“If you are planning a special occasion or just want a night out at a wonderful restaurant, I have a bit of advice for you. Go to Chef Palette! This establishment has got it together. The atmosphere is just lovely. We planned our son and future daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner from afar, way far.....Michigan. As stressful as that could have been, Kathie did everything to ease our stress. She calmed this Momma's heart and executed everything to a "T". The appetizer table was not only displayed beautifully, it was YUMMY! The salad, main entrees and dessert did not disappoint. But most of all, the staff was most kind and extremely professional. We cannot thank Kathie and the staff at Chef Palette enough for the wonderful and memorable evening we shared together. GO TO CHEF's PALETTE!”

Beautiful clean rooms and hotel ambiance, relaxing SPA with all possible amenities, amazing couple massage session and delicious dinner. Our reservation was for 8pm and we arrived fifteen minutes early and didn’t get sat until around 8:30-8:45 but Being that I also work in the food industry and it’s Covid times, I didn’t see it as a big deal. I do wish I had snacked before hand though! They did send edamame to our table for the inconvenience once we were finally sat though which was a super nice and unnecessary gesture. Also, the ambience is lovely and super romantic. The best sushi I have ever had. So light and flavorful. We even got some dessert and I have to say the mochi doughnuts were to die for - I wish the chocolate sauce for dipping had been dark chocolate but that’s my personal preference. The only negative thing I have to say is it is a little pricey so it won’t be a regular spot for me personally but definitely a place to check out for special events or date nights.”

The liangpi (cold noodles) were perfectly chewy and full of flavor, and the beef soup was rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. You can really tell the dishes are made with care. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like a hidden gem. I’m so glad I found this place — it’s definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to in the Triangle area. Highly recommended!”

“My husband and I travel through Cary, North Carolina, about once every two months. We always make a point to dine at another Nepales’s restaurant nearby, but it was closed on Monday this time. The front desk staff at the Hyatt hotel in Cary suggested the Nepal House so we thought we would give it a try because we really had a craving for that type of food and we have been waiting all day to arrive so that we could dine at the other Nepal restaurant. The experience at the Nepal House was exceptional! The service was wonderful, my husband had a lamb dish and I had a chicken tandoor dish, I also had a house salad, and the best thing we had was the Momo’s! Everything was exceptional, but the Momo’s were to die for, we had never had them before and they were just out of this world you can’t go without having the Momos! They have a bar and a nice selection of wines. Everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to return again soon! We highly recommend this restaurant!”

And the queen moscat oolong tea was very smooth and light. And I’m not a tea person definitely would try it again. Overall, the food could be described as a classic southern dish elevated with new ingredients and flavors, bringing the dishes to a new level of taste, texture, and indulgence, capturing the true essence of the south with a more modern flair. Appetizer Fried Green Tomatoes. This is generally not my favorite dish, but the waiter recommended it as one of the staples. Every slice of tomato was perfectly crisp with a consistent golden color and crunch exterior with a tender, tangy interior. The bold flavors that topped the tomatoes between the spice of the Voodoo Sauce, the creamy richness of the blue cheese dressing, and the smoky crunch of bacon, this was a perfect blend, creating a remarkable rendition of a classic that even I loved. Entrees Braised Beef & Egg Sandwich. The main ingredient of the dish – braised beef – truly melted in your mouth, coupled with the creamy texture and flavor of the Havarti cheese, creating the perfect base for this complex dish. The light and fluffy scrambled eggs, coupled with the baby arugula, brought a creamy, peppery freshness that truly balanced the richness of the beef and cheese. This sandwich was placed between two slices of toasted challah bread bun, which provided a sweetness that complemented the overall savory aspects of the dish. Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf. Comfort food at its finest. The meatloaf was juicy and full of flavor, wrapped in the crispy, smoky bacon, creating a nice crunch with every bite you took. The rich gravy poured over the meatloaf was a spark of deliciousness, paired with onions to add a touch of sweetness to the dish. The flavors were well-balanced and really raised the bar for a classic meatloaf. Nestled in a bed of mashed potatoes and a side of shaved brussel sprouts brought in all the necessary components to provide perfect harmony in the entire dish. Overall If you are in need of comfort food and don’t want the same ole dishes, you need to take a chance and go to Lucky 32, which really raises the bar and the expectations of a true take on classic southern cuisine.”

I ordered this cake for my son's birthday, and they even wrote a sugar plaque for the child, which he really liked. The communication and service were also very attentive. Highly recommended.
Hokkaido double cheese blueberry cheesecake, delicious. The blueberry cheese is rich and smooth, the sponge cake is moist and light, and the slightly sour taste of the blueberry sauce balances out the richness of the cheese and the sweetness of the cake. Sponge cake crumbs are stuck on the surface, and the plush shape is very cute. I ordered a cake for my son's birthday and even wrote a candy sign for the children. The children loved it. I recommend arriving a bit early as there may be a short wait (reservations are not accepted), but there is bar seating available. Upon arrival, you can add your name to the waitlist, which is a nice touch. The restaurant is consistently busy, yet always well-maintained with clean facilities. The servers are knowledgeable about the menu and go the extra mile to ensure a welcoming experience. Whether dining with friends or adults, everyone can find something appetizing on the menu. Here is what we order on our most recent visit: Karage Wings $12 Pork Belly Buns (2) $9 Kids Miso Ramen with Chicken and Eggs Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl $12 The food was delicious overall, and I particularly enjoyed the wings and the pork belly bun. A tip to keep in mind: it's best to finish the wings while you're at the restaurant. If you have any leftovers and take them home, they don't reheat well.”

The room is very noisy. Simple conversations had to get continually louder to overcome the noise which made it even worse. I didn't get onions. The BBQ sauce has a sweetness to it and pairs well with the heat of jalapeños. It is perfection! They have really good salads and shakes too. I like that this location is always clean and the people are always friendly. I also like how they give good suggestions. I got the chicken sandwich on a suggestion from the guy at the register who listened when I said I didn't really want a burger. Best choice ever!

“My husband and I travel through Cary, North Carolina, about once every two months. We always make a point to dine at another Nepales’s restaurant nearby, but it was closed on Monday this time. The front desk staff at the Hyatt hotel in Cary suggested the Nepal House so we thought we would give it a try because we really had a craving for that type of food and we have been waiting all day to arrive so that we could dine at the other Nepal restaurant. The experience at the Nepal House was exceptional! The service was wonderful, my husband had a lamb dish and I had a chicken tandoor dish, I also had a house salad, and the best thing we had was the Momo’s! Everything was exceptional, but the Momo’s were to die for, we had never had them before and they were just out of this world you can’t go without having the Momos! They have a bar and a nice selection of wines. Everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to return again soon! We highly recommend this restaurant!”
