY noisy!!! Use some sound deadening materials for Christ sake!! We wanted to relax in the library area which is very comfortable but couldn’t last more than a few minutes because of the the noise from the dining room. It wasn’t that there were loud groups either. The room is very noisy. Simple conversations had to get continually louder to overcome the noise which made it even worse. During dinner with two people we were forced to raise out voices to we could hear each other. Just not acceptable in an otherwise very nice hotel.”

This is definitely NOT a typical tex-mex place. The chef has trained in Mexico, and the dishes are all superbly prepared. We go to Mexico frequently, and the tortilla soup was among the very best we've ever tasted. The mole enchiladas were superbly rich and flavorful. The flan's description is far too modest. They left out the black raspberry, blueberries, mint garnish and orange/brown sugar glaze. Wow! Service was attentive and helpful. Not a fancy place, but a place to return to again, and again. “My husband and I travel through Cary, North Carolina, about once every two months. We always make a point to dine at another Nepales’s restaurant nearby, but it was closed on Monday this time. The front desk staff at the Hyatt hotel in Cary suggested the Nepal House so we thought we would give it a try because we really had a craving for that type of food and we have been waiting all day to arrive so that we could dine at the other Nepal restaurant. The experience at the Nepal House was exceptional! The service was wonderful, my husband had a lamb dish and I had a chicken tandoor dish, I also had a house salad, and the best thing we had was the Momo’s! Everything was exceptional, but the Momo’s were to die for, we had never had them before and they were just out of this world you can’t go without having the Momos! They have a bar and a nice selection of wines. Everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to return again soon! We highly recommend this restaurant!”

The liangpi (cold noodles) were perfectly chewy and full of flavor, and the beef soup was rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. You can really tell the dishes are made with care. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like a hidden gem. I’m so glad I found this place — it’s definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to in the Triangle area. Highly recommended!”
