“The best pizza I’ve had in Portland. They sat 4 of us at the bar, two adults and two kids. Our kids loved watching the pizza being made. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The dough was perfect.”
“It was delicious!!! Rabbit, foie gras, pigs feet, escargot, halibut, eel, scallops, all the fancy sauces….SOOO good!! Every bite was just perfectly executed. The staff was so friendly and engaging which made it really fun to sit at the chef’s counter!”
“We went for the last week of the summer menu. The restaurant place is converted from an old houses and therefore has very nostalgic interior vibe.
The foods are all very delicious and fairly priced! We especially like the chicken liver tart, the cube-shape Wagyu beef check, and the desserts!”
“From our nine year old: Amazing service and great mocktails! We went during the make your own Gimbap and it was absolutely amazing!!”
“A taste of Italy in Oregon!!! Best pizza I’ve had!the crust is perfection thin, charred, and airy! I also got the ricotta garlic sauce which was the perfect dip to eat up the crust. Came here with a large group of girls and there was plenty of seating both inside and outdoors. The furniture and little accessories added the perfect touch of comfort. There were literally grape vines all round the patio and we got to slice up our pizza with scissors! Anyway, well worth your money for the quality and quantity!”

“We sat at the bar and loved the atmosphere… service was superb (thank you Nick) and the food delicious”
“I went to this place for me and my partners anniversary. I have never been and neither had he. The experience was top notch! I came in and the waiter said he was going to change my life and he did just that. I also had a gift card that had a generous balance and I was so impressed with the service and food that I was embarrassed to use it so I paid out of my own pocket. Best tapas in Portland hands down! My partner usually is the one who picks places because I’m bad at it and he was also incredibly impressed with me and my choice to try Urdaneta!”

“Best Chicken and Beef Shawarma in Oregon”
“I’ve now been twice and the food has been excellent both times. The calamari was a highlight for me this trip. My server has been great both times as well. And every thing is very reasonably priced. Will definitely return for a third time!”
“Every time we visit we go to Fishwife restaurant. We haven't had a bad dish. Highly recommend”
“Amazing place! Waffle was really good, latte was ok. I wouldn’t say it wasn’t tasty, just strong and bitter, which is not my type of coffee. But for sure try Lavender Lemonade! It’s is so tasty”
“Great service , amazing staff. Pizza the best in Portland”
“Bar food has no business being this good. The reasonably priced full menu and little things like house made ranch have made us regulars, and we love how we can tell who's bartending by the playlist.”
“This is a simple but very pleasant bar. The music is very indie but good stuff. The patrons and staff were all easy going. I've been here twice now and both times did not disappoint. Good place to relax and have a drink. Prices aren't bad, either.”
“My son and I ate dinner here on Tuesday evening, 10-01-24. The male waiter was unimpressive, and asked the young lady behind the bar to take us. I was freshly out of surgery and needed to eat something. She quickly moved us to a padded booth when I asked. She was very prompt and very courteous. An absolute sweetheart. She was professional with our orders and accommodating to our particular requests, mine especially, given the circumstances. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the rosemary chicken and a bland salad with cucumbers. The salad tasted fresh. The chicken was perfect. I would give 5 stars, but some of the other patrons seemed judgmental, and I was displeased with the young man who seemed offended by the couple of rural folks in the big city.”
“Delicious & immaculately presented, robust drink menu and Tapas done right 😋”
“Had my second visit to Kaede yesterday and it was just as incredible as the first. The omakase was outstanding — everything fresh, seasonal, and prepared with amazing attention to detail. The space itself is intimate, stylish, and has a quiet, understated elegance. The couple running it are warm and welcoming, with a kind, no-pressure approach that makes the whole experience even better. Truly a gem — I’ll definitely be back.”

“The best meal I have had at any Portland restaurant! We ate our way through the entire menu and each dish was amazing and the perfect combination of flavors! Highly recommend this for any occasion, we will definitely be back. The staff and chef made us feel like life long friends. Sitting at the counter was an extra special treat and enlightening into the dish preparations.”

“I was able to take my mom here for her birthday last night. Honestly, maybe one of the best meals I've had in Portland in the last several years. The service staff was excellent. She made some great recommendations and led us to some fantastic seasonal dishes that were about to exit the menu. If you go, you need to try the peach and pancetta pizza - maybe the best pizza I've ever had. Also, the lasagna was incredible. Overall a fantastic place and worth the reservation or wait for a table.”
“Great restaurant, we go everytime we are in Portland. Great food, great ambience and wonderful staff. Plus an outstanding butcher shop”
“Kachka continues to be one of our favorite restaurants and dining experiences in Portland. Great food, great vibe, attentive and knowledgeable service and fairly priced.”

“We came here for dinner on a Tuesday night. The restaurant was packed. My wife warned me that people had mentioned it was very loud inside and that was an understatement. There was a large group sitting next to us in the corner of about six or seven people. We didn’t realize until after they had left how incredibly loud they were. I feel like the acoustics of the restaurant really distract from the experience, especially if it is busy. Service was outstanding, the food was good. I think if the restaurant can work on the acoustics a little bit in the corners of the dining area it would really improve the experience. we started with the ham plate for an appetizer, I had the butter lettuce salad, both were excellent. For our entrée, we tried the gnocchi and the steak. The gnocchi was unique and appeared to be fried lightly. It was one of our favorite dishes. The steak was very good. The frites were also good as well with the steak. The wine choices were reasonable. There was no French attitude.”

“We recently came here for lunch as it was a new place for the both of us. I remember it being completely different before. The space is nice and feels inviting. There is a small shop in the front for you to buy little snacks. I had the Italian sandwich, and my friend had the chicken pot pie. We also got some fries to share. The sandwich was nice and simple. I think the Calabrian chile aoli gave it that extra flavor. The fries were pretty good, and I would recommend ordering it.”
“I came to Silk Road after seeing their food online, and it totally lived up to the hype! I know it’s more known as a bar, but the food is seriously next-level. I tried the chow wow noodles and they were incredible, and my drink was amazing. Definitely a must-try spot if you’re in the Portland area!”
“The best!! You won’t be disappointed. Staff are clearly experts and enjoy being there. So much fun energy too! Mind. Blown.”

“I absolutely loved the customer service I received. I ordered online and got my sandwich made on time and efficiently. The manager there is a real gem and truly has a heart for their customers! It was early in the morning too, so to receive a smile and positivity in service was really a day maker!!”
“Stopped by to try the queso burger I've been hearing about on the radio! A lady was cleaning but she came over to take my order within a couple minutes. She recommended the strawberry lemonade and it was definitely refreshing. The place was spotless, highly recommended.”
“Came in on a Sunday and sat at a cozy table in the back. Received great service and enjoyed the drinks and food. Get a drink recommendation—you won’t regret it!”

Takeout Restaurants
“This place has become one of my favorite restaurants in town. it's a 10/10 in the food department and the drinks are cheap. The flavors that they are cooking up in here are really bright herbal flavors combined with savory perfectly. It's also just a less common flavor profile among our more common Asian restaurants in town. You gotta get down here.”
“Cozy neighborhood vibes. Had to remind myself it is a bar. Kinda loud, but then again it is a bar. Scored low on service because there is zero table service. You have to keep getting up to order at the bar. Good burger and fries. Trout chips and dip was different but tasty. Overall good experience.”
“Absolutely amazing tasty food! We had the tacos and instantly fell in love. I could cry with how good it was. The hosts and staff were so friendly and accommodating all around great atmosphere and learning their story made it all the more heart opening. Thank you so much 🫶🫶🫶🙏”
“Kate’s all vegan and gluten free ice cream is an inclusive dream for many people with dietary restrictions and a sweet tooth 😜 Everyone working there has been accommodating when I’ve asked about other food sensitivities, too, like oat. It’s ridiculously delicious and I recommend the ice cream sandwiches if you can have oats!”
“Their lamb Shawarma seasoned with, I believe, cardamom and other things, was the most astonishingly delicious meat I've ever eaten in my life. And it's in a very nice part of town!”
“Dinner was amazing. Staff was amazing. just AMAZING. My son took me as a surprise while visiting him from FL. Thank you for making this moment for us. 5 star!”

“If you're searching for the best Haitian restaurant in Portland, look no further than Tap Tap. This vibrant spot isn’t just about incredible Haitian cuisine — it’s a full cultural experience that blends delicious food, stunning Haitian artwork, and energetic nightlife. This is easily one of the best Black-owned restaurants in Portland that offers an authentic taste of Haiti’s rich heritage right in the heart of the city.
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by colorful, eye-catching Haitian art that sets a unique, welcoming atmosphere. The menu features traditional Haitian dishes crafted with fresh ingredients and bold flavors, making it a top choice for foodies like myself who are seeking something different and unforgettable.
What truly sets Tap Tap apart is its lively nightlife, especially the Kompa Haitian dancing nights. This energetic music and dance scene invites guests to immerse themselves in Haitian culture while enjoying great food and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Whether you’re out for dinner, a night of dancing, or both, Tap Tap is the best place to experience Haitian culture in Portland.
For anyone looking to support Black-owned businesses while enjoying exceptional food and an unforgettable cultural vibe, Tap Tap is hands down the best restaurant in Portland for a genuine Haitian experience.”
“Everything about this place is phenomenal. The food is so delicious. We tried several things off the menu and couldn’t decide what our favorite was. They were all that good. And the staff are on top of it! Friendly, helpful, and happy. And we had the most sensational cocktails ever! Highly highly highly recommend this place. Great vibe and energy too!”
“Excellent whiskey bar. Good selection of whiskeys and full bar options with attention to detail and balance on cocktails. They take their cocktails very seriously which is appreciated. And atmosphere is unique— old library feel with brass book shelf wheeled ladders (for liquor though), leather seats, and large wood slated floors. Food was so so, but highly recommend for drinks.”
“My wife and I come here for special occasions and last night we celebrated her birthday! As always, the service was excellent, food was impeccable, atmosphere was cozy, and a very enjoyable experience. It is a small place which only adds to the intimacy of service and atmosphere. The owner is a great guy who is very knowledgeable in all his dishes and wines which were incredible as well! We love C'est Si Bon and will continue to come here everytime we want to celebrate something at a special place!”
Fine Dining
“Going to Astera is not just going out for dinner: it is a whole different dining experience that goes beyond food and service. Don't get me wrong: the food is amazing and the service is impeccable! But to reduce a dinner at Astera to only this would not do it justice. The atmosphere is carefully crafted, from the lighting to the music, creating a space not only to eat, but to celebrate the art of cooking. Dining here feels less like a meal and more like a journey, one that lingers in your memory long after the last bite.”
“Decided to go here because of our Chase Sapphire and now we would go back without the additional cash back. The food was so good and everything blended together so well. The duck for 2 dish was phenomenal and even though we were full we could have kept eating. Definitely recommend this place.”
“Mucca Osteria came highly recommended by a friend. The restaurant is indeed elegant and has a very intimate feel to it. The food was incredibly delicious. My family ordered scallops as an appetizer and all of us agreed they were among the best we've ever tasted. Our server Jenny was supremely knowledgeable about each entree and appropriate wine pairing for each of our meals. My son ordered octopus which he enjoyed immensely. The dessert they served as a birthday celebration was especially memorable. Thank you for a lovely dining experience.”
“Everything. This is not just going to dinner. This is a dining experience. It’s a small reserved venue. Yes it’s spendy, but worth every penny. You’ll try food you never thought you try. The mostly seafood menu it so well prepared. Plus you can watch the prepared each course. A fun night.”
“One of the greatest joys in visiting Portland for the first time is having excellent food and outstanding service; this place definitely deserves above 5 star rating and I’m grateful for the excellent service and food quality here . Connor was literally one of the best servers ever. Very professional, providing great hospitality and handsome for sure”
“Amazing food! We did the 7 course option and it turned out wonderful. The staff is sooo super friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Can’t wait to go back next time we’re in Portland. Also holds a special place in my heart since we got engaged there. :)”
“Been hearing about Lang Baan for years and finally decided to investigate it personally; I was not disappointed. The many courses were, predictably, small in size, but incredibly large in taste. It made my other experiences in the Portland Thai food scene seem like fast food in comparison, and that isn't a criticism of the other great Thai restaurants I frequent fairly regularly. Lang Baan really is that good. One bit of warning those who don't closely peruse the tab prior to paying: 20% gratuity is automatically added to the total bill. I failed to notice this but don't feel particularly bad about it because the service equaled the quality of the meal.”
“Paul the bartender was amazing! Couldn't decide between the biscuits/gravey and corn beef hash. Ordered 1/2 portions of both, both were good but the biscuits and gravey was amazing. Great services and loved the atmosphere. Free wifi for those needing a works space”
“One of the best brunch spots in Portland. Everything is high quality, and they even have delicious mocktails! The seasonal veggie hash was a clear winner for us. The fried chicken was so juicy and tender. Highly recommend- come early because it’s crowded and there’s always a line!!”
Cheap Eats
“I learned about this place from a friend who gifted my husband an amazing Tiramisu. I was pleasantly surprised to taste a Tiramisu that actually tasted authentic. Curious, I decided to visit, and I discovered that they make a variety of desserts, including cannoli, which are filled just before you buy them ( finally some place that can do that!)I also tried the cornetto (This should not be confused with a croissant) and the focaccia, and wow! Finally, a focaccia that doesn’t have a lingering taste of acidity. The coffee was good too as the atmosphere and the service. I totally advise this Italian place especially becouse, in my opinion, they can make very Italian taste.”
“One of the best burgers I’ve had in awhile.Size was worth what I paid for the area as well. Curly fries were well seasoned and crispy. Cheese curds were also on the money! Loved it. Staff was excellent as well. The atmosphere is laid back and fun with some killer music. Definitely making the most of the space they have. Really enjoyed seeing them work and quality shows.”
“Absolutely incredible food. Homemade, and ingredients sourced from their raised garden beds outside, this place has to be one of the best food carts in Portland. Wonderful ladies working there as well, and you can tell they are passionate about the food they make.”
“This is one of my favorite places to each lunch, a great place to meet a friend, and the friendliest service you can imagine. I wish more restaurants focused on doing one thing well and being deeply authentic in vibe and presentation. After today's visit I felt compelled to write a review because it sparked true joy. This is a meal that you end up thinking about - sometimes DIRECTLY after eating it. You should probably go - there's bike parking directly outside, and it will be something you enjoy.”
“We’ve been coming to Wu-Ron’s Ramen for a while now—probably over 20 visits—and it never disappoints. It’s a small, tucked-away spot that we only share with a handful of people because we love being able to stop in and enjoy a fresh, consistently amazing bowl of ramen without the crowd. The quality is always spot on, no matter the day. The waitress always remembers our order, which makes it feel like home, and the cook always greets us with a smile. That kind of warmth and consistency is rare, and it’s one of the many reasons we keep coming back. Wu-Ron’s is one of those hidden gems you want to keep to yourself, but honestly—it’s too good not to recommend!”
“Wonderful coffee in a peaceful, simple ambiance. They are confident in the boldness of their roasting profiles and geographies, including beans sourced from various parts of Asia. I was treated with warmth and care - this was a very memorable experience and I will absolutely return each time I visit Portland.”
“Had the Carbonara. Dang!! They really nailed the balcony/hammy flavors. The salted caramel old fashioned sounded so weird but was so good. Wife had an amazing N/A prosecco cocktail and Rigatoni and that was great too.”
“I can't stop thinking about the celery salad and the warm olives”
“What a great experience. Our party of four was there for brunch. I had apple fritters with side of amazing Hungarian sausage with homemade mustard. - exceptionally good! My wife and daughter had baked pancakes with plums, the other with raisins. Very unique, very good as well. One man runs the whole restaurant from kitchen to table. Loved the experience.”
“Got the rainy rangoons (I get these every time because they are SO good, the crunch and soft creamy insides are amazing), the Pad Thai Nachos (also really flavorful and slightly tangy), and the Coconut Mushroom Fettuccine. The Fettuccine I've also had a few times and it's pretty filling, loaded up on mushrooms, spinach, sauce, and tomatoes. Would definitely get any and all of these again. Been to Norah's Belmont location a couple times and it's in my opinion the cozier location. The food has been consistently flavorful and good every time. The service is fast and the staff are so nice. Street parking is pretty easy to come by. Great for a date spot but also for takeout!”
“Had a wonderful dinner at Dolly Olive and highly recommend it. The service was amazing and the food incredible. Check it out. You will regret it if you don’t!”
“Unbelievable amazing food lobster pad Thai was unreal Annie was a great server”
“Decided to go here because of our Chase Sapphire and now we would go back without the additional cash back. The food was so good and everything blended together so well. The duck for 2 dish was phenomenal and even though we were full we could have kept eating. Definitely recommend this place.”
“We stumbled upon Otto and Anita’s and were amazed at the great food, service and the extensive menu. We will absolutely go back to try other dishes. Apple strudel to go.”
“I think this may literally be the best pizza I have ever had and I love pizza. Get here early to get in line before they open, but you should definitely check it out if you are looking for great pizza.”

“The food was fantastic! I had the ganh-jang steak (coulette steak topped with mint butter served with rice over seasonal vegetables) and my husband had the maneul ox-bone soup and both meals were absolutely delicious. I enjoyed the cozy, casual atmosphere and the person who served us was super sweet.”
“Excellent food and service! A fun pre-Timbers match vibe and the place was hopping!”

“Great choice of seating, excellent food, and prompt, courteous service surpassed several fine dining restaurants I've visited lately. Perfect neighborhood restaurant!”
“This place is not too big, but I was impressed by the food flavor. I got beef golden soup and intestine skewers. Loved both of them, and would definitely come back!”
“Tusk is great. Especially for a nice date night. The food is exquisite and the service is AMAZING.”
“Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious, from appetizers and main to dessert. The tastes were tantalizing and the feeling afterwards was magnificent! Staff is very helpful and friendly.”
“Nicholas’ did a fabulous job providing food for an event I am at. Everything was wonderful!”
“Love Stacey and Joey! Soooo happy you're both bringing your talents back to Portland! Love your restaurant and wine selection.
If you're new to Parallel: It's a restaurant defined by it's refined but approachable menu, wine list, and atmosphere. It truly is a wonderful restaurant for almost any function and day of the week. You're always greeted with a smile and leave with one. 😊”

“This hands down is one of my favorite restaurants in Portland OR. It the same quality of other top spots in the US like Nobu , O-Ya , and Morimoto . The location is perfect located in the Pearl district. The chefs are high quality and the fish is extremely fresh. They have a great but simple flavor approach. The service is warm, helpful, and appreciative. I always ask for Joy as she is a true professional and loves providing an exceptional experience on every visit.”
“We always enjoy dining at The Fillmore Trattoria. Their Cesar salad is delicious and big enough for two people. All of their main courses are made to order and delicious. The service is excellent. The restaurant is welcoming and can get a little noisy when full. We LOVE to go there for dinner! Our server, Noah was attentive and helpful. Fernando stopped by for a nice chat!!”
“I’ve now been twice and the food has been excellent both times. The calamari was a highlight for me this trip. My server has been great both times as well. And every thing is very reasonably priced. Will definitely return for a third time!”
“Have loved the observatory for many years. The cheese platter and fry bread never disappoint!
Wonderful bar in the back to grab some cocktails and enjoy an evening out.”
“This place nails it every time. Service is friendly and efficient. Cocktails are creative and delicious, as you’d expect from a Ninsom operation, his spots always have a great bar setup. Photo here of the prawn curry. Damn was that amazing! Also got the tom yum noodles which ruled.”
“We can always count on Olympia Provisions to provide us with a truly pleasurable experience. The food is always impeccably prepared and delicious. The wait staff is excellent, attentive and genuinely concerned about our experience. The ambience - lighting, decor, etc is enjoyable, too. (Full disclosure: Our son was one of the architects who worked on the Olympic Mills building renovation. So we get to feel a little pride in his work while we're there.)”
“You cannot say anything bad about please place, sorry. They are one of the best kept secrets in Portland.”
“This is mostly a beer/ale place as far as I could tell. Lots and LOTS of choices!!
I was looking for wine and found a nice Pinot Noir for a reasonable price.
They were serving my choice at the bar and was offered a taste before I bought it, very good.
I ended up ordering a full glass of the wine that i planned on buying. As I sipped my wine I had a delightful talk with the barkeeper
He knew all the small production beers that I liked from california ( my home state).
If you are on or near 23rd street Portland and looking for a comfortable, easy place to have a quality beer or wine, this is it.
To-go adult beverages are available, especially beers- there's a huge selection”
“Had such a delightful evening at this cozy little wine bar! Perfect spot for happy hour or a rainy afternoon with a book and glass of wine. Will definitely be back :)”
“Cozy neighborhood vibes. Had to remind myself it is a bar. Kinda loud, but then again it is a bar. Scored low on service because there is zero table service. “The owner is super nice and friendly. I love the decorations. Very warm and inviting. Feels like you are in HaNoi. Food is authentic. Good place to go to for special occasion or hang out with friends.”
“Excellent food, comfortable atmosphere. We really enjoyed our dinner and the flavors were marvelous!”
“Delicious food and considerate service! Each bite was full of amazing flavors that were unusual and yet worked together. The madelines are a must have. The chicken liver toast with pickled strawberries doesn't seem like it should work but it absolutely does. The 'fancy instant coffee' fit the vibe of the restaurant and was surprisingly good. I'll definitely want to return when the menu changes with the season.”
“My husband and I ate at Palomar Recently and really enjoyed the ambiance The service and the food. We will make it a point to go again soon and I really look forward to it.”

“I recently attended an event catered by Kabob and was delighted by the variety and quality of the dishes they provided. The choices I made were all vegetarian, but from the comments I over heard everyone enjoyed their non-vegetarian meals as much as I did my plant based one.”

“Food! Service! Atmosphere! And Feeling the immediate homey comfort by staff and customers, was just what two weary travelers needed. Met our niece there for breakfast and totally a joy of a cross country trip. Have been in many places across the U S A; and this one is one of major memorable treats. BTW my niece talked me into to trying your Fabulous (Homemade) Green Monster Sauce on my egg omelette and I havent stopped talking or looking for a duplicate since visiting Portland and I live in Ohio! If any one is reading this as a world traveler, believe me when I tell you If you live, or travel in this area, you gotta treat yourself to one of their fabulous stomach filing delicious entries. Really!. Bravo, I never write any kind of reviews in the possitive, I'm old, so I bitch alot. HAHA; But this place so worth the time, the price and contributing to a small family business. Which I totlally look for in any area I visit. I totally believe in supporting family owned local businesses...not the big Guys! Bravo Midpoint. If I lived in the area you'd know me by name as a regular! God Bless. And hope this will inspire the owner into marketing her Green Monster Sauce. One of the best out there. “Shelby was lovely as well as wonderful in providing the best customer experience the entire evening to our group of out of towners as we have attended al the bars up and down the strip. Shelby is rare in your line of business and should be highly praised as an employee!”
“I have read some of the trashy comments in the 1 and 2 star reviews. Most of the lambasting comments I find fault. Are they as fresh as Mizumi in Tigard, probably not, but neither are 99% of the restaurants in Portland metro. I find the seasoning quite authentic. I find the food variety unmatched in Portland. I would love some of their recipes! The ***clown that faulted them for selling produce and other fare near the check out, obviously have never been to a Chinatown or to China. The trolling is totally uncalled for. This is a nice, appearing to be, a family operation with love and care put into the restaurant. We frequent this location and do not find any of those horrible comments to have any truth.”
“It's been getting really cold here in Beaverton and I decided to try pho for the first time. I tried the combo beef pho here was amazing! I have some allergies with MSG, so here in BEP there is no MSG in the food. My experience there was really good. With great employees and great service, I could tell that there were intention and care put into this place. Will be coming back soon.”
“I've. eaten all over Southeast Asia including street amrt I've eaten at many Southeast Asian restaurants, including in Cambodia, Malaysia and Laos, and can unequivocally say this is one of the best meals I've ever had. Starters to dessert, the food was unique, inspired and full of multiple flavors. Bravo and five stars!”
“I was introduced to Bridge City a couple months ago by a friend who raved about their menu variety, quality of food, and the service. Walking into the restaurant was much more appealing than I had imagined. Meaning that it's a good balance of sports bar and family restaurant. Natural light from the north, west, and east windows enhances the vibe; and the interior isn't plastered by sports memorabilia. I also appreciate that I didn't have to raise my voice to talk over the media volume. The staff are friendly, attentive, relaxed, and welcoming. Most of all, the menu offers a long variety of fabulous options. Something for everyone. The first visit, I was blown away by their Californian Grilled Chicken Sandwich. (My eyeballs rolled back in my head as I savored the in credible flavors.) The second visit, I had the Strawberry Chicken Salad: a generous portion that I happily polished in entirety...down to the last tiny piece of candied walnut. Their alcoholic beverage menu offers a long list of specially selected NW brews, craftt ciders, and more. The prices are very reasonable for the exceptional quality, creativity, and service that blows away other restaurants in the sports bar/family restaurant category in the area. I am looking forward to trying their brunch menu to celebrate my upcoming birthday. I'd love to see the property owner spruce up the exterior's landscaping and a bit of a facelift to attract attention and draw in more customers. So, get y'er buns in there and give Bridge City a try! You'll be very happy that you did.”
“I know, nobody is perfect BUT our experience was perfect in every way. From our greeting at the bar as we arrived to our exit. The burger and fries were perfect as was the beer on tap. If we had not stopped at another place earlier for Burger Week, we would have stayed longer and drank more. Sad Valley is our new favorite place in the neighborhood. Such an original & creative theme for a bar. Love the decor, the original art is spot on. You either get it or you don't. Sadly I did not have a fabulous cocktail, but looking forward to it on my return.”

“I had a memorable dinner at Higgins Restaurant. I ordered their Oregon Mushroom Set Menu, and each dish reflected their respect for local ingredients. The wild mushroom bisque was particularly delicious, with a smooth texture and rich aroma. The waiter was very professional and attentive, explaining the background of each dish. The elegant yet relaxed atmosphere was perfect for a leisurely meal with friends or family.”
“One of the best brunch spots in Portland. Everything is high quality, and they even have delicious mocktails! The seasonal veggie hash was a clear winner for us. The fried chicken was so juicy and tender. Highly recommend- come early because it’s crowded and there’s always a line!!”
“I got airsickness post a long flight, so sick even water was hard for me for a while. This place's Phó Ga (chicken) is literally medicine for the soul, stomach and tastebuds. I cannot recommend them highly enough! p.s. uber eats does 50% off deals sometimes and you can get 2 "orders" (almost 4 meals worth) of phó delivered for under $40 including tip if youre on the vicinity and the quality is unparalleled to places I've been to in NY.”
“😍 delicious at best !!!”

“I ordered the shrimp omelet, and it had a unique Vietnamese twist- something I’ve never tried before. The flavor combination was so special and surprisingly delightful.
I highly recommend this dish, especially with their signature ginger sauce. So comforting and flavorful. 🦐🍳
Paired with a warm cup of coffee, it was the kind of brunch that quietly makes your day better.”
“The poke was absolutely incredible—just like what you’d get in Hawaii! We tried the Furikake, Hawaiian, and Spicy Avo poke, along with the mac salad, crab salad, spam musubi, and ube cheesecake. Everything was delicious and super fresh. The only downsides were that the rice was mushy and I probably wouldn’t get the mac salad again, but overall the meal was outstanding!.”
“Diego made my experience. Been so long since I’ve been to a bar in fopo with the full customer service experience! I was having a bad day and he turned it around. I never leave reviews but had to because of him! He’s fast, efficient, and still found time to sling me some of the best drinks I’ve had in Portland and cheer me up with his kindness!”
“Too Soon is a much-needed addition to the Portland scene. The perfect place to relax with friends or even actually meet somebody new worth meeting. Looking forward to checking out their awesome menu! Plus the bartenders can make anything and everything ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
“My number one “fast casual” gluten free restaurant in Portland! I’m celiac and this place ROCKS. Get the dumpling and you’ll be flabbergasted. Fried chicken is quite yummy, cocktails are delish, vibe is awesome, service is wicked fast, and priced very reasonably for Portland. Worth a visit!”
“Our party of 5 had such a wonderful experience here. The delicious 5 course French and Italian inspired meal was lovingly prepared by George. It was a true farm to table adventure. Rose provided some lovely wines to enhance the entire meal. Both George and Rose welcomed our family into their intimate restaurant as if we were family. We got to meet some of their wonderful children as well. It was truly a very special culinary treat.”
“Javelina has become my favorite restaurant in Portland. I've gone a few times for lunch and loved everything I've tried. Finally went there for dinner earlier this evening and enjoyed the best steak I've had in years, definitely the best in town. Excellent food, tremendous service. Five stars!!”
“where to start, we are big good truck goers. A family of 5. makes it great when everyone can get what they want. This place is beautiful, they had a handful of trucks (more coming) but the options were definitely a mix. Something for everyone for sure. The Cuban food truck is a 10/10 highly recommend! The Cuban sandwich was the best sandwich ive had in a long time. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. My husband and kids had burgers, corn dogs, and chicken strips. The burgers were huge. super great flavor, (adding lamb burgers to the menu soon) super excited to come back to try those. Lets talk drinks, I like a good spicy cocktail, however most "full bars" offer Tabasco to spice up my drink. I hate that. I prefer a spicy tequila or a muddled jalepeno. This place has bitters. This was hands down the best spicy margarita (the house margarita with spicy bitters) that I have had since I've been out here. They have have a changing station in the bathroom. a pinball room, and a kids toys section. For families like us, little kids, picky eater, the FULL bar. This is by far the best food truck place we have went to.”
“Came here to celebrate my friends recent promotion. Place is very cozy and eclectic in a great way. Lovely wine selection, plenty of options without being overwhelming. Champagne list was great and reasonably priced. Staff was lovely. Very friendly and welcoming.Kept our champagne chilled for us and made sure our glasses were never empty. Will definitely be back!”
