“I got a juice from here at the farmers market it was a large blue drink. That was Sunday it’s now Wednesday night, I can’t stop thinking about it. It was so good and made me feel healthy too , I drank it all that day. Only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is bc it’s really expensive . They told me the large was 15, then they said with tax that’s 17.50$ . This is the first time I’ve paid tax at the farmers market anything else is a solid price, corn is 5.00 flat, nuts are 5$ flat, huge agua Fresca is 10$ flat you get where I’m going with this. It’s delicious however paying 17$ for a drink did hurt. I mean that’s the price of a meal these days. Drink flavor taste etc 5/5 price 2/5.”

“Dan closed the brewery down for the Ventura County Sportfishing Club holiday party event. 60-70 members/guests attended. The staff handled the party with aplomb and assured everyone enjoyed the evening. This is some of the best craft beer you can find. The food was amazing and plentiful especially the short ribs. I would encourage a visit for some great beers. And if you are having an event, I would strongly suggest working with these folks. These are some of the nicest people you will find at any establishment in Ventura. I will be a regular.”

The wings they did have, were delicious, a little under cooked for my preference, but the flavor was so good we wanted more. The pizza was delicious as well. The atmosphere was nice, the staff was super friendly. The space was cozy. Overall it was a very lovely night out. We will definitely come again when we are craving wings and pizza.”

“We were visiting from out of town, staying at an Airbnb across the street looking for a way to spend the night. The staff here had a way of making the whole place feel like a big, warm common ground place for people of all types. It’s just such an easy-going, wonderful vibe. I was reminded why I love playing pool so much for the first time in a long while, and I've played all across bars on the west coast! It was so cool just hanging out and learning from others who love the game as much as I do. It’s a rare thing to find a place that feels this genuine and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Need a great tasting soup? You might want to try this place!! We got the tom yum seafood soup (flavors of tangy lemon citrus w/ fresh ginger and savory garlic). Only thing was the last bit of broth was too rich for my taste but I know some people who would love and prefer this.
The shrimp wonton soup was my fave. Both soups were a 5/5. We also enjoyed the noodles!!!

Every single one of the employees there was kind, gracious, and warm. The food was absolutely amazing and the Musical Bingo is so much fun! “I had jury duty at the Ventura courthouse and when I was through, I was starving so I decided to go to eggs and things I ordered the chorizo, scrambled eggs, and English muffin with strawberry raspberry preserves and then of course you get the Swedish pancake, which is exactly why I’m so obsessed with this place. The service was spectacular. I got iced tea to drink. I never waited for anything. Everything was always there. The owner of the of the restaurant was so nice. Make sure everything was good. I can’t wait to go back. I’ll actually make a special trip to go to that exit and things particularly cause the service was so great and the honor was so nice.”

The atmosphere was very intimate. if you have an anniversary or date night please do yourself a favor and come here. It is on the expensive end, but you get every single dollar worth of food, every single dollar worth of service. I cannot recommend this place enough”

Customer service rocked. The ladies table touched and seemed genuinely inquisitive about our experience.
Our only regret is not coming sooner as we drive past those locations frequently and have never stopped by.
Lucky for us this place is close to home and will be one of our next favorite spots.

“I went to Sbarro on Tuesday July 11, pacific view mall Ventura Ca; I'm a regular customer because I love the pizza that Alberto manager makes; and also the very kind, great and polite customer service by Sarah, she helps me a lot to choose the variety of foods everytime that I go.However yesterday was an other guy in the morning making pizzas and was so awful pizza, it was soggy and doesn't have consistency, the guy had all the displays full of pizza and he was in the phone with his earpods and he knew that many customers were in line and he didnt pay attention to us even our line was in front of him, he didnt care to Help Sarah, she was doing all the job and taking care of all of us the customers. She did awesome job yesterday because she could handle by herself the busy time and offering us a real good customer service even though the place was very busy.The manager should not allow the earpods during the working time specially the guy that was yesterday, he had no absolutely help behaviour to his co-workers and his pizza was horrendous.However I feel grateful with Sarah because she did an incredible job (she took orders, served sides, entries, served drinks and was being cashier at the same time) Sarah and Alberto are the kind of workers that make it worth visit Sbarro.”

Our waiter came and took our drink order. Malbec for me… so good, I had to ask what it was: Öko 🤤 and my husband ordered a smash berry something. THAT was SO BOMB! A hint of mint and full flavor of berries bursting bar god deliciousness! We ordered the butter board, now the presentation could use some work… I’m more about flavor and that butter (two options) was finger lickin good. The waiter took a few minutes to chat and told us it was pineapple butter. 🤯 it’s served with small pieces of… maybe focaccia bread (which btw alone was so good too). Meanwhile, the manager has his eye on everything. He saw the moment we put down our menus, and was there to ask is we has any questions. I did: there’s no house salad on the menu & he accommodated my request for one, which was a deciding factor for my main course. The SoCal Bolognese was bursting with flavor. This is new to the menu, we’ve been a few times… my husband is a fan, I was never impressed… until last night. The chorizo was spicy, but not overpowering, pasta cooked perfectly. The house salad could’ve used more tomatoes, but I really can’t complain since it’s not on the menu to begin with. My husband ordered the ahi steak on top of green beans and he said it was really good. It looked amazing, but I was in heaven with the butter board & the bolognese, my palate couldn’t handle the flavor overload 😜 After about 6 visits, I finally found something worth writing home about. For sure putting this place back into rotation. And the prices… very reasonable. Might be coming here a lot more. Everyone was super nice and helpful.”

After calling Ventura and talking to the manager they agreed that next time we come in the meals would be on them. Well as time goes along some things get lost and today the wife found the receipt and called up the restaurant and talk to the manager his name is Nicholas. Well he did a great job he not only provided the meals for us but he was Very very cordial about it and thoroughly understanding he did a great job he made a lifetime customer with my wife and I and I appreciate his hard work and the good food that comes out of this restaurant thank you”

“Dan closed the brewery down for the Ventura County Sportfishing Club holiday party event. 60-70 members/guests attended. The staff handled the party with aplomb and assured everyone enjoyed the evening. This is some of the best craft beer you can find. The food was amazing and plentiful especially the short ribs. I would encourage a visit for some great beers. And if you are having an event, I would strongly suggest working with these folks. These are some of the nicest people you will find at any establishment in Ventura. I will be a regular.”
