I was visiting from New Jersey and though we have many Pakistani & Indian restaurants there, but none of them tastes like what Karachi express tasted like…. The bihari kabob / boti, dhaga kabob & biryani (extra masala) was on point. My friends also ordered fry kabob but they were alright (won’t go for it again). However, everything else was good and I will definitely visit them again when I am in Toronoto.”

“We heard good things about Buon Giorno so decided to check it out. It's a super small restaurant in a plaza that can be easy to miss - make sure you don't. It is truly authentic Italian cuisine. It's not the place to go for a fancy meal. Instead, it's where you go to taste real Italian cooking, fresh from the Nonna's hands herself. I'm not kidding. There was three generations of family working there who are eager to please you with amazing service and fantastic flavours. The food is fresh, wholesome and made with love.

Veal, chicken cutlets, beef all can be had with sides or in a sandwich. They had pizza and pasta and meatballs of course also. It all looked and smelled incredible in the hot table.

My mother and I arrived there just before lunch and it wasn't long before the place was packed. Obvious that a lot of the blue collar workers loved coming in for their huge sandwiches. There was a couple tables inside and a couple picnic tables outside.

My mother's meal was hot, tasty, full of flavour and the meat she said was super delicious and tender. My mortadella & salomi sandwich was delicious with simple and fresh ingredients. The bun was super fresh too which is always nice.

If I wanted to show someone true Italian cooking, this is the first place I'd take them. Simple, wholesome, amazing food and top-notch service. The manager made us feel relaxed like he was serving us in his own home. Much appreciated.

“I used to think Pizza Pizza was just okay, but lately it’s really stepped up. The crust is crispier, the toppings taste fresher, and the sauce has more flavour. Their walk-in deals and combos are also pretty budget-friendly, which is great if you’re with friends or just need something quick.

I recommend trying the creamy garlic dipping sauce — it’s a game changer. Still not gourmet pizza, but for fast food-style pizza in Canada, it’s solid and consistent.and Samim did a good job.”

“A large Club group of 40 had lunch at the Red Lobster on the Queensway! We had a separate party room for our group. The service was just great and the servers were very pleasant and accommodating. We received our meals in a timely fashion considering the size of the group. The menu is very extensive but varied which serves well to many different tastes and appetites. Everyone in the group really enjoyed their luncheon choices and most had to ask for takeaway cartons. We had couple or individual bills and they were handled efficiently by the staff. All in all, it was a very enjoyable afternoon!”

Calling it a “Large” size drink cup is a bit of a reach. LOL. Was smaller than a McDonald’s medium. Appreciate the self serve refill.

Prices are fair given the quality and freshness, and portions are very decent—you leave feeling full but not weighed down. It’s a fantastic alternative to greasy fast food and perfect if you’re looking for something fresh, clean, and a little more artisanal while shopping at Sherway.
