“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.”
“Had the recommendation from the Off Menu Podcast. Great atmosphere, great service and amazing ramen.”

“Always promised myself on my next trip to NYC I would go to The Dead Rabbit. I am so pleased I got to do it. The staff the cocktails the food and the decor & cleanliness were A1. Loved the welcome my friend and I got, (even when we were a bit late for our booking) throughout the service from the fabulous servers. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Bloody brilliant 👏”
“Japanese Italian fusion? Something I obviously had to try!
I appreciate Kimika’s creative menu with plenty of vegetarian options. Our waitress Kara/Cara was so friendly and helpful. I started with a Spritz that I think could’ve used some more bubbles, but the flavors were on point. The food was good but I felt like there could’ve been a bit more flavor. We tried the Truffle Carbonara, Soy Butter Bigoli, and Eggplant Katsu - I think the Bigoli was my favorite (think elevated lo mien). For dessert, we tried the lava cake, matcha French toast (would get it with ice cream if I were to over come again) and the Nutella Bombolocini (very creative - think mochi stuffed with Nutella).
Overall, I loved the concept of Kimika and the service, but I think there could’ve been just a tad more flavor in some of our dishes. Definitely a place to try once!”

“This is a hidden gem in the east village!! Loved every dish we got but my favorite was the Roti Nam Keang which is curry with fried roti, it was so so so yummy. And the server was amazing too. Highly recommend if you are looking for Thai food in this area.”
“My wife and I went to the Grove in Los Angeles last night and we had dinner at "Sogno Toscana," an it was outstanding. It was perfect in every way; great food, great drinks, outstanding and friendly staff, beautiful location, etc. I love Italian food but I can't think of one Italian restaurant that I like, until "Sogno Toscano." The food was outstanding, and there was so much more we saw go by that we can't wait to go back and try. And the drinks were outstanding. I love martini's and they served the best martini I've ever had. Giacomo was our server and took great care of us. He's from Italy and "Sogno Toscana" brought him to America when they opened their New York restaurant, and now he's in LA for this new restaurant. Although very busy, the entire staff were very fun to be around, and most of them are Italian which is also great.”
“Loopy's is the best. Just finished some of their delicious Bibim Bop. The Apps are good too - Summer Rolls were crunchy and the shrimp fresh and fried dumplings were delish also. Definitely recommend, eaten here dozens of times and always consistently great.”
“City coffee is my second home in UWS. Everybody is so warm and friendly, especially Bryan who always remembers my order and the food is just amazing. I always get the Nutella French Toast and a Chicken Club Sandwich. Nobody does it better than them. Thank you City Coffee you are the best!”
“This is the place to be! Food is amazing, (we had nachos and tacos) drinks? amazing (ask for a flight of Mezcal💗 Waiter? ask for Alfredo, knowledgeable, friendly and overall awesome! Loved both experiences there. If you are in NYC,.please go. Dog friendly”
“We had lunch at John Doe Craft Bar & Kitchen and had an amazing experience! Our server was so nice and welcoming. We ordered the potato skins and loved them. The food was great quality and so flavorful! We visited at lunch on a weekday. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in, promptly seated, and our food arrived quickly. Highly recommend John Doe Craft Bar & Kitchen!”
“Great staff and awesome food and drink.”
“After a few visits, I can really endorse this place for top quality, fresh, well prepared seafood. I’ve had the salmon and branzino, the oysters and calamari, salad, clam chowder, warm fresh bread, and vegetables. The staff is always friendly and full of advice about the menu. Ambiance is cozy and low key yet classy enough for a Saturday night out. Even their restaurant week menu is high quality and top value, in keeping with the rest of the offerings. Also have midweek paella specials! Neighborhood favorite that’s really popular for their summer outdoor cafe.”
“Amazing!! Love it. Have come back with my family.”
“Had an unforgettable time at Lucky Cheng's from beginning to end! If you visit Times Square, it's a must!”
“Went here for a birthday meal and was blown away by the food and service. The pasta had the perfect texture with a deep seafood flavour that did not rely on msg or salt. The staff was so gracious to accommodate splitting an appetizer and main with zero complaints. Homely and friendly.”
“very very good burgers and value too we recommend”
“Absolutely love Salinas Restaurant! From the service to the food, everything was flawless. I had amazing drinks. The menu is packed with great options, and every dish we tried was outstanding. Nothing disappoints here.
I had an excellent experience overall, highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back.”
This restaurant offers incredibly delicious food at very reasonable prices. The service is outstanding, and the overall experience is wonderful. It is rare to find a place that maintains such high quality while keeping prices affordable. Without a doubt, this is one of the best restaurants I have ever experienced.”

“Overall- I loved this place. It’s also part of InKind. The tuna tar tar was one of those dishes where once you have it u almost want to eat a second. It’s a must.
Food - once we order the tuna tartare it was so good. We almost over a second however, the table next to us had the Uni tartare so he said we’ll take that and it didn’t impress me as much as the tuna I loved it still.
We also ordered the KFC chicken, which was good a little relied to heavily on sauce and we got the Wellington, which was pretty impressive. Lastly, we got the butter chicken, which was delicious with the rice however, the rice could be cooked. There was also a cold onion in it, but the dish wasn’t cold
Atmosphere – The place is full. It’s cute. Nothing too crazy or over the top. Dim it everything is back in a red light, which makes it really hard to take pictures of the food, but that’s OK. Please excuse my pictures.
I love this place but people next to us get the kimchi cheese rice with chicken and it looks so good. I wanna go back and get it and of course get the tar tower again.
I also learned what corn salt tea was here also delicious and apparently really good for you”

“A fun place with interesting people watching but I came alone hoping to sit at the bar and was expecting and comfortable with waiting for an hour since it was as a Saturday (it was 6pm but that wasn’t early enough), but they were not sitting solo diners and instead would wait for seats next to each other to open up to sit couples, at one point leaving and open seat available for about 20 minutes.”
“Amazing, unique and delicious food in a very cozy setting. Be prepared to meet your neighbors as you adventure through one delicious plate after another.”

“One of the best Indian restaurants in NYC and a big step up from the sister restaurant Semma. The food here is delicious, satisfying, with decent portions and excellent presentation. The food is great, and it’s a special experience. Staff are friendly, the service is great. The cocktails are presented very nicely, but nothing wowed us. I’m here for the food and the service - and I couldnt be happier with that!”

“San Sabino in New York gets a solid 4 out of 5 from me. The food was tasty and fresh and compared to their sister restaurant is definitely more fish forward. I made a point to try some of their most popular dishes. The lobster ravioli was flavorful and well executed. The cheese appetizer was balanced and nicely presented, though I would probably pass on it next time. The star of the night was the spicy tuna appetizer, which really stood out in both flavor and texture. The decor is beautiful and creates a great atmosphere, and the service was friendly throughout the meal. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.”

I had an excellent experience overall, highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back.”
“Homey ambience. Smiling service. Flowing wine (if you get the pairing.
By any regular metric, this is a 5/5. Unfortunately, this is New York. More unfortunately, they have a Michelin star. Thus, they must be judged within the strata in which they belong.
The ingredients were FRESH. This is their calling card. The carrots, the squash, the beets, the buckwheat. Kudos to their souring.
The meal is an imbalanced (to me and my table). We were craving protein, and this place highlights the produce. I will say the tastiest dish was a non meat course (mushrooms in a dashi broth)
Not top of my list, but massive respect to what they serve and what they represent.”
“The experience was spectacular start to finish. Greeted nicely and service throughout was really excellent; paced well, not rushed or intrusive at all. really lovely. Hannah was great! We ordered from the restaurant week menu and a couple of other wise dishes (kimchi, bread and nori butter, patatas bravas). Of these the bread and butter was the least interesting, kimchi and patatas bravas were excellent. Starters -- frogs legs and hamachi, both amazing, cooked perfectly. Small plates -- soba a(with uni supplement) and celery salad, both excellent, soba was our favorite of the two. Salad was very fresh and nice. Entress, hangar steak and chicken sandwich. Steak in particualr outstanding -- cooked perfectly great sauce. Chicken sandwich is big and delicious Dessert -funfetti cake and panna cotta, both excellent. Drinks -- love the selections here boith zero proof and the wine/beer/cocktail options. Passion fruit marg and balsamic negroni excellent; sparkling hibiscus was really good and not to sweet. And the Cava by the glas very nice. The collab with brooklyn cider was a nice Basque style cider that paired nicely with the food. Overall, excellent and will be back!”
“Absolutely stunning from start to finish. Wonderful service from Yumen at the bar. Every course (we ordered the rhubarb bluefin tuna, buckwheat pancake, lobster roll, black cod, and celery float for dessert) was better than the next. Gorgeous interior and attention to detail. Will be back!”
“very authentic Chinese restaurant. like the decor. service is 👍”
“This place is so homey. As a Thai who hasn't been back home for years, the dishes here really hit the spot. Their crab curry is very aromatic and rich in flavor (with a nice kick too). The softshell crab was so divine and the pork was delicious. We would definitely recommend!”

“I love there chop cheese and really every sanwich but I hate ordering at night because the young guy with curly hair always has the phone on so that no calls go through. It's pretty annoying especially when you see there's no orders at that time. Overall love the business.”
“The sandwiches are SO good and flavorful. Also pretty large. Would def come back!
Came on a Saturday evening. Interior is pretty small and a lil cramped bc it’s pretty busy - but typical for a deli lol. Wait is like ~15 min for your sandwich
- Pho 10 sandwich w/ roast pork on hero ($18.50): 9/10, spicy and yummy!
- Pho 11 sandwich w/ bulgogi on hero ($18.50): 10/10, liked the flavor more than the pho 11 sandwich. Would def get again
* Note: Paying w/ cash is cheaper”
“I cannot speak more highly of this deli. Everytime I come in, I’m immediately greeted, the cooks know my order, everyone is extremely friendly. The food is spectacular and fresh and the prices are FAIR, and service is FAST even in the morning rush. This is the absolute best experience you can have for a deli. Everything is clean as well, and nicely lit. You can tell the employees are treated well and the management keeps this place pristine.”
“I always come to this restaurant and they always have a variety of food the service is always immaculate Robert serves me during the night and he gives great vibration to your food Christine is the loveliest she always over extends and does her very best to please she has always served me depending her shift and I recently have gotten to know a new waitress Maria who is always lovely and kind when serving me she is very attentive and servicing a place to enjoy at all hours”

“This place is so homey. As a Thai who hasn't been back home for years, the dishes here really hit the spot. Their crab curry is very aromatic and rich in flavor (with a nice kick too). The softshell crab was so divine and the pork was delicious. We would definitely recommend!”
“Approachable fine dining exceeds all expectations. Every aspect of the experience is top-notch, from the impeccable service to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Paul at the bar is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and his cocktails are beautifully balanced. We had a delightful conversation about gin and mezcal, and his expertise was evident.
Our table had a lovely view of the well-appointed and choreographed kitchen, adding to the overall ambiance. The service was impeccable, and there was no need to rush. We were given ample time to enjoy the food and the highest level of service.
When we made our selections, our server, Noelle, described each menu item in beautiful detail. The scallops in blood orange and romaine with green goddess were a standout dish, followed by bucatini for me and monkfish for him. The sommelier, Allie, paired the perfect wine for each course, enhancing the dining experience.
The attention to detail and the overall experience for laid back fine dining were truly exceptional. It was an honor to be their guest, and I highly recommend their offerings to anyone seeking a truly memorable dining experience. Don’t skip dessert Thank you Silvia for attention to detail.”
“My wife and I generally eat for five people, we ordered 4 small plates and 2 mains, still looking into dessert. Each dish had its own layer of perfection with unique flavors and exquisite presentation. I’d say a restaurant on its way to becoming Michelin…..bravo! Oh and the ole school hip hop added to the vibe. Enjoyed this dinner date immensely!👏👏👏👏😍😍😍😎😎😎”
“I wouldn’t call Katana a dive bar, but on a Tuesday night it felt like a great neighborhood bar. Relaxed atmosphere. Was surprised at how small it was but that added to the chill vibe. I bet on a Thirsty Thursday and the weekend that all changes, but the bartenders and the craft cocktails will be just as great.”

“My daughter chose this for a birthday dinner. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was fantastic. Audrey was our server. She was extremely knowledgeable of the menu, made great recommendations, she was there when we needed her without being there too often. I would highly recommend Rosella Sushi. Can’t wait to get back to New York City and return for a meal here. It also makes it extra cool when Chef Jeff is wearing a Florida Gator hat!”
“This was the most delicious Georgian food I’ve had since I was in Georgia. Our server, Marite, was a delight. She made wonderful wine recommendations. We will definitely eat here again.”
“Amazing food, service, and ambience! The braised pork belly was delicious, and the staff both friendly and professional!”
Fine Dining
“This place absolutely lives up to the expectation when it comes to food, service, atmosphere, and the oodles of money you will pay for your meal. Quick tips are go early (because by 6:30/7 it will start to fill up) or during the week, order the burger (they only make 6 per DAY), and reserve a high top seat by the bar (just my preference but it made me feel like I was in a less stuffy/fancy shmancy restaurant).
Jk about this being a short review. Anyway I loved all of the appetizers we got to start and would order them again and again. The bread service had a cheddar biscuit that was unnecessarily good, herbed focaccia, and whipped butter and labneh as dips. I had to stop myself from going crazy on that alone. The tuna tartare with shiso, sesame, and seaweed was light, fresh, and the flavor didn’t overpower the tuna itself. Tuna grade was also a 10/10 and just melted in my mouth. The oven baked cherry stone clams with pickled pepper, garlic bread crust, snd spicy pepper butter was creamy was deeply flavorful and blended so well together. If any critique here, I would ask for the breadcrumbs to be toasted a bit longer but I’m just being annoying. Then their take on a Caesar, the little gems salad, with hazelnuts, an anchovy vinaigrette, and leeks was just surprising enough while still following the traditional Caesar taste… so exactly what I wanted to feel like I was doing something different.
As for our mains, the bone in filet mignon just melted. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned intentionally but sparingly so the meat really shined. The cappelletti with butternut squash, brown butter, candied pepitas, and toasted sage was such a cozy dish, it tasted how the Fall season feels! If I were to critique the dish, I wish it was served hot and not warm; that would’ve brought its level up to a 15 instead of 11 out of ten. And the star of the show… the bar burger! Of course it’s not on the menu and as I said above, they only make 6 burgers a day… so obviously I had to get it and was not disappointed in the slightest! Nothing fancy here: melted cheese (don’t ask what kind), medium rare burger, light tomatoes sauce (fancy ketchup) and a sourdough bun. Think that’s what haven tastes like? The burger was HUGE so I will be eating the other half for breakfast.
Had the most delicious cab that was sooo expensive… so I’ll never have it again but it was fruity and bold in all the right ways.”
“We had Christmas Eve dinner here and it was a wonderful experience! There was a partial view of the tree from our seat but it was still very special. The dining room isn’t super large and feels cozy and festive. It wasnt too noisy either. Service was great, very professional. There was a moment when they cleared crumbs off the table and accidentally brushed some onto my dads lap😅
The food was wonderful! The flavors were delicious and filled us up. I read other reviews that the portions were small but I wouldn’t agree. Only the lobster was “small” as the serving was only half a lobster. I had the Dover sole and got very full. The starter burrata pasta was so delicious I almost wished it was my main!”
“The food here is amazing, and the staff are great. I can’t recommend it enough. Unfortunately, the Facebook rating system for restaurants is focused mostly on the wrong things, likely due to poor algorithm design. Curbside pickups? Daily specials? Takeaway menu? Grow up, Facebook.”
“This is what we call “fine dining.” We did not reserve the main dining room, as one of our party did not care for prix fixe. We opted for the lounge as you can have from the menu or prix fixe. When you first arrive, you are greeted by a pleasant hat/coat check lady. We arrived early and said we would wait for the other couple and were invited to wait in the intimate cocktail area. The cocktails were superb and served with a house-made cocktail snack. When the guests of the party arrived, we were escorted to the lounge area. An intimate area with about six to eight tables. After being seated and greeted by the head server (maître d' or captain), who explained our options, we all opted for the menu. After looking at all the choices, we decided to split two appetizers. Even though the number of items on each choice was uneven, the server said, “Let me take care of it". And then beautifully presented plates arrived with equal portions. And it only got better from there. The entrées were each explained in detail, including their origins and how they were prepared. I could go on and on. The fish, beef, duck breast, and pork were everything we expected and more. We all commented, maybe the best we have had. The house made desserts were perfect. I had possibly the best cheese plate I have ever had. The entire staff of servers were professionals and enhanced the evening. The most disappointing part of the evening was when a guest entering the dining room (after removing his overcoat) came in dressed in Dockers and a short-sleeve polo. This is an insult to the owner, the chef, and the entire staff at this fine restaurant. But maybe he was an elite or a “special” person. We all said we would be back.”

“Standing room type of joint, waits can be up to an hour (which is not worth it, imo), but the pizza is very good and they know what they're doing. Soft serve gelato is also quite good, if a little over priced. A lot of competition around, but L'induatrie is up there among the better pizzas in NYC.”
“Spicy Village was a wonderful place to have a Christmas meal! Actually, I'd like to rename it "Spicy Cozy Village" if a spicy environment can also be cozy! To start with, they were very gracious by accepting a reservation for 8 people at 6:00. Then they came outside and took our order even before we sat down and so the food was nearly ready by the time we had taken our coats off! The festivities kicked off with a plate of crispy peanuts, which ended up being the chosen appetizer, main course, and dessert for the little guy in our party. We then progressed to delicious dumplings, sesame chicken, spicy lamb huimei, and other delectable specialties! What was so amazing about the experience is that despite packing lots of people into a relatively small square foot area, it did not feel claustrophobic at all; rather it was comfortable and cozy, like sitting at a big table for a family meal at your house (even if it was take-out!!). Overall, Spicy Village was a terrific place for Christmas dinner - and I'm strongly considering coming back here for the 8 days of Hanukkah too!”
“Holy cow! We just had the Restaurant Week Bento Box lunch from 232 Bleecker and it was just out of this world. Hands down the best meal we've had since the pandemic started. The way Chef Cupps teases the flavor out of vegetables and meats is just astounding. We are in heaven! We also ordered from 232 Bleecker on Christmas Eve, and the food was once again incredible. We are huge fans of Chef Cupps. She previously cooked at UnTitled at the Whitney which was our favorite restaurant in NYC. We are so glad that she and Nick and the rest of her beautiful staff are doing so well.”
“We dropped by Ace's Pizza around 3pm., Brooklyn, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, 5th Ave NYC and it was such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating—amazing service all around. We ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Caesar Salad, and a 14-inch Pepperoni Pizza. Every single item was delicious! The quality of the food was outstanding. The pepperoni pizza especially stood out—crispy crust, flavorful toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. We really enjoyed everything we ordered, and the overall vibe of the place made the experience even better. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and craving great pizza!”
“Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.”
“Blown away by interior design, topped with finger-licking food, friendly service, and such a well crafted drinks!”
“Absolutely love this place. Been many times. Consistent quality food and service. This is a one of a kind gem in Manhattan”
“amongst my top favorite bars in nyc. The atmosphere of the bar seating is great, and the bori risotto + pine nut pasta are SO good. I also recommend the scallop rice and if you like tteokbokki, try theirs.”

“Besmir took really good care of me - only stopped in for a couple of drinks (the food looked amazing, though). They had one of the better scotch selections I’ve seen around here in a while. Made a really good, proper NY Sour as well.”

“Obao is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC! I have never been disappointed here. Best atmosphere, staff, food, and drinks all for a reasonable price. Highly, highly recommend!!! Especially the calamari 😋”
“Blue prawns were amazing. Sauce was one of the tastiest things I've had in awhile. Great wine and super friendly service. Sat at bar solo - made me feel very welcome.”
“Amazing Dining Experience, Delicious Food, Private space with lovely Staff!!!”
“Loved every dish- fluke with black tea, mint and peach(who knew raw fish and fruit went so well together?), amazing grilled artichokes and grilled eggplant. Barely touched my pasta with preserved lemon because I was full, but it was delicious. My daughter’s burger was iconic. The Platonic ideal of hamburgers. Coffee was also delicious. If we had not made a plan to go to La Cabral for dessert and more coffee, I am sure dessert would have been equally excellent.Service was excellent and our waitress was knowledgeable and interested in the food. The fluke reminded me of the first time I went to USC in 1988. I had a plate with raw marinated tuna, raw salmon and raw scallops. The little heaps of fish were so pretty on the plate with their contrasting colors.”
“Easily one of the best meals of my life! Crazy creative! Only 16 seats, very special in all ways.”
“Casual, friendly atmosphere, eclectic menu, looking forward to my next visit”
“Very good food. Great service, friendly staff and waitress. I recommend the fried chicken, and the kimchi fried rice. The black sesame pudding, as a dessert, was insanely delicious and buttery. Super good.
Brussel sprouts were very tasty. Tteokbokki dish was very interesting and a good interpretation of a creamy, rich pasta-like dish (a bit like a creamy Mac & cheese with everything seasoning). Enjoyed every dish.
Matcha beer was fine, but would opt for a regular beer or cocktail next time.”
“Compared to a few years ago, a few of the menu classics from Kawasanja are still there! And then the surprise is that there are a lot of new dishes too!”
“One of the best places for brunch in NYC. Everything was fresh and delicious.”
“Strongly recommended! Perfect meal. Every dish was perfect mixed of flavors; and portions. And the service added on the amazingness of this place. We are looking forward to next season’s menu.”
“Had a lovely meal to celebrate my 50th birthday, the food was so good and the service was fantastic, I would highly recommend”
“We lived in nyc for 30 years. Recently moved to DE. God only knows how much we miss the nyc culture. Nothing holds a candle to it. Thank you Aaron for such a delightful lunch today at your restaurant. Best Manhattan I’ve had in a long long time! You were so attentive and accommodating. Service the best! Thank the kitchen for the great food also! Will be back soon with our nephew and his spouse!”
“A New York classic experience! From their cooked to perfection Prime Sirloin Salad to the Dark Chocolate Mousse. Keens delivers great flavors in a cozy and historical setting. A must try!”
“Best pancakes on the eastern seaboard! Absolutely delicious maple butter! It’s the best breakfast anywhere in the world!!! 🥞🧇🥓🍁🧈🦋👐”
“If you’re simply here to enjoy good food, then you came to the right place. The ingredients are solid and absolutely worth the price — honestly, even comparable to places that charge $200–300.
But if you’re coming for a date or looking for ceremony and ambiance, this isn’t really the spot. There’s no detailed ingredient presentation or any wow-factor moments.
One more thing to note: after you finish all the courses, the extra add-on dishes aren’t really worth it.
Everything else is great though”
“Absolutely loved this place! The waiter was incredibly nice, the food was outstanding, and the design of the restaurant is just beautiful. Everything about this restaurant was great—highly recommend”
“Finally able to visit and so happy I did. My drink, Dutch Revival, is my new favorite cocktail. The winter flatbread was delicious. Loved the vibe and hospitality.”
“My girlfriend and I came here for dinner and Raquel was our server. She was really sweet, gave great recommendations and was very attentive the whole night. 10/10 service, food and ambiance. Recommend for a date night, or any type of night you’re trying to have.”
“Very nice restaurant.
We were very hungry when we arrived, and the food did not disappoint.
We shared some spicy tuna sushi as a starter.
I had rice with chicken, perfectly cooked and well seasoned.
My wife ordered a beef ramen with noodles and corn, which was also excellent.
The place is very popular. The décor is simple but very charming.
I highly recommend this place.”
“Didn’t expect to find my best crispy pork belly of the year at a Thai spot!!! The skin was insanely crisp yet slightly chewy. The dipping sauce on the side was perfectly balanced.
For the main, we went with the panang short ribs. The beef was coated in a rich, mildly spicy curry. We added steamed veggies instead of rice and they fit curry.”
“After a cold and windy morning, not being able to get into one of the morning shows, we ran across this little restaurant by accident for brunch. They quickly welcomed us in with open arms and fresh hot coffee. It was one of the best brunches I've ever had, but what made it even more special was Joey the owner overheard our story, knowing we had a rough morning, and gifting us one of his comfort food cookbooks! The day couldn't have been any better. I can't wait to try one of his delicious Italian recipes this holiday season. I highly recommend the Little Owl. I certainly will be going back in the future!”
“Events, webinars, Executive Circle, mentoring program, digital resources, networking, professional development. Lots to love about membership.”
“Great across the board — the vibe, service, and flavor all hit. The slow-roasted lechon pork for two is amazing and can be a whole meal. The Dungeness crab curry might be even better. Can't wait to go back.”
“This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! Highly recommended!”
“Friendly staff, we were not rushed and were made to feel welcome. A perfect spot to pass an hour in a soggy day! (Though skip the Apple tart for dessert - super soggy)”
“This is a bit of an upscale tapas bar, knowledge staff, not obtrusive. It did remind me of some upscale places in Spain. Go eat tapas the Manhattans with chocolate rim omg! Food was good too!”
“I give credit where credit is due and the service at Marcellino’s was amazing. Food was indeed great, so was the atmosphere, but Nestor did make the whole experience better for my family. Shout out to Nestor for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this place.”
“Enjoyed a Fabulous dinner and Found the food Delicious and Authentic 💯 The staff was warm and attentive, also the atmosphere and Cleanliness were top notch. Well done, We'll be back⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“We passed by this restaurant last week on our way to Irish Rep Theater and decided to give it a try. What a wonderful find! It is a charming restaurant with an attractive open kitchen and nice counter to watch the action. Tables are well spaced and comfortable. From the moment we sat down our server, Milos, could not have been more hospitable. He knew the menu well and was helpful with suggestions on both food and wines. He was professional and efficient and welcoming. The food was outstanding. They have a happy hour with delicious oysters and a nice variety of spreads and other small plates. A meal could easily be made at happy hour. The food was beautifully plated and delicious and of note the sauteed shrimp were perfectly cooked. There is much more on the menu we would like to try. We will be returning with a larger party next time to share many delicious plates. A wonderful addition to our NYC favorite spots.”
“Went to Sappe NYC for dinner and honestly loved it. The food was so good. We tried a few different dishes and everything had so much flavor without feeling heavy. The pad thai and curry were standouts for me, and the drinks were great too.
Patt was our server and she made the whole experience even better. She was super kind, patient with our questions, and gave really solid recommendations. She checked on us just enough and made sure we had everything we needed without hovering.
Overall just a really fun dinner. I’ll definitely be back.”
“This establishment is everything! From the time I entered the service was impeccable. I had the seared Bass w/Copolini and the Crab Spring Rolls. 5 stars, a must when in NYC.”
“Had to swing by the new Boucherie and see what this new addition was bringing to the Chicago scene. My visit on a Sunday at 7:30pm was way different than my visit on a Thursday night at 8:30pm. Sunday was calm, spacious with a very moderate noise level but Thursday night was oddly the complete opposite - it was loud, busy and had much less space! 😂 I’d definitely say be cognizant of that when you go; the vibes can vary. The drinks were good - my favorite was “La vie en rose” and the French martini was tasty as well. Loved the escargots and the garlic butter sauce they were drowned in! I also had the saumon roti and that choron sauce on top was delish! I wasn’t a fan of the Paris-Brest for dessert, but the crème brûlée was good! The interior is so beautiful! 😍 Stop by for a visit and see how you like this new Chicago restaurant! Ask for Manuel to be your waiter - he was the best!!!”

“I like thhe food BUT,The guy with long ponytail on second shift is discusting, sen him cut his nails behind counter, make food with no gloves, and use a filthy towel to wipe a knife and the cutting board, the rest of the second shift is great but that turned my stomach, very bad habit”
“I eat fish and meat everything. I love vege as well Souen's dressing is different. Tofu dill, carrot are so good. the best time is the lunch time soon they open, get your seat. the staff are honest and warm. next time I will bring my mother and eat more dessert.”
“Royal Grill Halal on 44th & 6th Ave is a true Midtown gem (I've worked nearby for 30 years). He’s the nicest vendor you’ll meet and the chicken and rice is incredibly flavorful and fresh, with generous portions and speedy, friendly service. Highly recommended for delicious food and a nice experience every time.”
“There probably the last Italian pizza place in the area great pizza Sicilian Napoleon calzon The dough pizza sauce pasta sauce made from scratch bring a jar THEY will sell it to you don't tell anyone it's a neighborhood secret no frozen dough friendly staff if there is a problem they will fix it to make you happy Get a slice or two THEY GOT YOU YOU WON'T LEAVE HUNGRY”
“Enjoyed the food, enjoyed the cocktails, lively if noisy atmosphere. Memory of the evening clouded by the rude manner in which we were hustled out the door, notwithstanding having just dropped $500. Recommend that the host work on his delivery of the news that he needed the table for his next guests.”
“HONEY PORK SLIDERS may not be the most iconic Thai go-to but these are the very best sandwiches I've ever had in my long, well-fed life. Before Mama opened this welcoming restaurant, she had a place nearby called Thai Sliders where I first became acquainted with this spectacular flavor/texture miracle. I usually order fancier fare when I sit down at Lil Chef Mama but I love these sliders for takeout. And each sandwich is much bigger and more generous than most sliders,so instead of lasting for only one meal, the two I recently took home lasted me for two glorious feasts. I'll go back soon for more--see you there!”
“Cashier almost kissed me with his elbow when I spoke on it that he told me everyone does it instead of saying excuse me or my bad I was told that everyone does it and he just Shrugged his shoulders basically what he told me was I work here and you just have to deal with it I told him I spend my money here and I don't have to deal with it, I don't know if his level of disrespect comes from me being a woman or a person of color. And what he should realize is that a bad review travels much faster and wider than a good one, so grow up kid and learn to respect your elders. It would have been a lot easier for you to just say excuse me or my bad or I didn't mean to anything other than shrugging your shoulders and say this is what everyone here does, because that is not what everyone that work there do...🤔”
“The people that keep saying that the delivery people hold your food hostage are really rude and need to inform themselves first. As a food restaurant owner myself, most of the delivery people are not associated with the establishments at all. I went here and it was amazing. Got delivery too. They held my food hostage but when I asked them if they worked for the restaurant, they said no, and they worked for GrubHub or some other establishment. So the next time you review-bomb someone's restaurant, inform yourself first.”
“Having a meal ordered from Shah's in Inwood is like having Thanksgiving dinner with every order because the food is outstanding, consistent, fresh, and the service is excellent!! My son and I have been ordering from Shah's 2 - 3 times a week for the past 8 months because the restaurant never fails. My son orders the meat combo and I order either the falafel or fish platter. Both of us order everything: white, hot, and barbecue sauce; chick peas and black beans. In addition to the cukes and tomatoes, customers can also add olives and pickled red cabbage on their meal!! Tiebah and Thaliah are always welcoming, and always remember our names and our orders. We are never disappointed!!!”

“I didn’t expect a full blown broadway show experience in a restaurant! If you want show tunes and pop music served with a plate of great food then this is the place for you! Our server Brandi M. belted out a wicked version of The wizard and I! I ordered the BLT with avocado and waffle fries and my friend ordered the chicken and waffles. Both were delicious.”
“the staff was extremely wonderful. the food was perfect. our waitress on the other hand was hard to find and we had to request things several times. She was not overwhelmed with other customers as we dined at 8 which was not a busy time. But all in all I still loved everything'.”

“This was one of the most memorable meals I've had. All the staff were so smiley and welcoming. We each got a welcome drink and shimp snacks; small but packed with flavors. Then we were directed to our table which was prepared with an envelope with the menu inside. We were so excited and our expectations were through the roof!
The dishes did NOT disappoint! Oh my goodness their first course, the yellowtail, was so delicious! The combination of the Gochujang and buttery yellowtail really brought up our appetite. My personal favorite course was the lobster. The AROMA of this dish just made me salivate I secretly wanted to speed up with service so I could dive in! and it was so scrumptious indeed! The main dish, the steak, was actually a big surprise as well because the cookery of the meat was so good even though this place is not a steak house. One of our company is from Texas and he was very impressed.
I can talk about the food forever but what I have to mention was the service here. The staff were so warm, so welcoming, and very attentive to details. Every time someone left the table, the staff would come and refold our napkins. I also noticed that they would serve the food only when everyone was seated, and would clear the dishes when everyone finished. The pace of the courses was also great! 2+ hours went by so fast we thought it was just an hour. They also gave us a small bag with some memorabilia. It was such a wonderful meal for a celebration.
Highly highly recommended!”
“Arvine is a refined dining spot offering a modern take on European-inspired cuisine. The dishes are thoughtfully composed with clean, balanced flavors and elegant presentation. The atmosphere feels intimate and polished, with attentive service throughout. A great choice for a sophisticated meal in NYC.”
“Incredible design and atmosphere. Our waitress did a great job guiding us since some other review suggest not everything is great, but the dumplings and the clay pot were solid and satisfying. The tea choices are impressive and I’m shocked to find actually great tea in such a place. Will be coming back!”
“I was pleasantly surprised with the great meal I had here. I would give it 5 stars but one of appetizers was below par (pani puri)but the rest of the dishes were excellent. The Hoth paan drink was super tasty!! Worth going to even though a tad expensive but it’s NYC!”
“Absolutely amazing !! Convenient coat check. Beautiful environment. Food was just incredible and coursed out perfectly. very affordable, considering the experience and quality of food and comparing to other restaurants in the area. Loved the complementary dessert tasting at the end of the meal. Would totally go back to do the tasting menu, but we will not be in town - we're from WI and visit the city often. Will definitely come back.”
“Drinks are extremely unique and delicious. Loved the use of the shrimp paste in their drinks. It adds just the right amount of nuance in a drink. Banh mi was also delicious and it was great that it came with a side of truffle soup. Earth and Nicky were fantastic at the bar. Cant wait to come back with friends soon.”
“I. AM. SPEECHLESS!!!! I was treated like royalty here! A simple, solo diner, no one special.
I received a surprise complementary Beet bites to a tremendous surprise! I NEVER would have thought they would be special. I. CAN’T. EVEN. DESCRIBE. HOW. DELICIOUS. THEY. ARE! I mean, beets? Really? The answer is YES!! Daiha (sp?) was the most gracious hostess. Guided me through wines, food, culture, history, what a gem!
She walked me through a wine tasting and her recommendations were perfect!
I ordered Lobio (a bean stew) too. Really robust and tasty!
Don’t miss this hidden gem of a restaurant! Great for date night or celebrations like anniversaries. Quiet and intimate.
This place is Michelin Five Star!!! (Without the 5 star prices!”
