“I had a fantastic experience last night! The service is top tier--Marco and the rest of the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. I had the best beef carpaccio ever--try it, they put a unique spin on the traditional dish--followed by the baby artichoke hearts and accompanied by an amazing Swiss Pinot Noir from Lucas Madonia. One of the best dinners I've had in a while and I'm frequently out. Highly recommend this quirky and cool restaurant!”

“This was our first time eating here in Grapevine Texas location. My husband and I had a Caesar salad and a meat lovers pizza. The Caesar salad was huge and we took home half of it. The pizza is crispy and fresh out of the oven. It was a great meal. We had a friendly and knowledgeable, waitress named Kelsey. On the way out, we met the owner Luis. He was very friendly and took the time to talk about their restaurants and all the other locations they had. We will definitely be back.”

“Everything we ordered was outstanding. The chicken parm was incredible a thick, juicy piece of chicken with the perfect crunch on the outside, lightly sauced so it didn’t overpower the dish, and served piping hot. You could tell it was made with care.

The cacio e pepe was equally impressive. The pasta tasted fresh and perfectly cooked, and the sauce was rich, simple, and exactly what you hope for from this classic dish.

The green tomato gazpacho was such a unique surprise…bright, refreshing, and full of flavor. And the tiramisu… easily one of the best I’ve had in Miami. Light, creamy, and the perfect way to end the meal.

Everything from the flavors to the execution was on point. We’ll definitely be back.”

“Kyu delivers an exquisite dining experience from start to finish. The tuna crispy rice, pork belly and soft shell crab bao’s and fresh crudo are absolutely delicious. The sea bass serving is generous, perfectly prepared and the fish flaky. The claypot rice is comforting. We added duck to ours which was flavorful but I do love the rice without an added protein. . The bok choy is vibrant while the sweet potato has a buttery, smoky goodness. I absolutely love the fried chicken and the ribs here!

Diana our server was attentive, asked all the right questions and had great suggestions. Manager Octavio’s presence added another layer of hospitality — his warmth and attentiveness made us feel sincerely welcomed and valued.

“Stopped in for a light breakfast and some coffee on June 17, 2025. Had a great server by the name of Richie S. He was prompt, polite and professional. The three p's that denotes a great employee. He was also patience and properly groomed, those are rare qualities in today's society. This made my dining experience exceptional, and I have always enjoyed stopping at Denny's when traveling. When having more time, I cherish coffee houses with pour-over options. It’s what separates the massive milk drinking (lattes) patrons from the actual coffee consumers. The Brazil and Ethiopia bean seem the best balanced choices.
Note: Grab (purchase) a bag of beans and enjoy a complimentary drink.

“We were actually seated next to the couple who left this review (Lea Haber) and it’s important to add some context. They complained almost the entire time they were there—starting when they ordered chicken, then insisting they hadn’t ordered it once it arrived. My oat pancakes were incredible and came with fresh fruit. As with any fresh fruit, there’s always a chance of a single berry being off, and that was the one thing they chose to fixate on. They also loudly complained about the tables near the door being a “fire hazard” and even said the restaurant shouldn’t exist.

Some people simply come in looking for reasons to be unhappy.

My husband and I, on the other hand, had a lovely experience. The food was fresh, the coffee was very good, and our server was friendly and attentive. We would absolutely recommend this place”

“I recently visited Pummarola and had a pretty good overall experience.

One thing I really liked is that you can watch them make your pizza right in front of you. They prepare it fresh, slide it into the oven, and it’s ready in about 7–10 minutes. While we were waiting, there were several to-go orders being called out, which shows it’s definitely a popular spot.

The food is fresh, which is a big plus. I ordered the veggie pizza, and while it was nicely made, it was a bit bland — it tasted mostly like tomato sauce on dough with just a few vegetables. The chicken pizza we ordered had more flavor and was more satisfying overall. Prices are reasonable for freshly made pizza.

The restaurant has colorful, Italian, pizza-themed décor that gives it a fun atmosphere. There’s outdoor seating available, and free parking in the shared strip mall lot, which makes it convenient. They also offer pizza-making classes, which looks like a really cool experience.

One thing to note: if you need to use the restroom, you have to exit through a back door and walk down a hallway shared by other eateries in the strip. You’ll need a code to access the bathroom door.

The staff weren’t overly friendly, but they were kind and efficient.

Overall, it’s a cool place to grab fresh pizza, especially if you enjoy watching your food being made right in front of you.”

“We had a fantastic evening at Hiyakawa—warm hospitality, generous portions, and an omakase that reminded us why this place is so special. Chef Royce’s talent really shines in the precision and balance of each course.

The shrimp nigiri was the standout for us—cooked to perfection—closely followed by the otoro with caviar, which was a wonderfully generous touch and beautifully balanced. My friend loved the monkfish liver, and I was especially impressed by the baby eel nigiri.

Chef Jaimie’s dishes were also memorable—especially the steamed tofu, which was incredibly silky and tasty, with a delicate, well-balanced flavor. The perfectly fried shrimp head was a treat, and the refreshing dessert ended the meal on a light, clean note.

Overall, an excellent experience and one we’re still savoring—highly recommended.”

Rosario knows exactly what I want and begins to make my smoothie for me immediately. They make it perfect every time. I have had the wraps, bowls and smoothies, and they are all amazing. Everything is made with clean ingredients. I highly recommend smoothie spot if you are looking for a delicious nutritional protein smoothie or something delicious and healthy to eat.”

“Stopped in for a light breakfast and some coffee on June 17, 2025. Had a great server by the name of Richie S. He was prompt, polite and professional. The three p's that denotes a great employee. I was celebrating my anniversary / early valentine's day with my girlfriend and we've been wanting to go here for a while now.

They beautifully sat us over on the deck infront of the ocean, with the most beautiful view of the city.

We were guided, menu was explained thoroughly, and suggestions were up the roof and nailed.

We tried out the amazing Tuna Carpaccio, The Amara Salad( insanely good and refreshing), the Charred Octupus (delicious), Sweet Potatoes, and the seafood Parrillada (insane MUST HAVE). Everything was divine and delicious and out right just done with love.

They later surprised with a dulce de Leche flan that was just out of this world, alongside a candle to celebrate our anniversary.

Cocktails were great refreshing and delicious, and the wine selection was on par with the food we acquired.

Would definitely go back here again a million times if I could and relive that first time experience.

“Great dinner! Open table suggested I give this restaurant a try......they were right!! Each dish was amazing and came with a performance presentation! My husband had the sea bass and said it was the best he ever had. I had the filet and the pome puree. Bothe were great! The desert was a show we had 6 leches pearl cake it was great! The neighboring tables were fun to watch. Smokey drinks brought in a chest that glowed blue with smoke billowing out snd a seafood tower with sparklers and smoke from dry ice! All the drama! We will be back!”

“I visited this establishment for brunch while visiting Miami. I ordered the avocado flat bread and my husband ordered the red hot chicken and waffles. His food was immaculate! My flatbread was just ok for me but that is only because I like my flatbread on the softer side and theirs is extra crispy, so that came down to a personal preference. I also ordered bottomless mimosas for $28 which was great because one was $14. The caveat is that they are bottomless for 90min. In a place like that with the crowd you're going to see your waiter/waitress every 20m at best. My waitress was Maria, and she was very accommodating, informative, and helpful. She helped us with the app as well. After the mimosas I ordered a Tiki Royale with her help that was very good and a really pretty purple and yellow. Additionally, we sat outside upper deck and had a fantastic view to people watch and also watch the boats coming in and out. I probably would not come for brunch, but I'd definitely come back.”

“Ever since Bar Bucce opened, it’s been my go-to for casual and quality Italian food. I’ve been several times, each one different than the last, and I think that’s one of the best aspects of this place. You can go on any given month and get a new experience. You can go a different month than last and get a new specialty pie with a bottle of wine, you can want a “smaller” evening and grab a pasta dish and a cocktail from the bar or fridge (big fan that they carry Tip Tops), and even just enjoy any event they seem to be throwing now as of recent.

I love the versatility of this space, and I love the fact that every server and employee I’ve talked to has been genuine and kind. While I continue to learn their names, big shoutout to Dale, my girlfriend, and I had the pleasure of meeting him last night, and he hooked us up and had us leaving with big smiles.

If you come here, make it a mission to order whatever specialty pie they have (need that pizza alla norma to come back), order the 24-month-aged prosciutto with some crucolo, and get any of the wines they suggest. End your night with some gelato. I still need to get back here to try the cannoli.

This is a special team and concept, and I hope to continue watching it grow into a welcoming, inviting space, as it’s already proven itself to be.”

“Upon arriving, 30 minutes early , their website states you have to be at least 15 minutes early or you will be charged and since they demand a credit in order to have a reservation I do not doubt they will enforce. The ladies at the front tell us they are running late so our 2:30 reservation will now be a 2:45 reservation and it was a big “maybe “, so off we go to wait in the middle of this awful wind, it's almost the time and my son and husband approach again only to be told they don't know how much longer we have to wait but my husband kind of doesn't take no for an answer and keeps insisting on how much longer, we decide to go to another restaurant, get my card off their system when they finally decide to sit us somewhere, the food was good, music very loud for my taste, wind at a minimum, thank god but that waiting and those girls and their attitude, I won't be going back.”

I’ve tried several of their pizzas, and each one has been consistently delicious. The crust is easily one of the best I’ve had in Miami—beautifully balanced, not too thick, not too thin, and baked to perfection. The toppings are fresh, high-quality, and thoughtfully combined. Their sandwiches are just as impressive. The bread has that same incredible texture, and everything inside tastes fresh and perfectly seasoned. Whether you’re going for something classic or a specialty option, you really can’t go wrong.

Beyond the food, the service has been amazing every time. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience. Even when the restaurant is busy, they handle everything with professionalism and warmth.

It’s rare to find a place that delivers this level of consistency, quality, and hospitality. After four visits, I can confidently say this spot is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Miami. Highly recommend the truffle burrata and prosciutto sandwich made with the pizza dough!! It’s to DIE FOR!! 5 Stars”
