“I had a another great experience at Immigrant Son! Cortni was incredibly informative and engaging--she really listened to what I wanted and offered some great suggestions. I mentioned I was looking for something keto-friendly and protein-packed, and she recommended a side of chicken and a side of avocado. Simple, healthy, and surprisingly delicious! To top it off, I treated myself to their strawberry sourdough scone--absolutely amazing, especially paired with a good cup of coffee! Ronan, the manager, was exceptional as well. The positive energy in this place is always contagious--it's the kind of vibe that makes you want to come back. Great people, great food, great atmosphere!”

After we paid we were visited by, (we think) the owner and she asked us how we liked everything, we raved and let her know it was our first visit and that we would be back.”

They have $10 cocktails on the happy hour menu and we went on a Saturday around 4:45 (reserved the time) - pleasant surprise to see happy hour on a weekend! Overall, I thought the food was delicious and the cocktails are strong and tasty. The service was also fast and friendly - loved the timing of how each course was brought out. It is on the pricier side and the portions are not super large but if you want a nice treat in a very cute space, it's worth a try!”

“Let's start with the obvious: you can drive right past this place and not even see it. It is a converted house with minimal signage, and I think that adds to the charm. Reservations highly recommended.
Now to the good and bad ... it's worth the visit but it comes at price. I had their crab cake appetizer (superb) and wild boar shank (you'll have to wait 30 minutes for this to cook), a glass of wine and their flourless chocolate cake. It set me back over $100. I WOULD GO AGAIN. Every bite was top notch. I sat indoors, but there is a small nice patio in back. Next time I'm trying their duck.”

“Don Lalo’s Mexican Food is hands down one of my favorite spots—I eat here at least once a week, sometimes twice! Luis Soto, the owner, knows me by name and even remembers my usual orders. For lunch, I always go with the chile relleno burrito—best I’ve ever had! My coworker swears by the taco plates, and I’ve tried them too—absolutely delicious.
Breakfast go-to is the bacon breakfast burrito—packed with eggs, potatoes, melted cheese, and so much flavor. Their red salsa is spot on, and I always grab a jamaica to go with it. They really cater to the working crowd in the industrial area and are open only on weekdays for breakfast and lunch—and trust me, they stay busy for a reason.
I’ve even had them cater birthday parties with their taco platters. Great food, great people, great service. Love this place!”

How lucky am I to have discovered this Clemente Bakery!? It’s only a matter of time before they get their James Beard award.
Update: the blueberry oatmeal pistachio cookie is out of this world good. Each bite tastes a cloud of butter vanilla deliciousness. Also it wasn’t super rich and didn’t leave me feeling bloated afterward. So so good”

I can’t help but think that their prices are a little too high, particularly bc of the location which is a parking lot basically you expect it to be cheap and it’s not. While price will prevent me from coming back too often, I do hope to return here soon. Recommend trying this spot if you haven’t and you’re in the area. I personally recommend their Katsu and the yellowtail basic roll. They also do a good hot scallop roll thing.”

They have $10 cocktails on the happy hour menu and we went on a Saturday around 4:45 (reserved the time) - pleasant surprise to see happy hour on a weekend! Overall, I thought the food was delicious and the cocktails are strong and tasty. The service was also fast and friendly - loved the timing of how each course was brought out. Our waiter came and took our drink order. Malbec for me… so good, I had to ask what it was: Öko 🤤 and my husband ordered a smash berry something. THAT was SO BOMB! A hint of mint and full flavor of berries bursting bar god deliciousness! We ordered the butter board, now the presentation could use some work… I’m more about flavor and that butter (two options) was finger lickin good. The waiter took a few minutes to chat and told us it was pineapple butter. 🤯 it’s served with small pieces of… maybe focaccia bread (which btw alone was so good too). Meanwhile, the manager has his eye on everything. He saw the moment we put down our menus, and was there to ask is we has any questions. I did: there’s no house salad on the menu & he accommodated my request for one, which was a deciding factor for my main course. The SoCal Bolognese was bursting with flavor. This is new to the menu, we’ve been a few times… my husband is a fan, I was never impressed… until last night. The chorizo was spicy, but not overpowering, pasta cooked perfectly. The house salad could’ve used more tomatoes, but I really can’t complain since it’s not on the menu to begin with. My husband ordered the ahi steak on top of green beans and he said it was really good. It looked amazing, but I was in heaven with the butter board & the bolognese, my palate couldn’t handle the flavor overload 😜 After about 6 visits, I finally found something worth writing home about. For sure putting this place back into rotation. And the prices… very reasonable. Might be coming here a lot more. Everyone was super nice and helpful.”

She did awesome job yesterday because she could handle by herself the busy time and offering us a real good customer service even though the place was very busy.The manager should not allow the earpods during the working time specially the guy that was yesterday, he had no absolutely help behaviour to his co-workers and his pizza was horrendous.However I feel grateful with Sarah because she did an incredible job (she took orders, served sides, entries, served drinks and was being cashier at the same time) Sarah and Alberto are the kind of workers that make it worth visit Sbarro.”

After calling Ventura and talking to the manager they agreed that next time we come in the meals would be on them. Well as time goes along some things get lost and today the wife found the receipt and called up the restaurant and talk to the manager his name is Nicholas.
