“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.”
“Amazing food, service, and ambience! The braised pork belly was delicious, and the staff both friendly and professional!”

“Always promised myself on my next trip to NYC I would go to The Dead Rabbit. I am so pleased I got to do it. The staff the cocktails the food and the decor & cleanliness were A1. Loved the welcome my friend and I got, (even when we were a bit late for our booking) throughout the service from the fabulous servers. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Bloody brilliant 👏”
“What a fantastic find in Chelsea! We stopped in on a whim and ended up having one of the best dining experiences we've had in Manhattan. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service was exceptional, and every dish that came to the table was packed with flavor.
We ordered several plates to share so we could try as much as possible, and honestly, every single item impressed us. The cocktails were just as memorable as the food and complemented everything perfectly.
The only downside? There were still dishes on the menu we wanted to try, but we simply ran out of room. This is the kind of place you'll want to come back to again and again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for amazing Spanish cuisine in NYC!”

“Amazing! Had a great time there last week where my coworker is a regular. Food was excellent A++, drinks A++, staff A++.”
“We tried Plue for the first time and we were not disappointed. The place was immaculate! The service was excellent and the food, every single item, was great! We were celebrating an occasion and what a great place to celebrate a milestone. The playlist was brilliant! We plan to return.”
“So came randomly on a Thursday night was greeted Cat with the most amazing happy hour lychee martini and loved it so much I had to try espresso martini and wow I was not disappointed. With a pretty extensive happy hour bite menu I chose the Mac and cheese croquettes with truffle pastas sauce run don’t walk there phenomenal. We also tried the fried picked and if your a pickle girls they are a hit. I highly recommend this neighborhood Gem that’s packs incredible deals on the daily. I’m def coming back”
“Loopy's is the best. Just finished some of their delicious Bibim Bop. The Apps are good too - Summer Rolls were crunchy and the shrimp fresh and fried dumplings were delish also. Definitely recommend, eaten here dozens of times and always consistently great.”
“This is the place to be! Food is amazing, (we had nachos and tacos) drinks? amazing (ask for a flight of Mezcal💗 Waiter? ask for Alfredo, knowledgeable, friendly and overall awesome! Loved both experiences there. If you are in NYC,.please go. Dog friendly”
“We had so much fun here yesterday watching the game! The atmosphere was amazing, and the $1 oysters were absolutely delicious. Even though the place was packed, the service was top-notch and everyone was friendly and attentive. The menu had a great variety of options. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!”
“Great staff and awesome food and drink.”
“Had an unforgettable time at Lucky Cheng's from beginning to end! If you visit Times Square, it's a must!”
“We had a fabulous and special dinner here at The Shell. Service was attentive and the food was incredibly delicious. The branzino I HIGHLY recommend because it looked amazing and the fish was super tender with the crispy skin and creamy sauce. You can also sometimes get the $48 whole branzino fillet with a side. Its a special.
The salmon was very tender as well and the lobster ravioli was delicious and melted in your mouth. The appetisers were all perfect such as the calamari and oysters. The calmari sauce was excellent and went really well. The sorbet and cake were very flavourful too.
We were able to get the senior special for under 65. It was supposed to be 65 and older but when we called they said 50 and older. It was a mistake they said but they said it was fine for this time which was really nice. We got three senior specials and three $55 pri fix which was a great deal and is what also made this visit very special. Will hopefully be backbnnn”
“We enjoyed Luna Rossa so much the first visit, we went back-the overall experience & especially the food, was just as wonderful!!! Will return on our next visit for sure!!!”
“The crêpes and lattes are really really super delicious one of the best crêpes I’ve ever had”
“Extremely LGBTQ+ friendly. Had a blast with the queen Daryl serving us such fun drinks. Made my gay buddy Sean feel very welcome which is quite rare these days unfortunately”
“My family and I were so impressed with Minetta’s. We came for the food and history and left feeling like we just had one of the best nights in New York. Our waiter was spot-on excellent, quick, concerned, and at the ready for anything our group needed. Every dish was wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer and had yet another course, but we split due to theater plans. This wasn’t our first trip to Minetta’s and won’t be our last.”
This restaurant offers incredibly delicious food at very reasonable prices. The service is outstanding, and the overall experience is wonderful. It is rare to find a place that maintains such high quality while keeping prices affordable. Without a doubt, this is one of the best restaurants I have ever experienced.”

“was able to snag a reservation easily on a wednesday night. It was exceptional contemporary take on Korean cuisine. perfectly fried monkfish and an incredibly crisp, flavorful fried soft-shell crab. A standout experiential highlight is the DIY scallop gimbap. For the mains, the duck bulgogi was our favorite: umami, savory, and sweet notes, all tied together with a deeply satisfying charred, smoky finish. The bread pudding that is wonderfully delicious without being overly sweet, followed by a gingery shaved ice that provides a sharp, refreshing palate cleanser”

“Great for Indian food aficionados and newbies alike. The price tag comes with an appropriate amount of table side flair, flavor, and food. Hannah and David were absolutely fantastic in all aspects of service. The food was unbelievably good. We’ll definitely be back”
“This is what we call “fine dining.” We did not reserve the main dining room, as one of our party did not care for prix fixe. We opted for the lounge as you can have from the menu or prix fixe. When you first arrive, you are greeted by a pleasant hat/coat check lady. We arrived early and said we would wait for the other couple and were invited to wait in the intimate cocktail area. The cocktails were superb and served with a house-made cocktail snack. When the guests of the party arrived, we were escorted to the lounge area. An intimate area with about six to eight tables. After being seated and greeted by the head server (maître d' or captain), who explained our options, we all opted for the menu. After looking at all the choices, we decided to split two appetizers. Even though the number of items on each choice was uneven, the server said, “Let me take care of it". And then beautifully presented plates arrived with equal portions. And it only got better from there. The entrées were each explained in detail, including their origins and how they were prepared. I could go on and on. The fish, beef, duck breast, and pork were everything we expected and more. We all commented, maybe the best we have had. The house made desserts were perfect. I had possibly the best cheese plate I have ever had. The entire staff of servers were professionals and enhanced the evening. The most disappointing part of the evening was when a guest entering the dining room (after removing his overcoat) came in dressed in Dockers and a short-sleeve polo. This is an insult to the owner, the chef, and the entire staff at this fine restaurant. But maybe he was an elite or a “special” person. We all said we would be back.”

“Loved every dish- fluke with black tea, mint and peach(who knew raw fish and fruit went so well together?), amazing grilled artichokes and grilled eggplant. Barely touched my pasta with preserved lemon because I was full, but it was delicious. My daughter’s burger was iconic. The Platonic ideal of hamburgers. Coffee was also delicious. If we had not made a plan to go to La Cabral for dessert and more coffee, I am sure dessert would have been equally excellent.Service was excellent and our waitress was knowledgeable and interested in the food. The fluke reminded me of the first time I went to USC in 1988. I had a plate with raw marinated tuna, raw salmon and raw scallops. The little heaps of fish were so pretty on the plate with their contrasting colors.”
“I had a wonderful experience here celebrating someone’s birthday! The staff were very attentive and every dish was a hit.
We splurged for the 14 day aged duck and it was so worth it — it’s now my favorite duck I’ve had in NYC! I’d recommend coming with st least 4 people if you order it.
The pan con tomate and frog legs were surprise hits for me, and I loved the chai tres leches cake for dessert.”
“Blue Hill is a basement restaurant on Washington Place in the West Village that has been making a quiet, serious argument for farm-driven cooking since 2000. Dan Barber built both this and the more celebrated Blue Hill at Stone Barns around the idea that what a farm produces, including the things farmers can't sell and the parts of animals that restaurants typically skip, is the most interesting starting point for a kitchen. The room is intimate and warm with exposed brick and low ceilings and the kind of hush that comes naturally to a place below street level.
The menu changes constantly based on what's coming in from the farm that week, which means specific dishes are beside the point and the philosophy is the whole experience. The vegetable preparations here are consistently the most memorable thing on the table, roasted and sauced and composed in ways that make you rethink what a vegetable dish is supposed to accomplish. A roasted beet with something fermented and something creamy alongside was the kind of course that arrived looking simple and tasted like a lot of thinking had gone into it. The grain dishes are another area where the kitchen's sourcing shows most clearly, ancient varieties with textures and flavors that supermarket grains don't carry. The roasted chicken when it's on the menu is the comfort dish the room earns, properly golden and served with vegetables from the same farm. Desserts are restrained and seasonal and land cleanly after a meal that has been building toward them.”

“I love there chop cheese and really every sanwich but I hate ordering at night because the young guy with curly hair always has the phone on so that no calls go through. It's pretty annoying especially when you see there's no orders at that time. Overall love the business.”
“I enjoy tasting empanadas from all types of places. Empanada Mama is by far the best of any place I’ve ever tasted!! The portions were stunning, the food was full of flavor, the menu is large, and the dessert empanadas are just as amazing as the savory ones! Definitely some comfort food right here ❤️ Amazing delivery as well”
“All 5's, because oh my god. It'll be best for the longevity of all of our lives to keep this place in business, because I have NEVER had such a great sandwich. The atmosphere is amazing, the food is amazing, coffee is bomb. The guys behind the counter are so kind and really quick. Got a breakfast sando, muffin, and parge coffee under $20 bucks in new york, and I don't think thats actually possible anywhere else, and it's better than everywhere else, so why wouldnt I. 100000000/10. Amazed. Go here!”
“I always come to this restaurant and they always have a variety of food the service is always immaculate Robert serves me during the night and he gives great vibration to your food Christine is the loveliest she always over extends and does her very best to please she has always served me depending her shift and I recently have gotten to know a new waitress Maria who is always lovely and kind when serving me she is very attentive and servicing a place to enjoy at all hours”
“The vegetarian pizza here is absolutely incredible; fresh, bursting with flavor, and the best I had in NYC. I honestly wish I had found this place sooner, as discovering it on the last day of my four-day stay was a missed opportunity. Appreciate and thanks to the gentleman for pizza, I would highly recommend visiting this place.”
“If I could give Helena more than five stars, I would. She was nothing short of legendary.
From the moment we sat down, Helena made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. What impressed me most was that she was also managing a very large party right across from us, yet you never would have known it. She handled everything with incredible grace, professionalism, and efficiency—never looking rushed, never making anyone feel forgotten, and always with a warm smile.
She has that rare ability to make every table feel like they’re her top priority. Our drinks stayed full, our food arrived perfectly, and she checked in at just the right moments without ever hovering. Watching her seamlessly juggle such a demanding workload was honestly impressive.
Essex Restaurant is fortunate to have someone like Helena. Outstanding service like hers is hard to find, and she turned a great meal into an unforgettable experience. We’ll absolutely be back, and we’ll be asking for Helena every time.”
“I love green curry, if I could eat just one food for the rest of my life it's green curry so I'm picky when I try a new place and this place was INCREDIBLE!!! I inhaled this dish like it was my last meal and wanted more, and great service”
Takeout Restaurants
“Stumbled upon this Thai restaurant, and was very pleased with the food and experience. The Khao soi chicken was cooked very tender and fell off the bone. Pad Kra Pow pork dish was also really satisfying. The food was spicy, but the flavour worked well to make you want more. Highly recommended!”
“One of those unforgettable New York meals. We came to celebrate just being married and couldn’t have been happier with the spot we chose. Our server Paul went above and beyond to celebrate us and boy did we leave feeling very celebrated and stuffed. Grateful for the amazing meal but mostly for the phenomenal service that make restaurants like this stand out as truly one of a kind.”
“My wife and I generally eat for five people, we ordered 4 small plates and 2 mains, still looking into dessert. Each dish had its own layer of perfection with unique flavors and exquisite presentation. I’d say a restaurant on its way to becoming Michelin…..bravo! Oh and the ole school hip hop added to the vibe. Enjoyed this dinner date immensely!👏👏👏👏😍😍😍😎😎😎”
“I wouldn’t call Katana a dive bar, but on a Tuesday night it felt like a great neighborhood bar. Relaxed atmosphere. Was surprised at how small it was but that added to the chill vibe. I bet on a Thirsty Thursday and the weekend that all changes, but the bartenders and the craft cocktails will be just as great.”
“Amazing modern Korean food with great flavors and a fun atmosphere. Every dish was well executed, and the service from Nicky was outstanding friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!”
“Amazing staff, amazing food (better than my bubbies, but don’t tell her) absolutely loved it!!”

Drive-Thru Restaurants
“My daughter chose this for a birthday dinner. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was fantastic. Audrey was our server. She was extremely knowledgeable of the menu, made great recommendations, she was there when we needed her without being there too often. I would highly recommend Rosella Sushi. Can’t wait to get back to New York City and return for a meal here. It also makes it extra cool when Chef Jeff is wearing a Florida Gator hat!”
“Last night We came to eat at Mission Ceviche for the first time and we left very happy for the incredible quality of food and service. 100% recommended with a tremendous desire to return soon. Good service and everyone very friendly I had a very wonderful birthday.”
“Amazing experience tonight enjoying the bar menu. The team created a pitch perfect vibe, it felt like I was at a dinner party with friends (who just happen to be wizards at food and wine tasting menus). The service was exceptional: friendly and familiar yet still very high standard when it came to the details just as any other restaurant of this level. The food had some really standout dishes and the drinks pairings were so boldly experimental and amazing. I won't soon forget my experience at Atomix.”

Fine Dining
“Truly the most delicious and lovely dining experience. I had the good fortune to try the five course tasting menu. Everything was stellar but the tempeh with a steak sauce like glaze will long stay with me. It was perfectly rich, smoky and easy to digest. Additionally, the HAGS team is so thoughtful and adapted the dessert to reflect my allergies, creating a scrumptious poached pear dish with fresh cream, lemon balm and a graham cracker crumble. I immediately texted my friends after my meal to make plans for my next visit. I’m especially excited to try HAGS’ renowned brunch!”
“Torien delivers an exemplary yakitori experience. The service strikes a balance between professionalism and warmth. The entire dining experience—from the quality of the ingredients to the thoughtful hospitality—establishes this as a standout destination for Japanese cuisine in New York.”
“My second time at Justine’s, and it continues to impress. I love their creative menu, which changes with the seasons and puts a real emphasis on fresh ingredients. This time I started with a lovely tamarind crudo before moving on to a wonderfully tender chicken served with morels and wilted ramps. Both dishes were excellent and really showcased what they do so well here. Service is always great, and I also appreciate their thoughtful wine program. They have a really nice selection of wines by the glass and are refreshingly generous with their pours. Just a really solid neighborhood restaurant that I’m always happy to return to.”
“Briken was great! I order a chocolate martini and it was very good. He was kind and attentive even when opened my wallet and change fell out. He was quick to help pick it up. I finished the night dipping my complementary potato chips that are house made in my chocolate martini”
“My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at Forsythia and it turned out to be one of the easiest 5-star experiences we’ve ever had.
We went with the chef’s five-course tasting menu and the wine pairing, and every part of it delivered. Our waitress, Julianni (apologies if I’ve misspelled it!), was nothing short of amazing — genuinely knowledgeable about each pairing, including where the wines came from, and attentive, warm, and pleasant all night long. A shout-out to Rory as well, who was equally wonderful.
The food was incredible. Portions were perfectly calibrated for five courses, and everything arrived on time, hot, and beautifully seasoned. Between the staff, the food, and the atmosphere, Forsythia made the night feel special without ever feeling fussy.
We can’t wait to come back for another evening like it.”
“My brutal procrastination finally caught up with me, so I’m only now getting around to posting something I should’ve written at the start of the year.
This is where we had our New Year's Eve dinner on Dec 31, 2025. The total came to nearly 3,000 USD for three people, which included three tasting menus, a pretty nice bottle of wine, an extra order of Hokkaido uni, which was absolutely delicious, and the tip.
The restaurant is tucked inside a supermarket, which was kind of interesting. The atmosphere and setting were pretty good, with an open kitchen, and the staff were polite as well.
As for the food, I’d say it was decent but nothing that special. The overall quality was fine, but it felt overly fussy and trying too hard. Flavor wise, it didn’t go for that clean, natural kind of profile. It leaned heavier and more muddled instead. Most of the dishes were a bit too rich and greasy for me, which just isn’t my thing. To be honest, the two Michelin stars felt a little overrated.
One other thing that annoyed me, and this is different from most other restaurants, was that the deposit you pay doesn’t get deducted automatically from the final bill. They charge you the full amount first, then refund the deposit about a week later. Since I used a Canadian credit card and the exchange rate was swinging pretty hard around New Year’s, I ended up losing a bit of money for no good reason.
So overall, it wasn’t a particularly enjoyable experience, though I wouldn’t say it was terrible either.
That’s about it. 😍😍😍”

“Although I went in shortly after 2 on a weekday, there was still quite a bit of a line but I didn't have to wait very long before ordering at the counter. The burrata pizza was delicious and rich in both the feeling and texture. Adding the spicy oil to the pizza made it taste even better. Overall, it's worth waiting in line for some great pizza but I recommend going during quieter hours when the lines aren't as long. It's a must visit while visiting NYC or even if you live nearby.”
“Tried DHC and honestly it did not disappoint! The chicken is tender, juicy and flavourful. The meal options are not too expensive either! It was so good we came again the next day. Also it is halal certified!
It's also worth trying their slushe drinks! So much better than the 7/11 stores.
Only negative is that there is not enough seating and it can get super busy. It is a 10/10 and would recommend.”
“I had a great experience with Wonder! The food was fresh, flavorful, and arrived hot. Everything was packaged well, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The ordering process was easy, and the service was quick and reliable. I’ll definitely be ordering from Wonder again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and convenient meal.”
“Spicy Village was a wonderful place to have a Christmas meal! Actually, I'd like to rename it "Spicy Cozy Village" if a spicy environment can also be cozy! To start with, they were very gracious by accepting a reservation for 8 people at 6:00. Then they came outside and took our order even before we sat down and so the food was nearly ready by the time we had taken our coats off! The festivities kicked off with a plate of crispy peanuts, which ended up being the chosen appetizer, main course, and dessert for the little guy in our party. We then progressed to delicious dumplings, sesame chicken, spicy lamb huimei, and other delectable specialties! What was so amazing about the experience is that despite packing lots of people into a relatively small square foot area, it did not feel claustrophobic at all; rather it was comfortable and cozy, like sitting at a big table for a family meal at your house (even if it was take-out!!). Overall, Spicy Village was a terrific place for Christmas dinner - and I'm strongly considering coming back here for the 8 days of Hanukkah too!”
“Holy cow! We just had the Restaurant Week Bento Box lunch from 232 Bleecker and it was just out of this world. Hands down the best meal we've had since the pandemic started. The way Chef Cupps teases the flavor out of vegetables and meats is just astounding. We are in heaven! We also ordered from 232 Bleecker on Christmas Eve, and the food was once again incredible. We are huge fans of Chef Cupps. She previously cooked at UnTitled at the Whitney which was our favorite restaurant in NYC. We are so glad that she and Nick and the rest of her beautiful staff are doing so well.”
“Best coffee in NYC, I've been a regular for years, and I bring my friends who become regulars, so I have to give it 5 stars! I was introduced to this place by someone so into coffee that he uses Bayesian optimization to roast his own beans. But, I must say, my wife and I were looking forward to the Yuzu Espresso Tonic they had last summer for the whole year and so were really sad they didn't bring it back this summer. In general, the summer drinks this year are mostly without coffee, yet this is a coffee shop! Espresso tonic is only getting more popular with time, and the Yuzu one you all had last year was the best we've ever had. Period. It's a winning combo. It's so good it should be on the regular menu. So please bring it back, especially since you have Yuzu!”
“This was the most delicious Georgian food I’ve had since I was in Georgia. Our server, Marite, was a delight. She made wonderful wine recommendations. We will definitely eat here again.”
“Briken was great! I order a chocolate martini and it was very good. He was kind and attentive even when opened my wallet and change fell out. He was quick to help pick it up. I finished the night dipping my complementary potato chips that are house made in my chocolate martini”

Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! Highly recommended!”
“Enjoyed a Fabulous dinner and Found the food Delicious and Authentic 💯 The staff was warm and attentive, also the atmosphere and Cleanliness were top notch. Well done, We'll be back⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Great place to chill and enjoy the lovely autumn weather this time of the year! Love This place”
“Great for Indian food aficionados and newbies alike. The price tag comes with an appropriate amount of table side flair, flavor, and food. Hannah and David were absolutely fantastic in all aspects of service. The food was unbelievably good. We’ll definitely be back”

“Absolutely love this place. Been many times. Consistent quality food and service. This is a one of a kind gem in Manhattan”
“Blown away by interior design, topped with finger-licking food, friendly service, and such a well crafted drinks!”
“One of the best places for brunch in NYC. Everything was fresh and delicious.”
“Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.”
“은현 is so kindly and perfect she helps our table a lot!!!! I’d definitely come this place to see her !! Food was amazing but service is literally outstanding. Definitely recommend this place😎”
“A New York classic experience! From their cooked to perfection Prime Sirloin Salad to the Dark Chocolate Mousse. Keens delivers great flavors in a cozy and historical setting. A must try!”
“I absolutely enjoyed having lunch here!
The young lady at the front desk was super nice and accommodating considering thr fact that we had no reservations and it was a party of 6 with 4 kids.
The menu was a tad bit limited however the food ordered was very delicious.”
“Hands down probably the best Chinese food in the city. I could eat here everyday.”

“Obao is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC! I have never been disappointed here. Best atmosphere, staff, food, and drinks all for a reasonable price. Highly, highly recommend!!! Especially the calamari 😋”
“Casual, friendly atmosphere, eclectic menu, looking forward to my next visit”
“One of those unforgettable New York meals. We came to celebrate just being married and couldn’t have been happier with the spot we chose. Our server Paul went above and beyond to celebrate us and boy did we leave feeling very celebrated and stuffed. Grateful for the amazing meal but mostly for the phenomenal service that make restaurants like this stand out as truly one of a kind.”
“Compared to a few years ago, a few of the menu classics from Kawasanja are still there! And then the surprise is that there are a lot of new dishes too!”
“Strongly recommended! Perfect meal. Every dish was perfect mixed of flavors; and portions. And the service added on the amazingness of this place. We are looking forward to next season’s menu.”
“This was an awesome restaurant. The food was incredible, great views of the city, & delicious dessert selections. Definitely would recommend and will visit again 😊”
“Easily one of the best meals of my life! Crazy creative! Only 16 seats, very special in all ways.”
“The popcorn chicken was so good. I think it was my favorite dish of everything we ordered, and the potatoes were perfectly done. The pasta was good, but I didn’t go crazy about it. The shrimp toast was good, and the sauce was excellent. The mushroom bibimbap was tasty and had a kind of coconut flavor at the end.
The restaurant was very loud; I couldn’t hear what the people at my table were saying. The service was all over the place. They had a problem with the AC unit dripping, so they put a pan underneath to catch the water, but they dropped the pan all over the floor and into the kitchen. They didn’t seem to clean their hands afterward and continued serving customers.
The restaurant was very understaffed. The food is great, but the place needs to feel a little cleaner and more organized.”
“Went for our anniversary!! Had an amazing meal!! Wonderful service and great atmosphere!! Highly recommend!!”
“One of the best Italian places I’ve had in NY. Service was top notch, cute location and ambiance. The prawns and pasta were phenomenal, broccolini could’ve been cooked a bit more.”
“A chic bar with elegant Gatsby themed vibes throughout.”
“Delicious pea salad, steak and potatoes with chimichurri, and black sesame bread pudding. The staff was incredibly cognizant of timing since I was seeing a show. I would absolutely go back for the steak and potatoes alone! The scallop crudo could have used more balance on the acidity but that is my only note.”
“Finally able to visit and so happy I did. My drink, Dutch Revival, is my new favorite cocktail. The winter flatbread was delicious. Loved the vibe and hospitality.”
“Food and service was excellent. Service was out of this world. Can't wait to go again”
“Consistently good service! Our server Christian was great.”
“Omg this spot is DELICIOUS!!! I got the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen and absolutely loved it. After a day full of walking, this was a much needed meal. The service was super fast, efficient, and kind.”
“Had a lovely meal to celebrate my 50th birthday, the food was so good and the service was fantastic, I would highly recommend”
“Amazing experience. Staff is super nice, very personable, and welcoming. Drinks are off the chain. Mocktails are dope as well. Atmosphere is within the culture. Have to visit! You won’t regret it.”
“Pleasant less formal atmosphere, but very efficient service. Delicious pastes. I highly recommend :)”
“Great food, great Guinness, great vibes! Wolfe Tone's was absolutely FABULOUS on Marathon Sunday! Derek was such a pleasure to work with in the weeks before our big day and he and the entire staff took such great care of us and our family and friends post-race! They truly went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable, well-fed, and never without a drink! The location is also great, it was easy for everyone to get to and for everyone to go home from (so close to Grand Central and the 6 train!) One of the best pints of Guinness I've had outside of Ireland, such a cozy atmosphere and incredible staff members. Classic Irish pub food, which everybody loved! The classics are classics for a reason, and they were very well done. I’ve also had dinner here on a regular night, and it’s just as good! Great pub fare, generous portions, and a really relaxed, friendly vibe. It’s not just a perfect event spot, it’s a great place for an everyday meal too. I am so grateful to Wolfe Tone's for being a great, reasonably priced, delicious, comfy and cozy place to celebrate post-race. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to host any kind of event. We had a great time, great food and great memories. Thank you so much Wolfe Tone's!”
“Best pancakes on the eastern seaboard! Absolutely delicious maple butter! It’s the best breakfast anywhere in the world!!! 🥞🧇🥓🍁🧈🦋👐”
“We lived in nyc for 30 years. Recently moved to DE. God only knows how much we miss the nyc culture. Nothing holds a candle to it. Thank you Aaron for such a delightful lunch today at your restaurant. Best Manhattan I’ve had in a long long time! You were so attentive and accommodating. Service the best! Thank the kitchen for the great food also! Will be back soon with our nephew and his spouse!”
“Genki Omakase is a great spot and easily one of the most affordable quality omakase experiences in the city. The fish is fresh, the pieces are well prepared, and the overall experience feels like a great value compared to many other omakase spots. It’s a nice balance of quality, price, and atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out if you want a good omakase experience without spending a fortune.”
“This place is amazing the food is so authentic and filled with flavor, BUT I WITNESSED THE PREP COOK, he wears glasses directly in front of the bar counter. He met a female customer in the bathroom they were gone for at least 5 to 8 minutes together. It’s sad because this behavior would stop me from visiting this place with my family. He needs to be gone this is not a brothel to be intimate with customers. It turns out the female works across the street from the restaurant. Food is great but he just makes me and my wife very uncomfortable”
“Our evening at Chazz Palminteri Italian Restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the maître d', Albert, made us feel like cherished friends instead of first-time guests. His warmth, professionalism, and effortless attention to detail were truly remarkable. He checked on us throughout the evening without ever being intrusive, making sure every part of our experience was perfect. It's rare to encounter someone who elevates hospitality into an art form, but Albert did exactly that. The restaurant itself strikes the perfect balance between lively and intimate and the food was delicious. Every dish exceeded our expectations. The Bucatini Carbonara was well-seasoned and creamy and the pancetta added incredible richness and depth. The fried calamari was perfectly tender with a light, crisp coating and the Prince Edward Island mussels were plump, juicy, and tasted wonderfully clean, briny, and sweet—an absolute standout. The attentive waitstaff made the meal feel seamless from beginning to end. At Albert's suggestion, we moved to the bar after dessert, and the evening somehow became even better. We enjoyed glasses of port and pear brandy, followed by spectacular espresso martinis. Nora, the bartender, crafted some of the best we've ever had. Just when we thought the night couldn't get any better, Mr. Chazz Palminteri himself stopped by. He was incredibly gracious, took the time to say hello and take a picture with us, and made us feel genuinely welcome. It was the perfect finishing touch to a truly memorable evening. The food and drinks were absolutely on point, but it was the genuine warmth and hospitality of Albert, and the entire staff, that made this such a special experience. They didn't just serve dinner—they created an evening we'll remember for a long time. We will absolutely be back, and we can't wait to see the wonderful team again.”
“delicious tapas, cervesa Alhambra, flamenco de Seville, personable service was all together like the best of Spain. one of those moments that shows nyc always strives to be the best!”
“They just revamped their menu and I’m all here for it! My favorites were the rice noodle rolls wrapped with tofu, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and preserved radish, Thai beef stew and the Panang short ribs. The beef stew was SO tender and collagen rich, literally every bite was melt in your mouth. Short ribs, also as expected, tender and flavorful. The Thai ice cream was a perfect finish - sweet toppings, cold coconut ice cream, warm pandan sticky rice - all different flavors and textures but all work together in harmony.”
“Amazing food, amazing atmosphere and AMAZING HOSPITALITY! When in NY you must try!”

“I had the most wonderful birthday celebration this past Saturday, thanks to my boyfriend’s thoughtful reservation at Fresco restaurant. The entire experience was absolutely outstanding. The culinary offerings were beyond delicious, and the service was truly impeccable- a perfect’10’ in every aspect. I also had the distinct pleasure of meeting Rosanna Scatto and her husband, both of whom were incredibly wonderful and welcoming. As someone who is generally quite discerning when dining out, my enthusiastic endorsement speaks volumes. I will absolutely be returning to Fresco and have already recommended this exceptional restaurant to several friends.”
“I eat fish and meat everything. I love vege as well Souen's dressing is different. Tofu dill, carrot are so good. the best time is the lunch time soon they open, get your seat. the staff are honest and warm. next time I will bring my mother and eat more dessert.”
“There probably the last Italian pizza place in the area great pizza Sicilian Napoleon calzon The dough pizza sauce pasta sauce made from scratch bring a jar THEY will sell it to you don't tell anyone it's a neighborhood secret no frozen dough friendly staff if there is a problem they will fix it to make you happy Get a slice or two THEY GOT YOU YOU WON'T LEAVE HUNGRY”
“Enjoyed the food, enjoyed the cocktails, lively if noisy atmosphere. Memory of the evening clouded by the rude manner in which we were hustled out the door, notwithstanding having just dropped $500. Recommend that the host work on his delivery of the news that he needed the table for his next guests.”
“Cashier almost kissed me with his elbow when I spoke on it that he told me everyone does it instead of saying excuse me or my bad I was told that everyone does it and he just Shrugged his shoulders basically what he told me was I work here and you just have to deal with it I told him I spend my money here and I don't have to deal with it, I don't know if his level of disrespect comes from me being a woman or a person of color. And what he should realize is that a bad review travels much faster and wider than a good one, so grow up kid and learn to respect your elders. It would have been a lot easier for you to just say excuse me or my bad or I didn't mean to anything other than shrugging your shoulders and say this is what everyone here does, because that is not what everyone that work there do...🤔”
“Having a meal ordered from Shah's in Inwood is like having Thanksgiving dinner with every order because the food is outstanding, consistent, fresh, and the service is excellent!! My son and I have been ordering from Shah's 2 - 3 times a week for the past 8 months because the restaurant never fails. My son orders the meat combo and I order either the falafel or fish platter. Both of us order everything: white, hot, and barbecue sauce; chick peas and black beans. In addition to the cukes and tomatoes, customers can also add olives and pickled red cabbage on their meal!! Tiebah and Thaliah are always welcoming, and always remember our names and our orders. We are never disappointed!!!”

“I didn’t expect a full blown broadway show experience in a restaurant! If you want show tunes and pop music served with a plate of great food then this is the place for you! Our server Brandi M. belted out a wicked version of The wizard and I! I ordered the BLT with avocado and waffle fries and my friend ordered the chicken and waffles. Both were delicious.”
“the staff was extremely wonderful. the food was perfect. our waitress on the other hand was hard to find and we had to request things several times. She was not overwhelmed with other customers as we dined at 8 which was not a busy time. But all in all I still loved everything'.”

“I came here as part of a group of four and we ordered one of everything off the menu to share. It feels like upscale Chinese tapas, perfect for sharing with friends, maybe difficult to come as a solo diner for a meal. Everything was incredible, a wonderful spin on Chinese cuisine while still being faithful to classic ingredients. My only mild complaint is that the music is on the loud side, and the chopsticks are form over function. It’s hard to pick anything up with them.”
“Veerays isn't just a restaurant. It's a story.
Treat yourself to this atmospheric speakeasy space that also has magnificent food.
Sit in the red velvet booths, enjoying fresh Naan and spectacular paneer.
The drinks are lovely and so special.
The flavors and atmosphere will add to your own story.
Want something extra divine?
Go during lunch. At one point, we had private dining.
Oh what a story!”
“I called around 5 p.m. looking for a last-minute reservation for a friend and me. The only thing available was “outdoor seating on the patio,” and I was a little disappointed. I’ve been dying to try this place, though, so we took it. Turns out I was completely wrong, the patio is gorgeous. It’s tucked away in the back, mostly shaded beneath a tree, and sits beside a sizeable fountain that provides a constant, pleasant background soundtrack.
The waitstaff was fantastic. Danya was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the menu. Another member of the waitstaff whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch was equally warm and welcoming. We ordered the bufala mozzarella with smoked cherries, the focaccia (which I am very grateful Danya talked us into, holy hell), the guinea hen ragu, and the sea bass with some sort of saffron and tomato magic happening in the sauce. Everything was excellent, but definitely don’t sleep on the focaccia and ragu. The reviews do not lie about the ragu, and the focaccia ruined me for lesser breads. Whoever engineered the martini’s on the drink menu deserves an award. Hell yeah.
For dessert, we ordered the mint ice cream. I am neither a mint person nor much of an ice cream person, which makes it even more surprising that I thought it was fresh, surprisingly herbal and fantastic, the ultimate summer solstice dessert. The kitchen also sent out a chocolate cake with ganache and orange that was absurdly good. We weren’t a particularly big-spending table and have no history with the restaurant, so I can only assume they could tell we were vibing hard with the food and decided to send us completely over the top. Thanks, you guys.
10/10 experience. We’ll both be back as soon as we can.”
“Staff was above and beyond. Super attentive and catering. My table was a bit difficult and the staff handled everything so well. The food was amazing. The beet carpaccio was so good. The beef skewers as well. 100% recommend. Then, the music and performance was also great.”
“We had an incredible time at Cote. I'd been to the Flatiron location and knew that it would be great, and it did not disappoint. We had a late reservation and the place was packed. It was great to see so many people having a good time. The experience wouldn't have been the same without our incredible server Abraham who made our evening so much fun.”
“Delicious and inventive food. Everything had a great blend of flavors and textures, where all the ingredients remained distinct and the composition was better than the parts. The crispy lacha paratha was one of the best I've had. The morels korma was excellent. I'll be back to try more.
The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and the food was well paced, I never felt under pressure to leave.”
