“This was an extremely fun stop to our night, there was only two workers, but they were making the best of the situation and were extremely friendly. It did take a little bit for them to come over, but it wasn’t a problem at all she apologized as well. The worker was extremely nice and helpful through the whole night. She checked on us multiple times and was very wonderful. It was such a blast to come hang out here and learn new fun things to do. Highly recommend making a stop. We stopped in on a Saturday night and it was pretty empty. Definitely a fun place to stop and hang out. They have ax throwing as well.”

“Overall experience was great. Started off with the fried calamari as an appetizer which was to die for and good portion. I had the filet mignon and my husband had the ribeye. Both steaks were cooked perfectly and tasted juicy and tender. We shared the asparagus and crab Mac and cheese for our sides. (Sides are portioned to be shareable). The sides were great as well. My only suggestion is providing clean plates for your sides since they are shareable. The steak comes on a plate covered in au jus which is delicious, but I didn't want to plate my mac n cheese on that plate and the bread plates were a little small. Not a big deal though! Service was great, ambiance was cozy. Highly recommend!”

The queso was flavorful, melty, and delicious paired with the lovely bread, and assortment of fruits. The empanadas were the obvious stars of the show - soft billowy outer shells that had a nice bite, filled with delicious stuffings. Dessert was great as well, opting for that sinful cookie bar with ice cream.”

“We ordered Saturday for the 1st time. My gyro was so delicious, the sauce was great and the portion was good. I did ordered an extra pita and extra meat so I could have lunch during the week. My husband had a cheeseburger with bacon, his only complaint was the bacon was soggy but he LOVED the burger and really loved the fries. it's very rare fries come delivered and are crispy!! Definately will be ordering again!”

“I received my first delivery today and all the salads looked great! I ate the Apple Pecan Chicken salad for lunch and all the food seemed fresh and tasted good. I was especially pleased with the spinach — nice and crunchy! The portion was ample; could have saved some for a snack later. The order was packaged well and all the salads were chilled, but not frozen. My only complaint was with the delivery driver, not FF. The driver didn’t knock or ring the doorbell to let me know that perishable food was on my porch (luckily, I happened to see it shortly after delivery).”

“I've been curious about this fresh food vending machine for a while now. I was in the airport where everything is more expensive and with smaller portions. I follow a plant based diet and have limited options at this airport. The screen told me to use the app to save money so I did. The app was extremely easy! I could see all the options with pictures and full descriptions like a menu. I ordered a salad along with a wrap because they looked small. I was wrong the salad was large! On the side of the machine you can take a bowl, napkins, and eating utensils. The screen is user friendly but I enjoyed the details in the app. In the end I got a coupon from using the app and found a discount code online that I also added to my order as well. Once i completed my purchase the app gave me a code that I put in on the vending machine and I then received my order. The food was extremely fresh my salad was cold and crisp! I was surprised at how much food was in the salad container. Each component was fresh and delicious. I was not expecting all this at an airport or from a vending machine. I will definitely seek out this vending machine in the future unfortunately they are not in my current area.

“Honestly I love BK after a night out. I went around 2am last night. Usually there are small mistakes, nothing major, sometimes they forget napkins etc. Sometimes though I have to double check because they might forget an item. Usually it's handled right away and very professionally. Today a young man. I didn't catch his name. He was a slim Puerto Rican gentleman. He came to the window and asked me for my order number. He went back inside, looked at the order receipt, bagged all my items and made sure to give everything correctly including napkins! I had to write a review because I believe it deserves recognition as when I go other times, things don't run as smooth. I was so happy and I enjoyed my chicken sandwich! Amazing service! Also the food was really fresh! Really all staff deserve a praise. However the one that attended me was the gentleman I mentioned. 10/10”

“This seems like it would be a good place for the locals to eat. I was taking there by my mother-in-law who is a long time native of milwaukee. I personally did not enjoy the service that much. The food was also a little bit bland for my taste. It seems like the selection was a little lacking. Other than that the place was located in a very nice area. That is why I gave five stars for the atmosphere. The inside was also nice. If you are looking for the best tasting food you can probably skip this place. If you are looking for a really good place to sit down with a really good ambiance than this would be a good place.”

It's all fresh, made to order, & orders are correct. Good management right now, for sure. Understandable & polite drive thru. The one manager is cool and staff deserves a raise.
Price is great!
P.s. we've had one bad experience where a worker got an attitude because He messed up our order. The sandwiches were 2 for $5 and because I didn't say that (according to him & was told to say what I mean smh) he charged me full price for each. Didn't go back for a few weeks due to that. But we work third and usually deal with one of the managers who is great . Not too many places are open 24 hrs that serve breakfast & dinner @ a reasonable price .”

Immediately upon entering there is a wheelchair lift to make the space accessible for everyone. The scent from the wood burning fire and various coffees is absolutely heavenly. This is someplace you'd like to settle into for the morning. If you're just passing through and loved their coffee, you can get it shipped to your house from their website at a very reasonable price.”

The tour is really interesting, our guide at 12 on Friday the 16th of May (sorry I forgot your name) was awesome, was a knowledgeable machine when it came to PBR. Wonderful stories and plenty of beer, Jim the owner was a great guy too, not as great as his wife who managed to get the football (soccer) on tv so I could watch Aston Villa ✅ Absolutely awesome place, plenty of cool merch in the shop too.”

We made a reservation ahead of time online but it looked as if walk-ins would have been accommodated! Our waitress, Courtney, was absolutely AMAZING and made our whole experience even better. The vibe of the restaurant was on point and the food was beyond delicious! We got the skillet pimento cheese dip app, shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, and pecan pie for dessert. “We had my birthday brunch at Oak Barrel and it couldn't have gone any smoother! They saved the day after another well-known MKE restaurant completely ghosted us just 2-weeks before the date. Communication with Mackenzie and booking could not have gone any better. We had the entire upstairs area to ourselves plus we were able to order off the actual brunch menu (which I LOVE). There were several other staff members helping out (I didn't get their names unfortunately) who were all amazing. This was the first time at Oak Barrel for a lot of our friends and family and they said they would definitely be back. Excellent food, great venue & spectacular service - they really made my birthday special.”

“Definitely an experience right up my alley! i was glad we went for lunch when it was slower so we were able to walk through the whole place and take in every room! One of a kind uniqueness! Food was good, prices were no more, no less than traditional restaurant and the atmosphere was 100% better! My only disappointment was that they were out of all their merchandise and you can't order anything online. We are visiting from Central NY so it's not loke I can go back to get what I wanted. i would have easily spent over $100 o. merchandise alone. that being said, I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, meal that is a complete experience!”

“Stopped in Sunday morning to hang out and journal around 10 am and by the time I left at noon this place was thriving with groups and like minded solos working in a comfortable atmosphere. I ordered the hot latte with white chocolate and it was fantastic, served with nothing but smiles. I’m not someone who eats things that are on the sweet side but decided to indulge in the mini pancakes (crazy mix) and they were soooo good. I look forward to coming back. The pho is great too, and the portions are ample. Plenty of veg options. More of a take out place, but there is seating available for dine in.”
