You could sense the feeling of warmth from the entire staff which generated and over all feeling of happiness! After about a 10 minute wait we were seated, let's say the show began. We are greeted so warmly and graciously! We are thanked for our patients in waiting, we were served hummus and pita bread while we decided what to order. My wife had the chicken kabob with rice and cabbage salad. I had beef shawarma with rice and a side of Baba Ghannouj. The portions were more than ample and the food was delicious! We both agreed that it would be worth the trip from Thousand Oaks just to eat there. We happened to be in the area for an event, and we are so grateful that we stumbled upon Skaf's! The entire staff was so friendly that we felt like we were family. We will definitely be back God willing!

“recently visited this shaurma spot and honestly, the interior is amazing — super cozy, stylish, and has a whole vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer. It definitely feels like more than just a quick food stop.
I tried the chicken shawarma. While the flavor was okay, I wasn’t too happy with the chicken — it wasn’t grilled properly, and the wrap felt a bit unbalanced with too much lavash and not enough ingredients inside.
That being said, I still recommend checking this place out. The experience itself is worth it, and with such a nice atmosphere, I really hope this business grows and stands strong. It’s definitely a spot I want to see succeed, and maybe with a few tweaks to the food, it can become a favorite!”

Fresh greens, top quality feta, olives, onions and tomatoes. And the dressing - Not sure exactly what it was, but it matched perfectly. Also, we able to bring our dog into the patio, and all had a wonderful alfresco meal. I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he was the only employee, and was doing everything (order, chef, server, clean up), and he was spot on. Kudos”

We ordered two pizzas - margarita and the chef’s special apple/walnut/kale/caramelized onion/goat cheese. They were both amazing! We eat a lot of pizza and definitely have a new top favorite. Outdoor seating has both stellar views and people watching; there is a cute patisserie down the street that’s an amazing desert stop for the perfect date night; we will definitely stop by next time we are in town! We will try the house made panna cotta next time. :) Highly recommend checking them out!”

The food was good and flavorful, just a little different from what I’m used to, but in a great way. I ordered the lomo saltado, and I liked that it came in a red sauce – the waiter explained that’s how they prepare it here, and I really enjoyed it. The bread they served was good, and the sauce that came with it was different from what I expected, but I liked it too.
Overall, it was a new experience for me, and I loved it. Great customer service, delicious food, and a nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend stopping by!”

However, one thing that could be a bother to some people, is the fact that for whatever reason, it seems like they have new workers and trainees almost every single week which can make it a bit harder to order your food as it usually takes them a while to figure out how to work the restaurant's system. Moreover, there seems to be little communication between the people who actually make the food and the servers themselves—so if you're hoping to ask for the ingredients in a dish or you were looking to make certain adjustments to your order, you may have a hard time getting a proper answer. One thing I would recommend would be the house milk tea, definitely one of the best I've ever had. Sometimes the menu doesn't clearly state everything there is to know about the dish you're ordering, but usually it's nothing that changes the dish too drastically. “Greetings to All! This European Market is simply a dream come true, a magical store for me, my family, and my relatives. It's a nice store with a variety of cuisines, and amazing food. Their torte with sour cream and cherries is out of this world. Their cabbage dolma and chiken in made in French version are simply mouthwatering 😋.The salads especially the quinoa, and cabbage, korean eggplant salads are tasty and healthy. You can buy anything and everything in this store. The most important thing is that the place is very clean, and you can easily find a place to park, and it has indoor and outdoor services. I no longer worry about cooking. I always go to Olive store with joy, especially knowing that I will be welcomed with beautiful smiles of Hasmik, Valentina, Vera, and sweet Nalya. They are all helpful, courteous, and provide outstanding customer service. You can also earn points and use them during your next visit.
