“Recently went and although the food and waiter staff were great, we were expecting what we seen on here. There was no performances. An empty space. Apparently there's a 2 hr gap between brunch and dinner. The booking site allowed for a 4pm reservation. When we arrived we were accommodated but looked at funny. We found out that brunch had ended at 3pm. I was really hoping for the full experience I seen here and paid alot and didn't get it.”
“Amazing vibes at Saucey! 🍕✨ Fresh ingredients, fun build-your-own pizzas, and killer cocktails. Perfect spot to chill with friends and enjoy great times. Can’t wait to be back! 🎉🍸”

“How is it possible that I didn’t review 4747lic here before?!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Every time I go there for weekend brunch, I have to return for dinner! I just can’t get enough of the place. Their Dutch baby “Primadonna” pancake and lobster roll are to die for. Much of what is on the menu it’s imported from Italy of the finest ingredients. It’s always fun to take the ferry across from Manhattan to the Pepsi Cola Sign and walk a couple of blocks. They can accommodate large groups, children, pets, wheelchairs, (you name it) at their outdoor seating. Run there. 😊💕”

“Love coming here to pick up food for when I’m feeling lazy. Depending on the dish, value is a bit hit or miss. Kimchi stew is quite nice, but very steep at almost $30 for a quart. The radish kimchi was fine but expensive for what it is. Because some items are priced much higher than a typical Korean grocery/eatery in NYC you naturally have higher expectations.”
“I had a great time at Kaiyo. It has been a go to for me when I want sushi and am in Long Island City. The front of the restaurant is only the sushi counter, so it isn't noisy or distracting. It's a good place to sit and talk over a meal. The sushi is good and it is reasonably priced.”

“Great place to watch the sunset over NYC! Great drinks and good food! Excellent service.”
“One of the best beef soup noodles I’ve had and I’ve been to Taipei before. The broth is flavorful and the beef tore itself apart. It’s genuinely amazing how well the food is here even if it’s a bit pricy. But it’s given how the neighborhood is.”

“Such a cute restaurant! The interior is clean and lovely.
I ordered the Japanese matcha fluffy pancakes and the matcha rose iced tea, and both were pretty good! The Japanese-style dishes were not exactly authentic, but still good and enjoyable!
I’d love to come back and try more items from the menu.”
“Excelente sazón y CONSISTENCIA en la misma quizás uno de los mejores restaurantes de comida ecuatoriana en los últimos 3 años en la ciudad de New York . Lugar muy limpio, espacioso , baños impecables, amplio estacionamiento y el sabor de la comida es realmente auténtico , lo único q podría mejorar es la atención un poco caótica y desorganizada pero en general todos los meseros son amables, vayan por ahí no se arrepentirán!”

“This has been our favorite Korean BBQ spot in the neighborhood since they first opened! We used to come here almost every week, and it’s amazing to see how they’ve continued to improve over time. The menu keeps getting updated with new options, and every visit feels even better than the last.
The service and hospitality are always excellent, the staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely makes us feel at home. The food is consistently delicious, well-seasoned, and the homemade sauces are incredible.
We recently brought our baby with us for the first time, and she absolutely feasted along with us! It made the experience even more special, and we’re excited to keep making memories here as a family. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great Korean BBQ, amazing service, and a warm neighborhood atmosphere. We’ll definitely keep coming back!”
“Great place for everyone, including vegans and vegetarians! Food is delicious and if you order coffee, they give it to you fresh in a French press. All gender bathroom is clean and has the cutest sink I've ever seen, will be back to eat at this restaurant again!”

24 Hour Restaurants
“The sweetest, most caring employees. Always make sure nobody feels rushed while also making sure everyone’s orders get out in a timely manner. Food is authentic - great lunch deals for when you’re in a rush but want a complete meal. It’s open 24hrs hence at times it’s a little slower bc there is less staff but overall, always a pleasure doing business with them ?✨??”
“Definitely the smartest idea to have a late night food spot in this area, since everything is kind of far for someone with no method of transpo. Place is clean, food is all on display no flies or anything, deli guy does what you ask all while being sanitary just dont overload him with directions lol, prices are reasonable as well”
“This local market is great. I live on this block so they’re very convenient and I go to them for a lot. Snacks, smoothies, paninis, drinks and most recently pasta. I was really surprised, but the linguine carbonara was fantastic! And the price is great. And the staff is always friendly. We’ve been going here for 8 years now.
Give it a try!”
“Soothr LIC delivered an exceptional dining experience for our 8th wedding anniversary. The vibrant atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between high-energy and intimate, making it a stellar spot to mark a special occasion.
Our server, Jelly, was incredible from start to finish—attentive, warm, and seamless with her recommendations, ensuring the evening felt like a true celebration.
The Meal
* Mop Dang Puff: A fantastic start to the meal. The pastry was impossibly flaky, packed with rich, deeply seasoned filling that set a high bar for the rest of the night.
* Had Yai Chicken: Perfectly executed. The fried chicken achieved that crisp outer crunch while remaining tender and juicy inside, highlighted by fried shallots and authentic southern Thai spices.
* Crab Fried Rice: Generous portions of sweet lump crab meat folded into fragrant, perfectly separated rice. It had that distinct wok hei (breath of the wok) flavor that elevates simple fried rice into a standout dish.
* Panang Duck Lychee: The highlight of the night. The rich, creamy Panang curry sauce had just the right amount of heat, beautifully offset by the juicy sweetness of the lychee. The duck was rich and tender with crispy skin, binding all the sweet and savory flavors together.
Soothr LIC brought the heat, flavor, and top-notch hospitality for our milestone night. We couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate eight years!”
“Saturday evening live jazz music is fantastic!”
Takeout Restaurants
“I was craving some dumplings and I walked by Chairman Sun and saw their menu had just what I wanted!
The Pork Soup Dumplings were a 5/5. Full of flavor and the perfect texture. The soy sauce and flavor of the pork matched perfectly.
My Scallion Cucumber salad was a perfect flavor profile for me as a I love a garlic moment. The dressing was drinkable…and the cucumber cuts were hardy and a perfect fresh bite.
Lastly, the spring rolls, solid and great flavor.
Kind staff and great ambience.
Loved my time here!”
“Anable Basin is literally one of my favorite spots in the city, especially during the summer. The views are so pretty, the drinks are good, and the whole vibe is just so fun and relaxed. The staff is also super cool and personable. I love coming here with friends, sitting by the water, and watching the sunset (the best view in New York imo). Definitely a go-to spot for me!”
“Found this place online. We ordered chilaquiles con salsa verde , French toast & iced cafe de olla. The place gives a Mexican home style atmosphere. It’s a small space & got busy after 11:30am on a Saturday. We got seated quickly. The chilaquiles were shareable and had a mild spicy. The French Toast was MASSIVE and shareable. The crust was slightly too toasted making it a bit difficult to cut through. The arrangement of fruit was nice tho. They added mango which was a nice touch. The cafe con olla does well iced and definitely has the olla taste. Highly recommend the chilaquiles con steak y salsa verde. The staff were very friendly.”
“Rocco’s is proof that you do not need to drive to Philly for a phenomenal cheesesteak, you just need to find the Home Depot parking lot.
I got the cheesesteak with peppers, onions, and cheese, and this thing was an absolute UNIT. The bread was fresh, the steak was tender, juicy, seasoned perfectly, and piled on like Rocco personally wanted to make sure I wouldn’t need another meal until Tuesday.
And somehow, despite being loaded with enough steak to require a structural engineer, the roll held everything together. Respect. 🫡
This isn’t one of those places where you leave wondering, “Was that really worth $15?” You leave wondering, “How am I supposed to move now?”
No fancy dining room. No unnecessary nonsense. Just ridiculously good cheesesteaks, Italian sausage, huge portions, friendly people, and the kind of food that makes you sit silently for the first few bites because conversation has temporarily become less important.
Philly, I mean no disrespect…but Rocco’s is making a very convincing argument from Queens. 😂
Absolutely delicious. I’ll be back, and next time I’m bringing a bigger appetite.”
“Unbelievably good Italian food! Only thing I’m upset about is the fact I’ve wanted to eat here for 3 years and never actually went inside to eat! This place is a hidden gem. This is real quality Italian food, cooked and served by the same family since the 70s. The hosts, waiters and staff truly care about your dining experience and it really shows. Everything and I mean everything we ate was top notch. I got the carbonara my wife got the chicken parmigiana. I loved mine! Huge portions, quality ingredients. You can just taste everything in your food. The calamari was delicious, nice big calamari with a light breading and the marinara sauce is a real homemade sauce. You will not regret eating here I promise you that! They have a huge wine list and are very knowledgeable and willing to help you make a selection. I love the old school ambiance and the fireplaces are a beautiful touch! Prices are very reasonable! Actually kinda cheap compared to many other restaurants down here. I can’t wait to go back!”
“We went for Thanksgiving, not expecting much. Understanding they would be busy at 7pm, we decided to take our chances and walk in. Super friendly service. We got a welcome eggnog, brilliantly cooked 3 course price fix menu, great service. There were some hiccups (soup came out crazy fast, while the drinks took the normal time. A little odd) loved that they had a kobe steak as arn option, very moist turkey too. Pumpkin creme bruleee was tasty-not too "pumpkiny". They even have us a free champagne with dessert. Really worth it”
“Love this place! Excellent service, great food, wonderful environment! I’m going back. Love the moctels!!!!Great experience!”
Drive-Thru Restaurants
“I came here on Friday, the bartenders offered top notch customer service (wish i had gotten their names). No need to go to overrated jazz clubs, this place has it all in one cozy spot plus classic, fun and enjoyable high quality Jazz that I am always looking for; i found it that night listening to Benjamin on Sax & Cristobal on Bass, Sacha Perry on the Piano and Sean on Drums. Hope to hear them play there again soon!”
“It was more than dinner, it was an experience that reminded me of home, family, and the beauty of true Korean cuisine.
We loved every single dish and left feeling both inspired and grateful. Each course came with thoughtful explanations that made the experience not only delicious, but also educational and deeply memorable.
Your passion, knowledge, and dedication truly shine through every detail. Food was exceptional!
We can't wait to come back. Thank you!”
“I used to come here for their lunch specials, which unfortunately are no longer available, but I still enjoy coming for lunch. I love their protein options, especially the tofu — it is absolutely amazing and one of the best tofu dishes I have had.
The tofu is my favorite, and I would recommend this place a million times to anyone looking for great food. Their burgers are good, the tacos are great, and their vegetarian options are always delicious. The quality, flavors, and variety keep me coming back.”
“Second time here, and this cozy little spot near Queens Plaza is becoming a favorite. It's a nice, quiet place for lunch or dinner, and equally good for takeout.
I ended up ordering the same two dishes I enjoyed the first time — the bitter melon salad and mapo tofu. Both were delicious, especially the bitter melon salad, with plenty of flavor and a nice kick of spice in my mapo tofu.
On my first visit, I also tried a Tsingtao beer, which paired perfectly with the spicy food. I ordered medium spicy though with rice noodles.
Good food, relaxed atmosphere, and a lovely little place to have nearby. There is perfumed diffuser in the air that some may find strong.
Overall a great spot.I'll definitely be back!”
“Wow. Wow. Wow. 😍 Chef Diana and her team are TRULY a gem! Came here during NYC restaurant week and it was a beautiful & unforgettable experience. The most amazing hospitality. The Wagyu brisket Kare Kare, green mango & tomato salad, and peach mango float were showstoppers. Definitely gonna return and bring even more of my friends! ❤”
“My boyfriend and I love omakase and this place hits the spot!
We’ve come here a few times and living nearby has become a problem for our wallets because we crave it all the time.
The fish here is super fresh, the omakase pieces are AMAZING, and the staff and sushi chefs are so nice. There have been many times we’ve gone to pricier places and talked about how this one is still one of our faves.
It’s upstairs in the food court, so it can be easy to miss if you aren’t looking, but I 1000% recommend checking it out.”
“Our recent private family birthday bash at Manducatis Rustica was wonderful! I can not thank Gianna enough for her time in planning the menu and offering to prepare anything my family likes. The food was delicious and abundant , the staff was attentive and kind, the tables were set beautifully. It was like being in my own home -warm and friendly without me doing all the work . I will be returning for dinner often! Bravo to Gianna and all her staff at Manducatis Rustica !”
“My overall experience with this restaurant was very positive. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. I like that they have happy hour for drinks. Beer was like $4. They would work with you slightly to modify their dishes to accomplish your needs
They have seating outside and inside. They managed very well outside in a shady area and the booth and inside AC working well.”
“Great place for everyone, including vegans and vegetarians! Food is delicious and if you order coffee, they give it to you fresh in a French press. All gender bathroom is clean and has the cutest sink I've ever seen, will be back to eat at this restaurant again!”
“If You’re in the area, it’s a good hangout place. It’s good to watch games and/or have a good meal. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere.”

“Stopped by for dinner based on reviews here - the person at the food truck didn't disappoint - he was warm & friendly and was clearly keen to get our business. My daughter took the Chicken over rice (she thought it was better than the one I had previously) and I went for the Cheeseburger with a side of fries. $26 in all for this food.
While we were waiting to order, the generator died and he immediately stepped out and switched over. The surrounding of the truck is clean, don't have people hanging around which is a good thing. If I am back in the area, will stop by and try their fish over rice or falafel.”
Last but not least, il proprietario Cristiano, gentile, educato, professionale, simpatico e generoso. Un posto da non perdere, infatti non vediamo l’ora di tornare…aspettateci! ****** English We bumped into Santa Chiara Cafe by chance and after it became our favourite place for breakfast but not only…it is clean and elegant in classic italian style with a great view towards the Manhattan skyline. The staff is nice, polite and very skilled. Food and drinks are top quality with modest price. However, we want to tell you more; favourite food, among the others, are croissants, tart and all the deliciuos small cakes. Not to mention the excellent homemade ice creams. Nothing is left to chance, also our pet friends were super happy to taste the eccellent cookies. Special mention to Enzo who makes the best omelette in town. Last but not least, the owner Cristiano: polite, kind, nice, professional and very generous. Highly reccomended place, not to be missed, we are looking forward to go back again…wait for us!”
“Customer now going on for 3 years and this is always my home away from home. It's super clean the food is great and the service are always welcoming and respectful. Feels like I'm with family and at peace when I come visit. Shout out to Karen who always makes my coffee superb as always 👌 ❤ love you guys !”
“DELICIOUS!!!
I ordered two types of dumplings and buns, and after about 15 minutes, everything came out looking beautiful — and tasting just as good. Everything was fresh, juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
Not gonna lie, when we walked in, I wasn’t sure we should stay because the place was completely empty, and it looked like the only person there was the owner. But we decided to give it a chance, and I’m so glad we did.
I’ll definitely be back.”
“This is, by far, the best cafe in town, in my opinion. Home made croissants with all kinds of add ons like eggs, bacon, ham, peach seasonal fruits etc etc etc. One of a kind, James Beard award recipient chef Ghaya takes her time and skills and puts it on the table every single day. Baking starts in the very early morning hours to perfection. French toast on the weekends! Chicken sandwiches as well wow!! Service is outstanding, the place is immaculately clean, one block away from the subway. Oh, and the pastries are incredible! You will return, I promise!”
“Multi-sweet is an INCREDIBLE cake shop and the owner Amber is so sweet! We ordered a two tier cake for our great gatsby themed wedding (matcha / yuzu and black sesame / taro) and WOW did she deliver! The decoration was incredible and it tasted even better!! So moist and fluffy, not too sweet but so flavorful. I'm very picky with my black sesame because most places don't get the potency right but this was one of the best cakes i've ever had! We tried 5-6 of their flavors and everything is delicious so you really cannot go wrong.
For everyone who's had a bad experience with frozen cakes it may likely due to not giving it enough time to defrost. When we first ordered an 8 inch cake for our friend's birthday lunch. We picked up the cake she made the night before at 11am and didn't give it enough time to defrost. However after we let the cake sit all day to defrost, the cake ended up being so delicious we decided to go with multisweet for our wedding.
If you do decide to cater multisweet for your wedding I would recommend having her come onsite with catering and bring the cake. We used uber courier and while the cake arrived in perfect shape with no problem from multisweet's end, there was stress coordinating with the uber courier the day of.
Ultimately all of our guests were raving about the cake & wanted to bring slices home, we'll definitely be ordering here many more times!”
“Birch on 7th Ave and 14th street is my fave spot to get my afternoon skinny flat white during our class break at Pratt. The crew there is always great and I love the tip jar questions. Hang in there dear Birch! Looking forward to seeing you all again when we’re through this.”
“Great food, great atmosphere As same industry we are take them as role models”
“Wow! This place was incredible. I have a gluten and shellfish allergy- they were so careful and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. Great service, great food! Came for my birthday and had such a wonderful time- will be coming back. Thank you sm again 🤗”
“It’s my favorite restaurant of all time. The service is amazing, every time I’m there I’m threaded like a queen and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Always my go to place”
“food is so good! the staff is lovely. very welcoming and inviting.”
“Ate out at the patio.really nice spot to eat outdoors during nice weather. Service was really good all the servers were very friendly and kept checking on us. Food is good value for money, not super authentic Calcutta but good value for money for sure. Service was the highlight. Very efficient and very friendly”
“fantastic food, but horrible service. AND they force an 18% gratuity on all parties”
“Food and drinks are super good and delicious and good price can’t go wrong. 10/10 I recommend to come here to “what the fish”. Employees attended us with good service.”
“My fav drink here is the fresh coconut taro drink with grass jelly. The store is doing a free drink w a $50 gc purchase which is great if you like their drinks here.”
“It was fine, but not remarkable, totally overpriced for what it is. Definitely bring your own vibes situation because it does kind of feel like you’re in a clothing store. Bartender was nice!”

“Love the sense of community, it's a great space. A local friend suggested we check out Culture Lab and we'de glad we did. We caught a free concert and the gallery space had a ln exhibit on drag fashion. It was a fun early evening, our kids enjoyed the music.”

“Some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had in a while.
Last night I ordered from Thai Tree through Seamless and an hour passed with no update. I called to check in and got pulled into a back-and-forth — turns out they’d been slammed with a large party and hadn’t seen my order come through on their end. The woman I spoke with was trying her best, but the wires were crossed. She said she’d call me back.
About thirty minutes later, a gentleman called, apologized sincerely, and gently asked if I’d be willing to cancel. I told him I couldn’t, not through Seamless (if you’ve ever tried to get a refund from them, you know exactly what I mean). He said, okay, let me see what I can do.
It was late. He asked if I still wanted the order. I said yes — I still wanted my order. And no, I couldn’t come pick it up — I was home, sick, and at that point the Uber to go get an $80 order would’ve run me another $20. He said he’d figure it out.
They made it. They delivered it. And it was, without exaggeration, some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had in my life.
I’m a business owner. I understand what a night like that looks like from the inside, and I know how easy it is for things to fall through the cracks. What matters is how you handle it — and they handled it. Five stars across the board. As soon as my schedule clears, I fully intend to come in and sit down for a proper dinner.”

“Really great dumplings, of course! The fried rice and mapo tofu are also great as well as any of the veggies that you ordered. Underwhelmed with the beef and broccoli, but go for all the dumplings”
“Came by for Sunday brunch. Welcomed and seated by a hostess at the bar with a smile. I recognized the bartender/ server - Diego, from my past visit and so did he. A friendly guy with smiles who walked me thru his fav’s - which I asked for. I thoroughly enjoyed my mocktail, Tiradito de Tuna, shrimp ceviche, corn ribs, fish tacos and Tres leches…😋🫶‼️Great energy in the room with live DJ. This place wins for its “presentation” of any dish with flavors! Great food and friendly staff. This is my nth visit and will frequent it. Ty for making my day off…😉😋👏🫶‼️”
“My son who is a picky eater slurped the broth and ate the karaage. The ramen had a good chew to it too :)”

“OMG Five ✨ I loved the options, the prices, the camaraderie of the staff! Food was sooo well priced, you pick your portion size and how it’s cooked!! Get the Greek salad but plan to share with a few friends. I’ll be back!!”

“Great place to go. The food was excellent, the ambiance is also very nice, with the space being much larger than I expected. Service was also top notch,I would definitely recommend to anyone. Looking forward to returning to try other dishes!”
“Authentic Cantonese cuisine. I was brought up in Guangzhou and these dishes here are the same delicious as the ones I had back in Guangzhou.”
“We were seated at the table right next to the window when it was -4 F outside even there were many warm tables inside :(
Anyway the food was good, I will go back for sure and please seat us inside.”
“We had the best pre cruise visit since we were staying nearby at a hotel. Both bartenders were excellent and the regular customers! Made us “southerners” feel comfy and offered up ideas and suggestions of navigating the concrete jungle! If we ever return to NY, we will definitely be back. Awesome food! Awesome service! Excellent drinks. Made our trip!!”

“The best empanadas outside Argentina. The steaks are truly amazing. Great wine list and wonderful cocktails. Very friendly and attentive wait staff.”
“The noodles and sauce are out of this world. Their combo portions are insane. And their freshness and quality is always consistent! Hands down kyodong noodles serves the best jjm in all of new york!”
“Great music and perfect for a night out. It is small so I highly suggest making reservations as they do stop the door once they reach capacity so you may be left outside. Arrive early and you are sure to have a great time.”
“We went for bottomless brunch and it was great! Food was pretty good, not spectacular but good portions and tasted good. Bottomless mimosas were definitely bottomless. The waitress was attentive and kept our refills coming despite the place getting pretty busy towards the end of our time. Prices weren't bad either.
The ambience is very cool. The music was amazing! Drake, Chris Brown, R&B from the early 2000s, and Latin pop.
We saw they have pretty good happy hour deals so we will definitely be coming back during the week!”
“😀I have known Manetta's Ristorante since 1990's and have been going there. Food is always excellent and the prices are good. The staff and servers are pleasant. Lisa is always friendly and accommodating --- greeted me and my hubby with a pleasant smile and also checked up to make sure that everything was fine during the course of our meal. Server, Jasmine waited on us a couple of times --- one of it was today, 2/9/2024. We were happy with her service and everything else. Our overall experience with Manetta's Ristorante is excellent. I highly recommend.”
“Loving the convenience of this new LIC location, and the food was amazing per usual. Our server Andrye was very energetic and attentive. 1000% will be coming back.”
“I've been here several times for dinner with my preschool-aged son and just went today for lunch. It's been a treat each time. I try a different side dish from their rotating menu on each visit, and I haven't been disappointed yet. Everything on their menu has been just the right savory, harmonious amount of flavor without being overly salty or overdone in any way. My son and I also love the fresh tofu. The staff has been very courteous, and everything is reasonably priced. I hope they stay around in LIC because there aren't very many restaurants like this that make things so comfortable in every way. I seldom dine out but I'd eat here anyday.”
“This place and the chef/ owner are the best things that ever happened to Astoria. Music oh boy oh boy.”
“Incredible spot! The drink menu is so unique, and you can really taste the quality and effort in every cocktail. Each drink tells a story and the flavors are spot on. Highly recommend if you care about the craft of mixology.”
“My husband and I have eaten here twice: both times we’ve enjoyed delicious pizza, pasta, wine, coffee, and desserts. The staff are attentive and kind without hovering. Most recently, a couple and their young son were having dinner too. Beebe’s is a great choice for so many different people and families.”
“We came here after being directed from another bar because our group was too big, and what a great intervention from the universe. We immediately got a standing table for our group of 10+ and our host Genevieve welcomed us so warmly and so attentively, especially for my husband celebrating his birthday. Probably about 20 mins later, a table opened up and she was able to get our group seated, and get extra chairs from outside wiped from the rain.
The cocktails were great, our group had a bunch of the Grey Garden (Earl Grey-infused gin-based drink) and our host recommended other yummy cocktails, they had a handful of tea-infused ones that tasted great.
We thought we’d just stay for a drink or two but ended up staying for four hours until 2am. Another table ended up buying us a round of shots back and forth with us! This bar was good vibes all around, with great drinks, a great bartender, and amazing host - shout out for our great time, Genevieve!”
“Absolutely delicious! I had the mango latte, which was perfect and not overly sweet, and the mushroom/goat cheese crepe. I also tried the mango crepe, which was perfect. I highly recommend this place.”
“Great Korean food! I’ve been to many of the "go-to" spots in Manhattan and Flushing, and Kuku is right up there with the best of them. The beef bulgogi and grilled chicken were delicious and very flavorful. Perfect portions and a great addition to the Roslyn dining scene. Highly recommended!”
“We had such a great experience at Westville LIC! Eric was our server, and he was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout the whole meal. His friendly service really made our visit even better. Thank you, Eric — we’ll definitely be back!”
“Bruschetta and margarita pizza were the highlights of my meal. The eggplant dip that comes with the bread basket is also incredibly delicious. The carbonara was okay.”
“perfect service again by Ambrose, always recommend him and Prems.”
“So glad I stopped in here for lunch— I'll be back soon! It's truly a hidden gem. We had a milanesa torta and the quesabirria and both work phenomenal... Truly authentic flavors which is hard to find with Mexican food in the city.
It was quiet in there on a Saturday afternoon, but the atmosphere was welcoming. Our waiter was also the bartender and chef and, presumably, owner.”
“Nice environment and really good tasting of varieties Japanese dishes. One of the best recommended is that grilled pork belly and I love Mentaiko, cold tofu, TamashiKama and chicken skin. Nice and charming servers and service is incredible.”
“An absolute gem!!
One of the best in the boro
A shinning emerald
in the wasteland of
glass towers &
empty-eyed transplants
that LIC has become.”
“Absolutely delicious food! Fast friendly service. Will be back for more😋😋”
“Great atmosphere… beautiful setting on the water, gorgeous circular bar…neighborhood place grateful for!”
“One of the best and busiest Italian restaurant in Sunnyside, Queens.
Pizza, pasta, appetizers are very good.
You gotta try it once in a life if you are a neighbor.”
“The great reviews were RIGHT! Simply delicious, cute locale with super friendly staff. I love trying new sushi combinations and their mango sushi (I tried several kinds!) was simply *CHEF'S KISS*.”
“I have been eating Paramount's American Paddlefish for many years now. I serve it to all my friends in my caviar pie on holidays and it is enjoyed immensely by all. The caviar is pristine and delicious! Their service is very personal and they will wrap your package if its a gift, beautifully. Amy, one of the owners, even sent me a tin during the lock-down! What more can you ask?”
“I was here a couple weeks ago. Very welcoming and friendly. I came here by myself sat at the bar. The attention to detail was there, the bartender was great with information on Japanese whiskey and cocktails. The dessert was blew my tastes bud away.”
“Best wings ever, and we've eaten a LOT of wings! Thai chili wings were perfect; sweet and spicy, BIG and juicy. Elli and Fernando are great. Highly recommend!”
“Really delicious Thai. This is real Thai food in the neighborhood. The quality is comparable to many Thai restaurants in Elmhurst that I would go out of my way to order to go. But I guess I can just get it from Ros Niyom now. I love the woonsen so much.
The tom yum is a bit on the salty side but very flavorful.”
“Delicious food, if you can take the heat! Price is reasonable for LIC. Air conditioning was a bit weak on a hot summer night… otherwise a great place for lunch or dinner!”
“Delicious food ... fresh ... special lunch rates and above all... service! Outstanding ... they were friendly, courteous, ready when needed and yet respectful.of boundaries! That's why I keep coming back!”
“I got custom macarons made here and the owner Miwa was amazing to work with. She is so kind, detailed, and attentive. She sent updates along the way when making the macarons. I highly recommend getting macarons here! They are very good!!
How to enter: enter the main building and go down to the basement level. You know you’re at her shop when you see the macaron banner.”
“Casper went above and beyond in making sure that we had everything we needed despite a very hectic night! Cheesesteak was amazing and he gave me a great beer recommendation.
Thank you, Casper!”

“We returned on a visit to McLoughlins 38 years after it was the initial beacon on my arrival in the USA. From there I linked up with my friends , got a contact for a job , heard about accommodation going for rent and bumped into old friends. It created a network and a safety net for a whole generation of Irish immigrants. John is carrying on the traditional welcome provided by his father and uncle. He could not have been more helpful or kind as well as having that natural gift of the gab good barmen possess. Drinks were also fine”
“Good food prices are lower than most stores around. there buffet is cheaper per lb. Then the Food cellar supermarket 4-5 blocks down the block. I can’t believe all the negative reviews that’s not my opinion!!! I have been living in LIC since April I go at least twice a week for lunch better the most places in the area wish buffet was re stocked for dinner and Millie her self is a nice person some times people are just to critical 🤷♂️”

“If you're looking for authentic Greek food and pastries, Meri's Bakeshop is an absolute gem. As someone who is half Greek and grew up eating homemade Greek food, I can honestly say this is the best Greek bakery and food I've had anywhere in the United States.
Everything we tried was exceptional, from the Greek cookies to the baklava and spanakopita and tiropita. You can taste the quality, tradition, and care in every bite. Even better, Meri creates fresh specials daily, so there's always something new and delicious to try.
What truly sets this place apart is Meri herself. She is one of those rare people who instantly makes you feel like family the moment you walk through the door!! Her warmth, hospitality, and passion for sharing Greek culture shine through in everything she does.
Meri's Bakeshop feels like stepping into someone's home for a meal. The food is incredible, but it's the combination of authentic flavors and genuine hospitality that makes it so special. This is the kind of place you find once and then tell all your friends about- I can't wait to go back!”
“Wow! This place was incredible. I have a gluten and shellfish allergy- they were so careful and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. Great service, great food! Came for my birthday and had such a wonderful time- will be coming back. Thank you sm again 🤗”
“Ate out at the patio.really nice spot to eat outdoors during nice weather. Service was really good all the servers were very friendly and kept checking on us. Food is good value for money, not super authentic Calcutta but good value for money for sure. Service was the highlight. Very efficient and very friendly”
“The space is beautiful, clean and simple, good music, calm vibes. The service was great! Very friendly. For food/drink, I got their coconut jam bar and a double espresso, both were delicious, I do wish they served the espresso in a cup to stay in rather than a to-go cup, but that’s a minor detail.”
