“Incredible. The drinks and food were insane. The broccoli dish we had was the best thing I've had in a long time. The service was also outstanding. Super pleased with our experience!”
“From arrival with the valet, to every member of the staff we had interaction with, top notch and professional service every step of the evening. Food was excellent quality and cooked to perfection. Filet was perfectly cooked medium rare as requested and seasoned just the right amount. Sides and desserts were just over the top good. Highly recommend.”
“I would like to respectfully start with; I’ve been to Uchi multiple times over the years and will never forget my first experience (which will always be the best in my mind.) That being said — tonight might have been the closest to first I’ve ever had. Chance, our server was attentive, knowledgeable, easy going, brought some of the best plates when we asked “bring us what you like/anything you think we missed” literally 12/10 would recommend. Ask for Chance, he knows his shiiiiiiii* and made our night absolutely amazing and something we will never forget!”

“Just completed a tour of the Central Texas Barbecue Scene. Visited Snow's BBQ-Lexington, Louie Mueller-Taylor, Kreus Market, Smitty's and Black's-Lockhart, The Salt Lick- Driftwood and Franklin's in Austin. It was great seeing the venues and the family history at these historic sites. I visited Franklin's in the past and felt it was the best brisket I had ever eaten in my life. I am a skeptic when it comes to famous barbecue joints. I must say that Franklin's BBQ was far superior to all of the restaurants I visited with no one even a close second. Aaron's attention to detail from the service, choice of briskets, the cook, the wrap, the holding and even the slicing of the final product is evident in every aspect of his trade. I was lucky enough to run into him at the restaurant and he happily talked BBQ with me. Franklin's may not have the long history of muti-generational BBQ in Central Texas, but he has figured it all out at a level that I have yet to see equaled by the best venues in the country. This is a bucket list restaurant for those who really enjoy BBQ. It is well worth the wait in line”
“Exceptional omakase. One of my favorite restaurants in Austin. The chef is extremely personable and kind. Made me feel incredible comfortable throughout the whole experience. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The food itself was absolutely delicious. Every single nigiri was exceptional, with wonderful rice texture. The fish itself was always excellent quality and the sauces lightly coated on each fish were excellently paired with the flavor profile of the fish itself. Drinks: I did the sake pairing which had two options, a standard pairing for $80 iirc, and prestige pairing for $100. I did the pairing for $100. It was outstanding. My friend opted to do the prestige wine pairing ($110); she thoroughly enjoyed that pairing, as well. After the 22 courses, we went back the bar/lounge area and opted to finish our night with a glass of or Born Gold sake. The service team was incredible throughout the meal. Their presence was very low-key, but they were informative and really kind. Will absolutely be returning in the future.”
“I reserved online for my daughter’s birthday and got into town an hour earlier and they still were able to accommodate us. At the table with the menus was a birthday card with a really nice and meaningful note on the inside. Staff, drinks, and food were amazing! Definitely recommend checking this place out.”

“Great food, staff, and live sports.”
“This is my new favorite beverage bar on the trail. The attention to detail is insane. Handmade, crafted, natural, and beautiful drinks. Yes, that is a pineapple slushy topped mocktail with a raspberry rosemary twist. The drinks are a large portion too. The smoothy was very filling and just sweet enough so that every fruit shined. This is not your average food truck. Everything this duo does is well thought out and passionate! See y'all soon as this is now a must stop for meeeee!”
“Excellent food and service!! Definitely the best chilaquiles in Texas. My go to place for a filling and delicious Mexican breakfast. Love love this place!”
“Blue Owl Brewing is a shining example of what it means to represent and care for your community. They make fantastic beer with a passion to share their knowledge and craft. And they are receptive to feedback and supportive in helping navigate requests for localization of their products especially in the Greater Austin area. Shop local!”
“Best Ribs and Brisket EVER!”
“Great food, great service! Highly recommended 👌”
“This chic little spot on Lamar is a new favorite. Thanks for the fabulous dinner and service!”
“Great atmosphere!! Bartender was friendly.”
“We've been to Freddo ATX a few times now, and it has been consistently delicious each time. The staff has been very helpful. Everyone has good energy, especially Jamal! They play great tunes, too :) It is definitely becoming our go to place before attending a show at the Paramount Theatre.”
“My wife and I went without a reservation recently and were seated right away. The food is delicious and so fresh. I enjoyed the variety of selection on the salad bar and hot bar. The Brazilian cheese bread is addictive! On top of that, the service is spectacular. Our water was never empty and our plates always cleared. The manager, Mario, also made sure we were treated well. Loved it and plan to go back soon.”

“My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our meal and the service at Dai Due. Everything we had was beyond delicious and we had a kind and attentive server who was able to answer our questions and her recommendations were on point. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!”
“The complementary pickled veggies, elote style hush puppies, and gem crunch salad were all chef's kiss. Everything served was very fresh. The kitchen is professional and the presentation is paid attention to. I love all the lush greenery on the outdoor patio. Great spot!”

“This is a small, cosy restaurant with a fusion of Mediterranean and Indian flavours using local, seasonal ingredients from Texas. The restaurant offers a four-course prix fixe menu with sophisticated and creative food (Time Out Worldwide) (The Texas Tasty).”
“My wife and I had the best experience here for my birthday lunch, I'm so glad we chose this restaurant to eat at while in town for the Austin FC match! I can't say enough about the staff and the owner Joel who went out of his way to be extremely kind to us. Not to mention the food and drinks were so good. We'll definitely be back!”
“I was very impressed by both the food and the customer service. The beef and broccoli was tender and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly seasoned. The restaurant had a calm, family-friendly environment that made the experience even more enjoyable. Prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality and quantity of the food. Highly recommended!”

“This was such a fun experience today! They serve fabulous food and a delicious tea selection in a fun space! Each of us received our own tea pots and chose two separate teas. Each pot had about 4 cups of tea in there, so we were able to share and try the different teas we each ordered. My favorite tea was the Coconut Oolong; it tasted like toasted coconut. The sandwhiches were delicious and the scone was delightful and the macaron melted in my mouth. My favorite was the Banoffee Pie: toffee, banana custard and a biscuit layered. It was so filling! Best of all, the owner is personable, talked to us, greeted us, waited on us and just radiates with energy! Every detail is just perfect. Everything was served in/on the cutest English china tableware. It really added to the experience. Can’t wait to go back!”
“Eberley made the absolute best Iced Bennu with pecan flavor. I asked her what the most popular iced coffee is and voila. WOW. I am making this my new meeting spot with friends - your 2001 East MLK location. Stay great and see you all soon! PS: I am a coffee snob and when I tell you this iced coffee was amazing, well, it was (smile). Great way to kickstart the day.”
“I have worked with Pretty Cute Coffee many times as they have catered various events for us at the University of Texas and am always pleased with their services. I appreciate their candor and attention to detail the most. Looking forward to having them cater many events in the future!”

“We’ve been wanting to try this place ever since Thai Kun closed, it was our favorite restaurants in Austin! P Thai’s lives up to the hype. Highly recommend the fried pork belly, fried chicken, fried chicken skins, and whatever the special is for that day. We saw on Instagram that the special tonight was ribeye which was one of the dishes we loved the most at Thai Kun, so we scurried over there and are so glad we did before it sold out! Hoping they will think about doing the Thai Kun red snapper for a special one day, that would really make our whole year :) highly recommend this place! Plenty of seating, super friendly staff, great atmosphere.”
“5/5 we tried the carnitas, queso, bistek, and nopales. all well seasoned and delicious. we will be back for sure. probably in a few days 5/30 we've been back several times and have had their torta, barbacoa, elotes and now plancha hamburger ....everything is wonderful . almost had everything on their menu”
“Great food—especially the tacos and elote, which are my favorites. The only downside was the service. The person at the front seemed annoyed and disengaged, and it showed in the experience. He forgot to include a fork with my order. I left but stopped to check, and I know he watched me. Before I even mentioned anything, I went back and he just handed me a fork without saying a word or acknowledging me. It felt rushed and unwelcoming, like he didn’t want to interact at all. He was annoyed at being there and weirdly passive aggressive about it. I went on Saturday April 11 at 6pm.”
“If you haven't been to a taquieria with a bouncer you haven't lived. This place had some of the most authentic Mexican food I've had in 3 years! Their asada tacos were good but their pastor tacos is where it's at. If I was on death row, those tacos would be my last meal. And their avocado salsa is absolutely phenomenal, if I could bottle and brink it i would. Thank you, we will be back!”
“Some of the best food I’ve tasted. Those oysters are mind blowing! Great staff.”
Drive-Thru Restaurants
“This place is a solid 3.5 star but the service takes it up to 4. It’s the most reasonably priced omakase and they are quite efficient but shouldn’t come as news that some pieces are amazing but others are just ok. Obviously you’re getting what you pay for. I do like that they do a $30 sake flight it’s such a fair price and add a nice touch. Ended up trying the hand rolls after as I was still hungry and I must say they are so generous with the fish and the portions are just right. The only problem was that it’s only 1 person working and a ton of people ordering so it kind of beats the concept of a hand roll place if you have to wait 15 mins for a roll.”
“We visited Moonshine Bar & Grill this weekend, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment the food arrived, it was clear we were in for something special—chef’s kiss doesn’t even begin to cover it! Every dish was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with care and excellence. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service was attentive, and the overall experience was simply top-tier. This is the kind of place that reminds you why great food and great hospitality matter. 10 out of 10— We will absolutely be recommending Moonshine Bar & Grill and can’t wait to return! 🍽️✨”
“Wow! This place is soooo good. The first time I went I tried the Mission Burger and it was amazing. Since then I’ve tried the steak sandwich, bbq brisket, and mac & cheese and all are delicious. You would never guess everything is plant based. Keep up the great work and please open a restaurant near Grant Park!”
“I first tried T-Loc’s in 2015, when I was in my final semester at TXST, and an apprentice to a business in ATX. My mentor brought me to T-Loc’s after a tough week and since, it’s become one of my favorites! I’d never had a Sonoran hotdog or anything like it and couldn’t believe I’d been missing out! The food is ALWAYS fresh, delicious and consistent. I love this place so much that I hired T-Loc’s to cater a private, professional event in October 2024 and I don’t have enough positive things to say. Miguel and his team are incredibly professional, timely and efficient. This was my first event to plan and execute all on my own and naturally, when last minute obstacles popped up, Miguel stepped in and he quite literally saved the day. I’m so grateful for this amazing team and all they did for me to ensure the event was a success, means the world. As long as I’m breathing, anytime I’m in ATX, a T-Loc’s trip is on the docket!”

Fine Dining
“Old review but worth updating for a new email. Outstanding food, drinks, and service. Walked into this place 4 years ago off a recommendation and could not be happier. While sitting, looking at the menu and eating the mushroom fritters (would come back for those alone), a gentleman walked by and started talking us up about the options. Spoke in detail about how the certain things were cooked and what his favorites were, and suggested I try something out of my ordinary and couldn't cook at the house. Our waiter, who was excellent, told us afterward that the gentleman was the owner.”
“The food and service were impeccable. We had a a terrible expense at a competitors and left without ordering, we came to Dean’s and they seated us in the bar right away and proceeded to make our experience 10/10.”
“We ate brunch for the first time here today and will be back. The churro waffles alone are worth it! Everything we had was delicious and the service was above par! Highly recommend.”

“Just tried Song La for the first time today. Shirley was so incredibly friendly and the food was fantastic. I spent 3 months in Taiwan before moving to Austin and was craving some Taiwanese fried chicken and this hit the spot. Plus, everything is made to order and comes out super fresh (that said, don't come in a rush, make sure you've got a little time to enjoy their new spot at The Thicket and hang for a bit). Whether you've had Taiwanese food before and are craving it or just want to try some incredible fried chicken in a cool South Austin spot, definitely give them a try. ❤”
“This place is such a hidden gem! I had always had friends and family eat here, but I never tried it! I am so glad I finally did! The food is amazing!!!!!!!! I have become a regular there so much so to where these guys know my order Without me saying a word. It just goes to show that they genuinely care about their customers! Definitely a great place to stop and get food that is amazing with great prices!”
“Chef Hong's is an awesome hidden gem, located right between two buildings. The food is freshly made and amazing, never too greasy; I loved the beef noodles, chow mein, and fried rice. Their Chinese hamburgers were also incredible. The older couple who runs it provides super wholesome service, always making sure your food is hot and fresh. A must-try for anyone looking for comforting food, making it perfect for fans of comfort food. Highly recommend!
(Sorry for the horrible picture dose not do proper justice)”
“Just here to comment on a stellar customer service experience from Phaedra and Colton. I ordered pick up from the wrong location and they took the initiative to call the other location and cancel my order. I can’t believe they went out of their way to do that— very 5 star concierge service. Thank you!!”
“From the moment I spotted the aquarium I knew we were in for an exquisite expedition⛵️🛥️🚢🛳️⛴️⚓️ 🥂”
“Oh Texas, Oh Texas. It’s been a solid start to sxsw many more shows to go 🤠”

“Everything I had from plain veggies to specialty tolls was packed w/ flavor! Grace was my server & she was amazing! Very knowledgeable, passionate, & perfect service! If you tip well, ask for Grace (:”
“This is hands-down, my favorite restaurant in Austin, if not honestly, the world. We come at least once if not twice a week the menu is extremely diverse in the staff are just absolutely delightful. We love Carmen, jasmine, Enrique, anola, Luis, BZ, Jacobi, and Adam. 10/10 reccommend”
“Scratch made Italian food. Yes, please! Everything was DELICIOUS. Excellent wines, and ridiculously good tiramisu. We will be back!”
“Amazing atmosphere along with amazing food 10 out of 10 !!”
“As always, for many years we’ve dined at Jeffrey’s and we are very pleased with the service and of course our food. Can’t say enough!”
“Vic and Al’s is something truly special. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed by an energy that feels alive…warm, inviting, and full of heart. The décor, the music, the atmosphere, every detail has been so thoughtfully created, and you can feel the love behind it all. The food is absolutely fantastic…every bite bursting with flavor and creativity. The bar menu is a mixologist’s dream. The staff was incredible — genuine, attentive, and passionate about making sure everyone feels at home. You can tell the owner has poured so much heart and soul into this place, and it shines through in every moment. Vic and Al’s isn’t just a restaurant…it’s a place where memories are made. I can’t recommend it enough! One of the highlights when I go visit my son!!”
“Totally new world of tacos! Amazing flavors, unusual combinations, super fresh ingredients and perfectly prepare. Well deserved James Beard award!”
“Great food, staff, and live sports.”
“los mejores mariscos de Austin TX la mera verdad un 10 de 10 los recomiendo”
“My wife and I visited last Wednesday on our vacation from Minnesota. The brisket was great, the barbacoa was the best I've ever had anywhere. The onion rings were amazing and I don't personally care for onion rings. The jalapeno cheese chorizo was outstanding. As good as all those were the beef ribs were the best most perfect bite of food I've ever had... But what really stood out is the amazing staff from Evan greeting us as we walked in the door to everyone that we met so helpful kind and cheerful! Having worked in the service industry for most of my life it's always a joy to be treated so well!”
“The salad bar was really nice, I enjoyed the butternut squash soup. The dessert was amazing as well as all of the cuts of meat! The service was awesome as well. Highly recommend.”
“We had party order from Sangam for our event during May 14th weekend for 3 courses (1 Lunch and 2 dinner) for about 100 people. Shiva was working with me and helped with the menu making sure none of the courses repeat any items including papad. He made suggestions based on our preferences and also guided us with the count and other details. Each of the delivery was made promptly at the requested time. The food provided was scrumptious and quantity was more than sufficient. Each of our friends were pleased with the food. Shiva - you are the best to work with and Sangam team , keep up with the amazing food and quality service you all provide. #indianfood #yummytummy #sangamchettinad”
“Everything was on point! John, or server, took great care of us. The food and beverages were outstanding. The ambience was warm and enviting. We'll definitely be back!”
“First time here. Excellent service; very friendly wait ataff. Great selection of sake. Also beer & wine. Very good selection of sushi & sashimi. Very reasonable prices. My only suggestion would be to make the spicy sushi a bit spicier. If I lived in the area, I’d definitely be back!”
“Great place, brought my wife for our anniversary and we really enjoyed ourselves. I reserved seating next to the balcony and had an amazing view of downtown Austin. The staff had really great customer service and service was quick and we received our drinks and food in a timely manner and not to mention they have us a complementary glass of champagne for the both of us. I recommend this place and will be returning.”
“Amazing food! Every dish we tried was DE-LICIUOS! Wait staff and hosts are lovely people. Atmosphere and vibe is warm and inviting here. My only suggestion for this restaurant is that they turn the volume down on the music. It really is WAY TOO loud. Other than that, visit often so that you can try the entire menu!”

“Only next level Japanese dining enthusiasts would be able to immediately recognize that they have chosen well. If you are lucky enough to discover the Happy Hour menu then you’ve hit the jackpot. Do yourself a favor and go because ain’t nobody have dry aged fish! What?!? Yes this separates Lucky Robot from the rest of the Japanese places in Austin. Put it on the bucket list folks!”
“I love this place. So happy to have found it and the Madras Chicken is divine. So happy that I can order it extremely spicy. Makes me dance in my seat!!”
“PERFECT!!! That's what describes last night's experience at Bartlett's. My wife ordered the Fish and Shrimp with a small Caesar salad and I got their Famous French Dip sandwich. Everything cooked to perfection!! Our waiter Jeff L was right there every we needed something. An EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE (Again). Have been coming here since 1984 and never a bad experience.”
“Great deal for great food Love how it taste it! And fresh very yummy”
“Great food and experience. The staff were lovely and the venue is warm and friendly. We will be returning.”
“Lexie was great on a Sunday evening in July and everything we ate was delicious. The tuna tacos and blue crab artichoke dip--YUMMM. And the jalapeno mac and cheese and street corn were perfect.”
“We don’t come often as we don’t live near, but it’s always an amazing treat. Today we sat at the bar and Skyler was AMAZING! We had the large seafood tower, extra order of the scallop nigiri, pasta special, and it was all absolute perfection! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
“My friends and I (after a scary Waymo ride over) visited this spot for the first time. We felt instantly relaxed upon arriving at the rooftop bar and lounge. Securing a reservation in the awesome pool and lounge area, complete with eye-catching views of ATX, was a highlight. The drinks, staff, and the overall atmosphere: fantastic. We would definitely return!”
“The food is phenomenal. I am very impressed with this restaurant based on my recent experience (doordash delivery).
The eggplant & minced pork noodle is a must try. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. All the flavors and textures compliment each other to create this wonderful burst of flavor and I've never tasted anything quite like it.
Also ordered pan-fried thumb bun (pork and scallion)... those were devoured quickly.
Beef chow main was good. Not raving about it as much as the other dishes I tried, but it's a solid choice if you want chow mein.
I will 1000% be trying more from their menu in the future.”
“So goooooood I’m so happy we tried Guesthouse! Food and drinks were INCREDIBLE. Robby was the best server too, made sure we had a wonderful experience. Atmosphere is unbeatable”
“After a delivery issue where things went sideways, the man himself (no, not Conan) cooked and delivered a replacement. Conan’s South for life! Savage for life!”
“The food is so good! I had garlic naan and butter chicken, and my friend had one of the paneers. Amfood, great atmosphere, and stellar service.”
“very very organized, amazing staff, very clean.. best Brazilian place I've ever been to”
“If you're looking for a venue that goes above and beyond in terms of hospitality and service, look no further. The staff here are simply incredible - they are always on hand to help, and nothing is too much trouble for them. I recently had the pleasure of performing, and I have to say that I was blown away by the level of support that the staff provided. As a DJ, it can be stressful trying to set up and sound check your equipment, but the staff made the whole process a breeze. They were so helpful and accommodating, and they went out of their way to ensure that my performance went smoothly. But it's not just the music guests who receive exceptional treatment. The staff are attentive and friendly with everyone, making sure that each and every guest feels welcome and valued. All in all, I can't recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for a venue with an outstanding team of staff who will go above and beyond to make your experience unforgettable, then look no further.”
“Top shelf bbq. I think they should relocate to in my front yard so I don’t need to get the car out of garage. I had brisket/ribs/sausage… which ones best? I am undecided, I probably should get more to help decide.”
“So much to say about this place! We went back in February during Mardi Gras week, and had the best time here...
You're greeted with champagne by a taxidermy bear. Someone named Carter accepts forehead kisses there by way of salutation, iykyk. Their menu is just as elaborate and beautiful as the creations in it. Try the charcuterie. Try the Red. Nothing here disappoints.
And the service, of course... this is a staff that really knows what it means to be a TEAM, because we were taken care of by everyone: Billy, Cassandra, Carter, Parker and Eileen are like the Avengers of bar teams. Absolutely incredible hospitality. Thank you for everything you do!”
“This place was excellent! I had a boozy salted caramel Iced coffee that was amazing. The cinnamon roll french toast was delicious with fresh fruit and an ooey gooey drizzle. The Floridian omelette was rich and full of flavor. The grits were so creamy, I requested some cheese on top but it honestly didn't need any. the Bacqueza Omelette was savory and smokey with just enough spice and creaminess from the cream cheese. Our server Isaiah was polite and provided us great service. The only issue we had was how rude and uninterested the hostess was.”
“It is a fun cocktail bar in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and knowledgable about the cocktails they have on offer. We tried some of their recommendations from across the board and it delivered. The vibe and ambience is unique in its own way. Can get a wee bit noisy if you come later in the evening, but not too bad.”
“My one year old grandson loving Daddy’s pho💕 Everything sooo tasty, especially # 49, tofu bún.”
“Great place, lovely food. Fries were a bit too salty but the burger was unreal. Deffo come back. Kenna was a fantastic host, I'd return just for her service!”
“El Naranjo is one of the best restaurants we have been in. We had the pork shank and the braised beef-they were prepared perfectly and paired with sides that were complementary to their distinct flavors. Spices local to the Oaxaca region of Mexico were blended in way that were flavorful without being overpowering. The wait staff was excellent, explaining each dish and answering questions. We highly recommend this restaurant. Yes, it’s pricier than other restaurants but is a fine dining experience that you won’t find in many other restaurants.”
“Really good Indian food, agree with some that the spice level may be to high for some, but they adjusted that for those in our party who prefer more mild flavors. The service is quick and friendly, potions sizes are generous. This is a really good spot for dinner.”
“This is a great place to get great service and delicious food. Review by Gabriel Culiat”
“Great mix of cocktails. I tried a variety of their cocktails and each was perfectly balanced.”
“Cannot recommend this place more! Everything was absolutely amazing, from the bites to the atmosphere, this might honestly be my fave new restaurant in Austin. I had the miso soup, the crunchy salmon handroll, and the fried mochi, which had such great dipping sauces: strawberry yuzu, black sesame, and a caramel one. Everything was very tasty and service was good too, 5 stars all around!”
“We just left there full and satisfied. Great atmosphere. Great food. Great customer service. The owner was back there working with a smile. Even took time to give me an elbow dap. Lol. From East Texas but best believe we will be back. Blessings on your business.”
“Wonderful establishment. Food is great . Gabriel Culiat will definitely recommend them to family and friends”
“Food, drinks, service! Can’t beat any of it at Jack Allen’s! Our favorite spot for the past 10 years!”
“Made a quick stop for some sweet tea and had to try the Mac n cheese and a slice of the banana cream pie. Mac n cheese was amazing and then I tried the pie… 10/10. Phenomenal! Can’t wait to come back and try everything else!”
“We visited "STELLA SAN JAC" during our Austin trip... and we had a great time. We tried several of the best and most inspiring cocktails we've ever tasted. Manager Edwin put us at ease with the best comfortable service, and every cocktail he recommended we were very impressed with. I will definitely recommend my friends to visit this place, I want to go back and try the cocktail again on my next business trip.”

“Ramos is a great place to dine. I come here very often, sometimes 3 times a day. I've had most everything on the menu and have never had a bad meal. From breakfast to lunch to the special dinner meals, they all have that wonderful regional TexMex flavor you would expect from an establishment of this quality. I challenge you to give it a try. They won't disappoint.”
“Just had lunch at La Seareinita - the Cali Baja Tacos and Queso w/chips. Starting with the queso, they added their special ingredients to the base queso with chunky pico and guacamole. The chips were perfect, freshly fried with a heavy amount of seasoning on them. Yum!!! The Cali Baja Tacos were delicious, red cabbage, sauce and battered fried shrimp - excellent!!! Definitely going back for more in the future!!!”

“Food is not worth the price. drinks are small and weak and overpriced. 2/7 Saturday 1pm brunch they were cleaning something at the bar that smelled DISGUSTING like sewage. loud shop vac. for $60 i got 3 boring pancakes, a side of lazy home fries, ans 2 very weak drinks at $15 each!!!! NO ambience mid service (saw waitress maybe 2x she disappeared often. Wtf did i pay for?? food was NO BETTER than Dennys or IHOP I promise you!!! $22 for 3 paper thin pancakes is crazy. I don't get to do brunch often. I want my money back. this sucked and I HIGHLY don't recommend it. no atmosphere. why would yall do that work at 1pm on a Saturday??? TRULY smelled like sewage. never coming back seriously don't go. no wonder we walked in with no reservation. I think they have fake reviews too.”
“Had a wonderful dinner experience at Oasis at Lake Travis! The food and drinks were ok, but the real showstopper was the breathtaking sunset over the lake. Watching the sun go down while dining outdoors is an experience you simply cannot put into words. The atmosphere is magical during golden hour — relaxed, scenic, and truly memorable. Absolutely worth a visit for a special evening out!”
“Simply amazing. We were there for sunset over Travis Lake and it did not disappoint. Food was amazing, drinks were perfect and the atmosphere on point. We sat outdoors and we loved it. Our waitress was perfect. We weren’t rushed, which was huge! Band playing on the patio were great! We will be back. Our only regret was not getting the tomahawk lol we are still talking about it. But my steak was delicious our sides so good. Thank you for a great experience. I was in from Jersey visiting my daughter and soon to be son in law and we loved it..”
“Angelica, was our server in July for my birthday and my goddaughter's birthday. Both times service was outstanding the calamari is amazing and the steaks sooooo good, I have never had a steak that tender before, Angelica made suggestions for my Goddaughter and she tried calamari for the first time. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
“We’d hoped to go to Mozarts next door but it was sold out for Christmas Lights. We decided to try Quince since we had spent time getting there and parking. We asked if we could sit near the water and they took us to a table one row away (the rest was booked). Happy Hour was almost over but our waiter Baddi said we had enough time to order. He recommended a margarita/sangria mix which was yummy. We ordered the HH brisket fries and Tuna Wontons. Everything was delicious and Baddi’s service was excellent. At one point the music got really loud, which started to annoy us, till we looked out over the water and a slack rope walker was performing over the water. It was quite a show! He later did the same thing over one of their outdoor decks on the other side. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and were surprised so few of the indoor seats were full. If they opened their door and made it more welcoming, we thought a lot more people would have come over as the outside areas were packed for the lights.”
“The food was excellent, especially the pasta with crab! Our server Miles was attentive and had great recommendations. The restaurant's vibe is perfect for dinner, and it definitely lives up to the hype. The pasta comes in two sizes, and the larger one is great for sharing. I can't wait to come back!”
“Considering that I'm a vegetarian and this is (obviously) a very meat-y restaurant, this was a very good experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming, the decor is elegant, the semi-outdoor seating was pleasantly breezy on a hot day (I could do without the huge TVs, but that's me). I simply wanted to get a quick drink with an old friend and we chose Carve purely because of its location. We arrived during their happy hour (which starts at 3:00). We ordered a couple of tasty cocktails and an order of the cheesy cauliflower sticks -- delicious! The happy hour prices certainly made me happy, and the charming waiter checked back in at sensible intervals and remained good humored and attentive even when it must have become obvious that we were not going to be ordering more. I noticed that the menu includes some attractive vegetarian/vegan options and will bear Carve in mind for family celebration meals where there are carnivores as well as vegetarians to feed. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that they failed to include the tip I thought I'd added to the credit card slip and I realized when I checked my account that I hadn't left a tip at all -- apologies if that was my fault!!”
“Had an early dinner here this past weekend and it was exceptional. Some highlights were the crab cakes and the Tempura Lobster, as well as the bacon wrapped shrimp. The service is quick, professional and classy. Highly recommend for a slightly fancier dinner or special occasion! Probably would be worth getting a reservation for busier weekends.”
“Honestly I don't know how everything was so damn good, and on the happy hour menu at that! Chicken fried steak fingertips were beyond amazing and I highly recommend. Also, our server Caroline did it outstanding job by giving us to non-spicy housemate sauce options of for choosing, which worked perfectly for us spicy-averse folk. Definitely coming back again very soon.”

“i went here for a birthday brunch and had a great time!
arrived at maybe 10:15AM on a Tuesday, so there was no wait at all. i know this place gets crazy busy on the weekends though! coming on a weekday was great— no line at all, not too loud either.
we had a very sweet server who we chatted up a bit! the food itself came out at a reasonable time. my boyfriend got the steak and eggs, which, while he enjoyed, thought was a bit much in terms of amount on his plate. which may be a positive to some people! he just wasn’t hungry enough for it all. i got the rise and shine sammy which i thought was delicious! i was surprised at how much ham they managed to fit into that sandwich. the potatoes on both of our meals were pleasantly crunchy!
i was able to ask for a birthday dessert for my boyfriend too, with the options being coconut cheesecake and banana pudding. i got him the banana pudding and he really liked it!
overall, i had a great time! the food itself was very tasty and reasonably priced. excellent atmosphere. will definitely be coming back!”
“The atmosphere was stellar, our waitress was extremely pleasant and patient, and it was an overall great vibe to catch up with friends.
The 3 of us got the $30 steak special which was a GREAT deal. I had a dirty martini that was included and my friends had the Manhattan. Both were excellent. I also ordered a margarita and it was the best one I've had in a long time!
My only note is that I was disappointed in the steak. It was extremely fatty and was definitely not medium rare, it was more raw than that. I'm not joking, I could not cut the steak my friend had to do it for me. 😂 My friends agreed with me on the assessment of the steak, but the fries were delicious.
I would definitely give this place another shot, maybe I just hit it on an off night.”
“This food is DELICIOUS! You can’t go wrong anywhere on the menu, and the sauces are amazing, do not pass them up! Excellent tortillas, and the Samosas are perfectly fluffy. Indian + Mexican is the fusion everyone needs, and the service is lovely, I’m so glad this has come to oak hill!”
“Our server, Jess, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the menu, and gave us good recommendations. Our food was served quickly and was fresh and hot. The crab cake Benedict is delicious, the wellness shot was perfection. We are looking forward to another meal at Corrine’s.”
“Stopped by to grab lunch and open my laptop for a little while. Really great chicken wrap! Watched the Aggies beat the Longhorns in Volleyball. *Whoop!* Also got to visit with co-owner Deb Hallam for a little while. If you haven’t made your way over to 1972, yet, get there with friends and have fun!”
“Came on a whim after enjoying epic music at Antones. Sat outside on a beautiful night, drank a refreshing mango marg and ate the most delish carne asada fajitas. Basically licked the plates clean. All of this was delightful enough but the added bonus was Statin. Top notch service with abundant kindness and humor. Thank you for a marvelous last supper in Austin 🥰”
“biang biang noodles and singapore noodles, soooo good. singapore noodles was pretty spicy but what blew me away was the quality of the combination meat— shrimp, beef, chicken and egg. all of it was fresh juicy and tender. like i was already impressed with the shrimp beef and egg, but the chicken?!?! chicken i typically expect to be dry but it was juicy!!! blown away, thanks for a weekend in austin.”

“My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our meal and the service at Dai Due. Everything we had was beyond delicious and we had a kind and attentive server who was able to answer our questions and her recommendations were on point. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!”
