“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.”

“Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. Kristen, my server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She elevated the entire evening with her grace and professionalism. “The bartender and waiter always improvises a mocktail for me is my favorite part. The hostess always gets my napkin for me. Service is great. Server comes to the table often. Wished they still had lamb. Also, the lobster portions used to be small. Desserts are pretty but tastes okay. A little too creamy. High end, but the salads are very reasonable. They always allow us to share salad, so we get two salads instead of one. Food is very filling and delicious. Music is really nice all the time. <3 Miss coming here! :P”

From beginning to end, he provided excellent service. My wife ordered the Cobb salad and I ordered a skillet breakfast. Both were perfectly presented and delicious. I went to the men's bathroom and I found it spanking clean. So I went to talk to the Manager to congratulate him for the excellent job he is doing with the entire restaurant. By the way, the Apple Cobbler is OMG delicious!”

“If you’re going to Vegas, go to Estiatorio Milos inside the Venetian. Truly some of the best food I’ve ever had—so good that this was my second time, and somehow it was even better than the first.

Our server, Jose, and his team were incredible. They were on top of everything: always making sure our water was filled, swapping out plates the moment we needed them, staggering dishes perfectly, and recommending the best items on the menu. We were a party of two and they guided us toward just the right amount of food. I had noted on the reservation that we were celebrating a belated birthday, and they surprised me with a handwritten card from the team and a complimentary dessert. We were also given an amuse-bouche which was such a fun touch.

One of my favorite parts is when they take you up to see the fresh market fish before your meal. The whole experience feels personal and elevated—almost like being treated like royalty.

Food-wise, everything was unbelievable. I had the Milos Special (a must), and we also ordered the smoked fish appetizer with caviar, the zucchini flowers, the ceviche, the big eye tuna, and the octopus. I honestly cannot pick a favorite. Every dish just melted in your mouth, and every time I thought, “Okay, this one is the winner,” the next dish somehow topped it.

Is it cheap? Absolutely not. But this isn’t the place you go for cheap food. This is the place you go when you want food so good, you don’t care what the price is—where every bite feels intentional, thoughtful, and crafted by a chef who wants you to experience something special. And you do. Every single time.

I also noticed a certain server was always very professional I asked for him. Anyways when we arrived and seated at our table everything started to go downhill waited over 15 mins to be just acknowledged by a server and nobody came to my table. The only person I saw was the bus person with water and coming back very fast with a bread board that was nice. After speaking to a manager he apologized and had the bartender named Arie server us who did a great job. At the end of the evening I was presented a bill with nothing not even a comp. I told the manager I work in a fine dining steakhouse and if my costumer experienced what I did there would be something done on the bill. They got my money but will not see anymore.”

When I was in the store the two women could not have been sweeter or more helpful. I'm definitely going back before I leave vegas. I only got to taste about half the chocolates in there and each one got better as I went down the line. Shout-out to the great bartenders there, Amanda, Daniel, Angela, and Hugh!”

“Service was impeccable. We both chose a red snapper for dinner. The fish was so fresh and beautiful! Bright clear eyes, almost felt like it was just pulled out of the water. We began with the Roasted Prawns. Perfectly cooked, lightly charred, with a nice hit of heat, just enough to wake up the pallet but not enough to burn. Next was the Caesar salad. Although a very tasty dressing, I was not a fan of the texture of the black kale. My snapper was cooked perfectly, flaky and tender, with the skin browned. The skin was a bit flabby, not crisp, but that was okay, because I don't eat the skin. It was filleted beautifully into two lovely fillets. Seasoned just the right amount to not overpower the delicate taste of this yummy fish. We ordered the crispy potatoes as a side. These were wonderfully seasoned, bright and flavorful, crispy and crunchy. Just the perfect accompaniment to the Snapper.”

There were plenty of seats, and everyone, especially the bartenders were kind and attentive. The food, of course was phenomenal.”

“We chose to eat here for the pasta wheel entree (cacio e pepe). I was dining with my parents and my son. Since we notoriously always order too much food and aren't big on leftovers, we had planned to order two entrees (one which was meant for 2) and a side to share. Our waiter's attitude shifted once we ordered and made us feel less for ordering only that, so my mom panicked and ordered another side. We ended up with way too much food. Our waiter was not very attentive after we ordered. The person who took care of our drinks and water rarely came around and had to ask twice for a refill on my son's soda. It's not a cheap place to eat, and while the food and presentation was phenomonal, the entire experience felt cheapened by the service we received. The table next to us had shared two entrees between three people, so I am not sure why he had an attitude towards us.”

“Visited when restaurant opened so it wasn't crowded making noise level low. Food was delicious, tried a new burger (for me) the French onion. It was off the chart good especially with the dipping sauce/au jus. Usually not a dipper but tried and pushed the burger over the top. Also upgraded to onion rings which were delicious as well. Took off 1 star because first impression was terrible. Made reservation for 10am, our party and others stood in line as staff were in a meeting. This continued for another 10 minutes after opening as customers stood by. Didn't seem welcoming or professional.”

“Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. Kristen, my server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She elevated the entire evening with her grace and professionalism. And a huge thank you to Antonio, the GM, who personally came by to check in. He was kind, welcoming, and hands down one of the best GMs I’ve encountered anywhere. His leadership and care for the guest experience are clearly reflected in every part of the restaurant. “Service was impeccable. We both chose a red snapper for dinner. The fish was so fresh and beautiful! Bright clear eyes, almost felt like it was just pulled out of the water. We began with the Roasted Prawns. Perfectly cooked, lightly charred, with a nice hit of heat, just enough to wake up the pallet but not enough to burn. Next was the Caesar salad. Although a very tasty dressing, I was not a fan of the texture of the black kale. My snapper was cooked perfectly, flaky and tender, with the skin browned. The skin was a bit flabby, not crisp, but that was okay, because I don't eat the skin. It was filleted beautifully into two lovely fillets. Seasoned just the right amount to not overpower the delicate taste of this yummy fish. We ordered the crispy potatoes as a side. These were wonderfully seasoned, bright and flavorful, crispy and crunchy. Just the perfect accompaniment to the Snapper.”

“On Valentine's Day at The Bedford, we had a 4:30 reservation. Upon arrival we were greeted by two very pretty young ladies however, did not smile once. Obviously not friendly. Although many open tables, we were not seated until 4:55pm. The servers (ours was Edgar) were pleasant and "fairly" attentive, as we had to ask for water refills after being dry a long time. Finally, they ask if we would like another cocktail AFTER we finished meal and glasses had been empty for maybe 45minutes. The menu items were pricey. The following is the list of what we ordered and the issues with each item and the price: 1) Bread basket, cold breads, stale crackers and hard butter. Server brought out new crackers, but they were still soggy. $25 - yes they actually charged for bread 2) Oysters Rockefeller, cold and extremely salty $25 3) Ricotta stuffed small, small, zucchini blossoms, approx only 1/2tsp of filling and the fried blossoms were extremely greasy. $25 4) Cioppino, although tasty was served cold, not hot. The haddock was cooked well but a very small portion (maybe 3oz at most), 3 shrimp, 4 clams, mussels MIA $65 TWO cocktails! Only TWO cocktails since they did not ask until after the meal. Total price was $220. Additionally, we sat by the open kitchen and observed apps, entrees, sides sit and sit and sit for up to 1/2 hour. The roasted chicken ($110!) sat forever under the heat lamps and I'm sure had dried out. At one point (although we didn't order the $35-5 piece jumbo shrimp cocktail, several orders sat under the heat lamp until we watched the lettuce actually wilt. Believe me...take it from shrimp lovers...they weren't jumbo and definitely were not appealing. On a positive note, the Restaurant is beautiful. The service pieces however, are less than ordinary. Nothing is monogrammed, all are definitely not memorable. At least everywhere we dine has something we can purchase as a keepsake. We even thought they might give out a rose on Valentine's Day to each lady...no such luck. Not at the Martha Stewart level I've known and followed for decades. As a result, I would NOT recommend as a local Las Vegan...”

The interior was beautiful and the vibe was great. Everyone was really nice, and the service was excellent.

I ordered chicken hearts, A5 wagyu beef, and pork belly skewers. We also got the beef bowl, fried calamari, and spicy tuna roll.

The spicy tuna roll was on the smaller side and was just okay. The calamari and beef bowl were amazing. I finished the beef bowl fast.

The pork belly and wagyu skewers were absolutely outstanding! Tender and perfectly seasoned. They were so good that I went ahead and ordered more. They totally exceeded my expectations.
